Heinz went to the annual State fair. Perry had just made him a second Balloony. Oh, how kind of him! Heinz now had a special place in his heart for the platypus. Suddenly, a gust of wind sprang up.

"BALLOONY!" Heinz shouted into the sky, attracting attention from everyone nearby.

He had lost another "Balloony".

Meanwhile, in the bushes, where no one could see him; Perry, in disguise, was snickering.
