Chapter 13

We've been at this estate cabin for two weeks. Me and Adrain have been on four "dates" and all were super romantic. On the first well... Second date ; he made me dinner. Home-Made Shrimp lasagna and garlic bread. It was to die for. Then we took a long walk and talked all night. I learned that Adrain isn't originally from here but from England where his aunt runs a secret organization.

She's practically a queen there. He is really close to her too. He has no sisters, brothers, or cousins besides Lissa,Andre, and Jill. Turns out they aren't even blood related. Their fathers were close so they figured what the hell. Let's call ourselves cousins. But his aunt wants him and Lissa together. Umm, puke. I told him a lot about me to. He listened to everything without interrupting like Jesse would have.

On our third date he used the car to drive me up to this abandoned treehouse he said he found a week ago. It was kinda big for a tree house. He climbed up first and I after him. I gasped when I was inside. It had candles everywhere. On the floor was pillows and blankets with Roses on top. Next to it was a laptop and a picnic basket. It smelled so fresh and pretty that I didn't question where this was going. I sat on the pillows and patted the seat next to me. He sat down and asked if I was hungry.

"When am I not hungry Adrain?" he chuckled and grabbed the picnic basket. Then he pulled out some graham crackers, marshmallows, and Hershey kisses. I raised both my eyebrows.

" Kisses... Really?"

" Yea, every chocolate we use... I get a kiss" I laughed and patted his shoulder.

" Your such a cornball Adrian" he rolled his eyes playfully and asked if I wanted to watch a movie. Or course I did. He grabbed a DVD from the basket and put it into the laptop.

" Really Adrian?" I asked " Jonah Hex" he winked at me.

" I love Megan Fox... She's hot and feisty.. Kinda like you"

" But I'm hotter right?" I asked

" Younger maybe. But the hot scale is about the same. Out of this world baby" I hit him with a pillow but agreed.

The date went well too. I kissed him thirty times that night. Not including our occasional make out sessions every time something funny happened or our make out session at my door after the date. What can I say? I'm a hungry girl.

On our fourth date we went skiing and roasted hot dogs on a stick. On the fifth date we drove the six hours back to population and went ice skating along with everyone else. It went great until Avery and Camille along with another girl named Carly popped up with Jessie, Ralf, and Aaron.

" Adrain I'm hungry... Let's grab some nachos from the concession stand" he agreed and grabbed my hand. When we were at the edge where the hard wood floors were I took off my skates and he helped me out of the rink. We were standing in line when A screechy voice startled me out of my day dream.

" Look at the Charity case... I didn't know the rink allowed orphans to skate here" I turned to see the abandoned pups with Aaron, ralf, and Jesse. I folded my arms and turned back around. I was going to take the high road.

" The loser wants us to talk about her. I bet she's sleeping with him. That's the only way she'd ever get such a hot date" I heard Avery say. I slowly turned around and begun to walk away. Adrain quickly grabbed our food and paid.

" Hey.. You forgot your change!" I heard the guy at the register say.

" Keep it" I heard Adrian yell out before he caught up with me.

" Damn, that's a forty eight dollar tip. Thanks dude." I heard the guy yell out. Adrain grabbed my hand and pulled me to a stop. I turned towards him without trying to look at the bitches behind him laughing so loud the guy behind the register asked them to calm their voices.

" Rose, ignore them. Nothing but trouble and jealousy"

" I know that Adrain but... I've dealt with them At school. But my break is MY time Adrain. Not theirs" He pulled me to him and hugged me without dropping my delicious smelling nachos. Our good moment didn't last long before we were interrupted by someone clapping their hands.

" Awe.. Isn't that cute? Ralf remember when we had a threesome with Rosie here" I turned to see the assholes were right behind us now. Jesse has a nasty grin on his face with his hands in his custom-made Armani suit pants. I wanted to smack that grin off his face.

" Excuse me?" I asked menacingly. Ralf gulped but Jesse didn't seem fazed.

" Yea— Yea Jesse. Not gonna lie. Was a bit sloppy" he faked a shudder and Avery gagged.

" Watch your fucking mouth Ralf.." I said but Jesse interrupted me.

" Or what.. Your boyfriend here is gonna kick my ass?" he asked then smirked

" Yea.. He will" Adrain said. He pulled me behind him and walked closer to Jesse. Jesse took a step back but his face remained calm unlike his eyes which portrayed slight fear. Ralf cleared his throat and looked at Jesse.

" He can't take both of us man" Jesse fear was replaced with a smug look. Then he took a step closer to Adrian. Compared to Adrian—Jesse was a twig. Not a single muscle. What the fuck did I see in him? I was disgusted with my self.

" That's right. Ivanskov, you can't take both of us. Can't believe your standing up for that slut. What happened to you man. You use to rule St..Vlad's. Now you hanging with the orphans and their who–" before he could finish.. Adrain's fist swung out and met with Jesse's nose. I was shocked. I knew Adrian was a hot head but never has he laid a hand on anyone. Ever. But he did for me. Jesse's head cocked back and I thought his neck broke. But I quickly realized that the crack I heard came from Jesse's nose, not his neck. He grabbed it with a pained look as the blood ran down his nose onto his lips. Avery screamed and caused everyone who wasn't already looking to turn towards our direction. I grabbed Adrain's arm to pull him away from the group but he wouldn't budge.

" You watch your fucking mouth when you talk about Rose Jesse..." then he pulled his arm back and hit Jesse in the eye. Jesse flew back into ralf and ralf barely caught him. " Remember that the next time you think of Rose. Think of how your feeling now. Then what ever you think about Rose. Reverse it" Avery ran up to Adrain and her hand rammed into his cheek. His face immediately reddened to show her hand print. When she tried to hit him again I caught her hand and twisted it until I heard a snap. Then she screamed bloody murder causing Camille and Carly to bark at me. I stuck my tongue at them and pulled Adrian away but not before I heard the manager come out from the back and ask the pups and their pussy cats to leave.

I looked up at Adrian who was rubbing his face and kissed his cheek. He looked at me and smiled.

" What was that for?" I smiled and turned my head so he wouldn't see my face.

" For Sticking up for me" He stopped me by grabbing my hand then turned me to face him.

" And I'd do it again and again and again" then he leaned in to kiss me. It lasted too short for my liking if I do say so myself. He grabbed my hand and pulled me back to our booth. Everyone was already seated. We didn't sit down for two seconds before they were asking what happened.

" Adrain beat Jesse's ass that's what" I said taking a bite of my still hot nachos.

" But why?" Jill asked. I told them the entire story from when we were in line to when they got escorted out. The girls were super excited and looked at Adrian all dreamy like.

" Damnit Eddie.. You never did that for me." Mia said Eddie looked at Adrian with deadly eyes and if looks could kill.. Adrain would be decapitated by now.

" Thanks a lot prince charming.. Now you've set the bar high. How the fuck am I suppose to out do that?" Adrian shrugged and sipped his drink.

" Awe Rosie.. You get all of the good ones. Christian would never do that" I sensed she was kidding through the bond. Christian gasped with mock hurt.

" Vasilisa, I set a tree house on fire because of you. I thought I was the man of your dreams" my mouth flew open when he said that. I turned towards Adrian but his eyes was closed.

" You're kidding right pyro?" he looked at me and shook his head.

" Nope, me and Lissa were going for a walk when we saw a old abandoned treehouse. Nothing was inside so we set it on fire.. Why?" everyone's eyes were on me. I blushed and looked at my fingers that were crossed in my lap.

" That was were Adrian took me on our third date. We ate s'mores and watched movies in that treehouse. He decorated it with candles and a bunch of pillows and roses." I looked up at a bunch of shocked faces. Then suddenly Jill broke the silence.

" Awe, Adrain that's so romantic... Mason never did that for me" she pouted her lips and folded her arms. Mason looked at Jill and kissed her cheek.

Sorry Rosie... For the tree house. Lissa thought.

It ok I thought even thought I knew she couldn't hear me. Then her eyes went wide and she gasped on the inside.

I heard that! she thought

Do you hear this?

Yes Rose, I hear you!

I gasped and smiled. Kimmy j cleared her throat and looked at both of us.

" Its rude to speak through your mind ladies" we laughed and apologized

" So, what are you two so happy about?" we smiled and said at the same time— " Our bond is stronger!"

For the rest of the night we joked around and played a bunch of games. But a thought never escaped my mind. Why is it stronger?
