Hey there sorry for the super long wait but I'm back and I hope you enjoy this chapter!
I could not believe it all these months I had spent on the ship with a man who I hated to call father and he wasn't even my father. Who was my father.
"Caspian who was my father?" I asked staring up at him.
Caspian looked at me closely,
"Well he was a lost boy, I am not sure of his name but I know he was the same age as Peter back then, apparently he died when he and your mother got back to England."
Emily looked up at Caspian in shock.
"How did he die?"
Caspian looked at her again yet this time he looked at her much more seriously, Emily paced herself for what was coming and took a deep breath she swore she started trembling. In a way she did not want to hear what happened to her father but she needed to be strong to save herself.
Caspian sat next to her on her bed and began talking to her in a calm quiet voice,
"Your father was killed just after you were born, It turned out Hook wanted you long before now, sixteen years before to be precise."
Caspian took a deep breath he knew he had to get to the point,
"Your father was killed by Hook."
Emily gasped huge tears formed in her deep brown eyes and poured down her pale cheeks, her whole face had turned a deep white.
Caspian put an arm around her and let her cry into his shoulder she had been crying for a few minutes when he heard her whisper softly
"Peter."
Caspian moved her gently and turned her to face him,
"Did you just say Peter?"
Emily looked up at him slowly , she trusted Caspian she knew she could tell him the truth,
"I met him Caspian, Peter Pan."
Caspian looked up at her shocked,
"What?"
Emily took another deep breath,
"When I escaped I met him and he took me to lost boys home."
Caspian looked at her confused, he had heard a lot about Peter Pan., obviously from hook he had wondered what it was like being happy on this island.
When he was adopted Caspian was thrilled he was seventeen and thought that he would never be adopted by anyone not at his age, but when he met Hook he soon changed his mind. Living in a orphanage he knew exactly what sinister was and the first time he even looked at Hook he had seen it. Yet reluctantly he went to Neverland , he remembered his first impression of the island it was a wonderful place the place had just screamed to him, peace and adventure and freedom. Yet living on a ship full of pirates this image had soon worn off.
"What was it like being with him?" he asked.
Emily looked up at him her tearful eyes were now full of wonder and hope.
"It was wonderful Caspian. It was even more amazing than I had dreamed even though it was short lived I would do anything to be with Peter again. He is so young and sweet his eyes are so deep and loving I found it hard to think why my mother ever left him or would ever leave him."
Caspian looked at her seeing her happy made him happy even though they were not related he loved her like she was his little sister and always would , after all they were both in the same situation, stuck on a floating prison.
"Emily I will do all I can to get you back to him before the wedding."
Emily looked up at him her eyes were sparkling full of hope and happiness.
"Really?"
Caspian smiled at her, "Yes."
Emily threw her arms around him laughing she was so happy she had confined in him and he had come through for her in a way she wished he was her real brother but even so she adored him that much.
He held her at arms length and stared into her eyes,
"You cannot tell anyone of this Emily no anyone."
Emily smiled "I promise."
