Season 2, Episode 13: The Liars?

Previously On 'California Friends';Brie finally runs into her stalker, who she hasn't seen in person since the party, but luckily for Brie, she's fast enough to be able to get away from him. Meanwhile Melina's trust for Layla grows too much, even sending her the secret picture exposing Aj's affair, but why exactly would Layla want the picture, what on earth could she be planning? And as for Nikki, well let's just say her alcoholic 'tendencies' are coming to play, heartbroken that her ex-boyfriend John can't love her again, as more than just a friend. Like Nikki, Eve also try's hard to hide her feelings for Randy, but will Cherry ever catch on to her secret feelings.

Brie storms in the through the door, she throws her purse on the couch and takes a pause to catch her breath.
Roman stares at her from the other couch, "Woah, what's going on," Roman asks Brie.
"A lot Roman and I'm tired of hiding it, I'm tired of people thinking I might be crazy, I'm done, someone else has to see what I'm going through, in order for me to put that son of a b**ch to sleep, I'm done Roman," Brie yells in a rush, not pausing to even let Roman get his words in.
Roman get's up, "I'm sorry, but what the hell are you talking about Brie," Roman says, scared to see Brie act this way.
"Okay so at Jillian's Halloween party, a creepy guy in a scream costume was stalking us, he even chased me and locked me inside that closet you ended up finding me in that night, for some reason I was stupid enough to ignore it and not write a police report," Brie says pausing again, but this time, to let Roman jump in and say something, but he stayed quite.
Brie shakes her head, "Anyways then I ran into Daniel and that's when he sued me, remember that, yeah he also ended up dropping his keys, which is when I ended up possibly considering that maybe Daniel was the one stalking me, his key-chain was of a Scream mask," Brie says, pausing all over again, in order for her to sit down.
"Oh but I never told you right, I also didn't tell you that I was in the locker room, when Stephanie handed me an anonymous card that had been left their for me, and on that card, was a picture of a Scream mask and the card simply said, 'I am who you think I am', which is when my mind confirmed that it was Daniel behind the mask," Brie says, hoping Roman jumps in to add some input.
Brie rolls her eyes and continues, "But of course I was stupid enough to ignore it all and not share it with anybody, but I'm done, because I am telling you this, no matter how crazy and absurd this might sound, I am telling the truth and I want this to end, which is why I'm letting you know, so that maybe... you could help me end it all," Brie says, too quick for her to even rest between sentence.
"But after what happened today, which, oh wait... did I tell you, no, huh that's funny," Brie sarcastically says to Roman, mad that he still hasn't talked.
"Roman I was attacked in the parking lot, except this time he wasn't wearing the full costume, just the mask and a tuxedo, but he again followed me, I was lucky to be able to get inside my car quick enough, oh but it doesn't end there, he flashed some weird thing on my eye, which left blind and then I wake up to him still there tapping on my window, so that's when I drove off, faster than I've ever had," Brie says getting chills all over her body, while the memories just make her shake with fear.
Roman hugs her, "It'll be fine, maybe you need some sleep right now," Roman says, doubting Brie's over the top stories.
Brie grunts and pushes him away, without saying anything, she walks away. Brie has no one to go to, nobody will believe her, their leaving her to hang by a small thread, that can fall any second now. She's feeling like complete crap, at this point she's also scared for her life, what will this man do next?
Layla looks through the glass window on Vince's office, where she sees Aj standing, she laughs and shakes her head.
"Aj You are not going to believe what Melina just told me," Layla says bursting in through the door.
Aj turns around, "Uh, What now, what is she saying," Aj says fed up with the mess that is taking place, little does she know, that it's only about to get messier.
"Well her saying something isn't actually bad, as long as she doesn't expose the secret affair to everybody, which is what she's secretly planning on doing... sooner than you think," Layla says, completely lying to her so-called 'friend'.
Aj drops the folder of documents from her hand and almost jumps up, "I don't understand what her cynical plan is, I really don't, but it has to stop and I have a plan," Aj says still trying to grasp the idea of her being exposed as a home-wrecker.
Layla crosses her arms, "Well you better do it secretly, because if she finds out that you know, she'll quickly expose you, before you even get the chance to somehow make all of this disappear," Layla says playing with Aj's tired mind.
Aj laughs, "Oh trust me, I've got this plan all figured out," Aj says, confident that her plan will work in order for her to over-throw Melina, when she least expects it.
Aj walks out of the office, while Layla watches her pathetically walk out.
"Let's see whose plan actually works," Layla says to herself.
Nikki goes through all of the beautiful dresses in the fitting room, hoping one can fit her flawlessly, to maybe make John fall back in love with her.
After spending minutes searching for one, she finally finds one, "Okay what about this one," Nikki asks coming through the curtains.
John stars at her and applauds, "You look gorgeous, you should wear that one," John says with his two thumbs up.
Nikki smiles, "Okay I guess I'll wear this one, let me just take it off, so that we could finally go home," Nikki says turning around to walk back inside the dressing room.
"Uh, why can't you be mine, why can't that compliment be followed by a hug and a kiss," Nikki whispers to herself while she takes the dress off.
She remains too busy thinking about all of the recent negativity, when her legs suddenly get stuck on the dress strap. She continues to take it off, only to be hit, literally, by a hard fall.
Nikki trips and falls head first onto the wall, making a loud noise while her whole body hits around the small fitting room.
John get's up from his seat, "Nikki, Are you okay in their," John asks, wondering what that loud banging noise could've been.
Nikki's face turn bright red, embarrassed to even respond, "no, No, NO, I'm fine, just a little accident," Nikki says, laughing along to hide her pain.
John walks back to his seat, "Well, Okay, but if you need help in their, I'll be out here," John says.
"Thanks, but I'm fine," Nikki says, still on the floor, lying there with her head on the ground.
She reaches for her purse, where her favorite little alcohol bottle lies. Nikki takes a long sip, hoping to quickly bounce back, with no left over emotions.
"Uh, Love me," Nikki thinks to herself, hoping that somehow John knows that she still wants to be loved by him.
Cherry and Randy start playing around with each other, Eve sits back and watches the love birds play silly, she then turns around and starts wheeling away towards the window instead.
"I'll be over here if you guys need," Eve says, with no emotion in her voice anymore.
Cherry and Randy suddenly stop the flirting and messing around, they both look at each other and then turn to Eve.
Cherry shakes her head to the side, signaling to Randy for him to leave the room, which Randy does.
"What's going on Eve, you were in a much better mood yesterday," Cherry says to Eve, with a heart full of pity.
Eve turns to Cherry, "What, nothing is bothering me, Cherry I swear, come on now," Eve insists, hoping Cherry doesn't ask any further questions.
"I don't know, but I've noticed that whenever Randy is here, you can't concentrate as well, but when he's not here, you're completely focused," Cherry says, trying to put the pieces together, that she still hasn't figured out.
Eve shakes her head and laughs, "That's silly, what are you trying to say Cherry," Eve says feeling attacked emotionally.
Cherry taps her on the shoulder, "Randy is a great guy, I saw that when he lit you up, but Eve I want you to know that you are a great woman, I know you'll find somebody who will love you and who will light you up, just like Randy did, but for now I am fine with whatever feelings you have, It'll never be awkward," Cherry says hoping Eve's feelings aren't at all shattered.
Eve rolls her eyes, "No offense or anything, but your boyfriend isn't that great, trust me I don't have any feelings for him, I don't get why you always have to pity me, it is annoying and I am tired of it," Eve says rolling away in her wheelchair.
Cherry's eyes get watery, "Eve, stop, I'm sorry, I'll just tell Randy to stop coming here, and the pity is because I've gone through so much, I can understand," Cherry says fast, feeling guilty for the way she confronted Eve.
"Look Cherry, I could care less about whether or not Randy comes here, because after I learn how to walk again, I'll be out of this place and I'll never have to see any of you again, because I didn't want to see any of you, I didn't ask for this, it just happened, within a blink of an eye I ended up here, by some stupid accident, this is all an accident," Eve yells, finally letting out all of her frustration from within.
Cherry stays quite, having no words, she stays back and let's Eve roll away, meanwhile Randy watches all of it from the small window on the door.
Melina walks towards the office room, when she suddenly sees Layla, who looks quite suspicious.
She watches Layla as she scrambles through the printing machine, printing copy after copy of a certain image, but she can't see what specific image Layla is printing out. Melina's stomach turns, hoping it's not the Aj and Vince one, after all, Layla's actions are a little alarming.
Layla grabs the thick stack of pictures and makes her way towards the door, Melina quickly turns the other side and walks off.
"Oh I hope the pictures have nothing to do with Aj and Vince's affair... Wait why would Layla do that, she's like best friend's with Layla," Melina thinks to herself as she walks away.
Meanwhile a smirk flashes across Layla's face as she watches over the stack of controversial pictures, pictures that are about to become public, literally, but Layla still doesn't know that Melina almost caught her.
Luckily for Layla, Melina trust's Layla and she still believes that Layla is on the same page as her, but both her and Aj are oblivious to the fact that Layla is about to throw both of them under the fire.
