"No no no no," Blaine muttered as he rushed to Kurt's door and tugged it open. It popped with a bang and there was Kurt.

"Oh thank god," Blaine cried as he helped Kurt out who still hadn't said anything but there was no massive injury except a nasty gash on the side on his head probably from banging it against the door which he was pretty close to..

"Kurt? Kurt oh god, I'm so sorry. I'm so so sorry. Are you okay? Say something please,"

Kurt muttered something and Blaine went to stroke his hair, moving it out of his eyes just to make sure there was no head bleeding.

"What Kurt? Sorry I didn't catch that, Can you try speak a little louder honey?" oh god. I can't believe you just…I can't believe this happened," Blaine rambled because Kurt had whispered something and he couldn't quite make it but Kurt was alive and that was the main thing.

He was going to be okay.

Blaine was unbuckling Kurt's seat belt immediately when Kurt's hand went to play with the collar on his overalls and he showed sign of movement.

"I'm sorry," Kurt whispered.

"It's okay Kurt, don't be sorry for this. I was so scared that you would be," Blaine couldn't say it he just shook his head as Kurt's belt finally freed him and Kurt was fine. He was fine and safe in his arms in the passenger seat, even if a little underweight and different. He was still his Kurt.

"I'm sorry," Kurt muttered again as if he had a reason to be sorry. Tears were streaming down his face and Blaine felt a hot knife go into his stomach at the sight. Why couldn't Kurt catch a break for once? He understood why Mercedes had been terrified for him.

"Shh, no Kurt it's okay. I'm the one who should be sorry,"

He was as Mercedes had said as skinny as a rake. He was wearing clothes that looked like it had come from one of the boys that used to go with Dalton with him and that wasn't Kurt's style, Blaine could say that much.

"I want to get out of here…" Kurt said miserably.

"We need to wait for the ambulance Kurt….I'm not leaving you again okay, just, wait with me,"

Kurt nodded although looking tired so Blaine put an arm around him

"Nothing's going to harm you…no sir not while I'm around," Blaine kissed the top of Kurt's head and held him as Burt came to the scene.

"He's okay," Blaine said immediately and he noticed Burt's posture relax.

"I don't know what I'd do if I had lost you kiddo, you scared the life out of me," Burt commented as he reached over Blaine's lap to brush Kurt's hair which he hadn't done since Kurt was little. Kurt started to whimper then "I'm sorry," Blaine held on Kurt tightly as Burt announced the ambulance was there.

"I'm just glad you're alive, Kurt don't do that to me again,"

Blaine kissed Kurt's cheek whispering "I'm so glad you're okay, we're going to get you out soon alright," as Burt was talking to the ambulance about what happened and Carole went to get Kurt a drink of water.

"I love you," Kurt whispered.

"I love you too Kurt. Mercedes has been worried about you Kurt, what's going on? I know I hurt you, god I didn't think it'd get this bad,"

"It wasn't you. We agreed to not see each other, I'm not holding this against you," Kurt assured when seeing Blaine's face. He looked like he was blaming himself so Kurt turned his body around to face Blaine and cupped Blaine's face with both his hands.

"Blaine. Listen to me, none of this is your fault,"

"Yes it is. If I had only just listened to my heart and hadn't let my family…"

"If I had talked to Mercedes and not let myself get so upset none of this would happen. If I had told my dad or Mr Shue or anybody from school that Karofsky kissed me and has been harassing me, then I wouldn't have gotten into that accident. If I hadn't confronted Karofsky in the first place, he wouldn't have kissed me; it's not your fault. Life happens, and it doesn't stop for anybody, we just got to deal with it,"

"What do you mean Karofsky kissed you? Isn't he the jock that's been hurting you?"

Kurt closed his eyes.

"Karofsky kissed me. Twice, and yes; he's my attacker. I think he's a closeted gay,"

"You let him kiss you again?" Blaine looked horrified and so did Kurt at the response.

"He forced it on me while no one was there, I would never let him kiss me again otherwise. The second time I did because I was so frightened he would hurt me if I hadn't, you only saw a glimpse of what he's capable of Blaine,"

Blaine looked furious. Trying not to scream as he closed his eyes and commented "Karofsky? The same boy that locked you in the locker? The same boy whose been making your life miserable at school, throwing slushies, and throwing you into dumpsters? Don't think I haven't been reading those Facebook post, that your friends tag you in, what the hell, he can't keep doing things to you…he can't get away with this. I can't let him get away with this!"

"BLAINE CALM DOWN," Kurt shushed him as they were sitting on the house steps and people were nearby. He definitely didn't want his dad hearing them.

"THAT BOY SHOULD BE THE ONE SUSPENDED NOT YOU KURT,' Blaine fumed.

"I got suspended?" Kurt looked surprised but didn't sound it.

"YES. BURT GOT A CALL FROM THE SCHOOL. HOW CAN YOU BE SO CALM ABOUT THIS?" Blaine asked.

"BECAUSE I ALMOST GOT KILLED BY A DAMN POLE BLAINE, a bully is not going to stop me if that pole hadn't killed me first. Do you know how scared I was at the moment I reopened my eyes and I realized I missed the stirring wheel. I thought I'd never see my family again or you or my friends, I thought I was going to die,"

Blaine shut up then, and started to tremble and before he could mutter his apologies Kurt kissed him hard.

"I'm so sorry," Blaine breathed as their foreheads met after one kiss.

"Stop apologising and kiss me," Kurt demanded.

"Are you sure after…"

"Kiss me Blaine, I just, please let me kiss you."

Blaine stroked the skin just under Kurt's nasty gash next to his eye.

"Okay,"

So he did.

They didn't stop either as Blaine pulled him closer and Kurt clung to his overall breathing under his breathe "You look adorable in my dad's uniform," before they continued kissing "Actually it's mine,". Blaine grinned as he leaned in again to melt under Kurt's warm soft lips.

"Ah, Kurt; I'm glad you and Blaine are back together and all but the ambulance wants to check to make sure you're okay?" Burt shocked both boys out of their long shared kisses. Kurt was turning red as Blaine hid and Kurt's shoulder with a small laugh. "Sorry Mr Hummel,"

"How many times do I got to tell you kid. Call me…"

"Sorry Burt,"

"That's better, and don't apologise. I think Kurt enjoyed it"

"DAD"

Blaine blushed.

A lady was standing next to Kurt's dad smirking as he winked at Blaine.

"By the looks of things I think Kurt is more than okay, but hon do you mind coming out here so we can check that nasty gash on your head, and to see if there are any other injuries and we also need to test if you've been drinking,"

"I haven't…"

"Kurt she knows. She has to follow procedures. I told her the same,"

"Okay," Kurt agreed.

Kurt checked out fine as suspected and the car was removed from the property. Thankfully Kurt had insurance but Burt refused to let him drive a car for a month as punishment for the scare and Carole made pancakes for them all to sit and eat at the table.

Blaine was sitting next to close and as Carole and Burt left the room to talk about something Blaine picked up a pancake bite with his falk and aimed it towards Kurt's mouth.

"Open up,"

"Blaine, I'm not a baby,"

"Oh come on. Open up sugar,"

Kurt laughed.

"You're not feeding me. Just because I'm forced to sit at home for a week, it doesn't mean I need to be treated like a child Blaine,"

"Please? Look oooh, here it comes like a rocket, and it's almost at its landing point open your mouth wide!"

"Blaine!" Kurt scolded but the laugh escaped.

"Kurrrrt,"

"Fine. Just fine,"

Kurt opened his mouth and Blaine moved the pancake in slowly. As he took it out again, he leaned over and pecked Kurt on the mouth, nibbling his bottom lip.

"Mmm syrup,"

Kurt rolled his eyes. "I knew there was a reason for why you wanted to feed me, "

Blaine stroked the nasty gash again and looked sadly at Kurt.

"Have you told Burt about Karofsky yet?"

"No,"

"Kurt…you really have to tell someone, and Burt would do something about it, you know he would."

"He already had one scare Blaine, I don't want him to worry even more today,"

"But I'm worried about you,"

"You're always worried about me,"

"Kurt, I'm serious, this isn't a laughing matter,"

"And I'm serious too, don't you think I'm terrified what will happen? I can't just tell dad,"

"Let me talk to principal Figgins then,"

"No Blaine, Figgins doesn't understand anyway,"

There was no way Kurt was putting Blaine in danger.

Good if you tell anyone I'll kill you and your pretty boyfriend in that picture too…

Kurt shivered.

"Kurt you're trembling,"

"I'm just a little cold,"

Blaine took of his jacket immediately.

"Here,"

"Blaine…" Kurt whined half-heartedly.

"Shush you,"

"Did you mean it?" Kurt asked after he let Blaine feed him a few more mouthfuls.

"Mean what?" Blaine observed to make sure he finished one more bite before he let Kurt continue.

"That you're not going to leave me again,"

"Yes,"

"Even though your mother doesn't approve?"

Blaine was silent.

"My mother doesn't approve of me either Kurt. Why should I let her take away the only happiness I've ever felt in which I haven't felt for a long time? I was an idiot to make me think she'd care about me the same way as she does about Cooper even though I'm gay. I mean I love my mother and I hope things change. I hope she sees how amazing you are, but I realize, that I'm not alone if she does die, or she never approves. I hope she doesn't. I hope she gets better and even if you and I break up, and you move to New York and find someone else. I realize at least I had some time with you at all.

Even if it's only for a few years. Anything is better than how I was feeling when you weren't with me and I doubt Burt will stop talking to me, he's amazing, and I doubt the girls from Zumba will let me fall even further down the crack especially after Mercedes confronted me at how much you've changed, and pushed me to realise what an idiot I was for letting you go as I realised it was affecting me too.

I should never had let them take control of my life, it just made things miserable, and I made you miserable as well and it killed me to hear you weren't okay,"

Kurt reached up to tug at a curl that had fallen out of place as he let Blaine put an arm around him and hold him close.

"You're not an idiot, all kids want to please their parents,"

"Why does everyone keep calling me a kid?"

Blaine pouted and kissed Kurt's forehead as he added. "I just gave a meaningful adult like speech and still you call me a kid, how meaaaan,"

"Maybe it's because you still watch Disney, and because you said mean in an un adult like way. " Kurt laughed.

"Okay that's it, no more pancakes for you,"

"Aww come on. I thought you enjoyed feeding me?"

"Not when you call me a kid,"

"No don't give me those puppy eyes," Blaine refused to accept it.

"It's not working!"

….

"Nope, I'm not letting you eat my pancakes for calling me a kid, I told you,"

….

"Ah fine, you win."

Blaine picked up a mouthful.

"Open wide Sweetie!"

"That just killed it Blaine, I lost my appetite now."

"In all honesty though Kurt, you should tell Burt, we have Carole to help us look after him, and I will look after your dad too Kurt, he's like the father I never had and we need to be able to look after you as well, and the only way that can be done, is if something happens to make sure your safe when you go back to school. I can't risk you getting sexually harassed or bullied anymore, and you can't let him do that to you either Kurt,"

"Okay…Fine, I'll talk to shuester or Figgins at least, buy you need to promise me you'll start doing your Zumba again because the girls had been worried and your kind of being slack to them ,"

"Deal,"

"Can we just enjoy this week first. Finish feeding me pancakes, please," Kurt instructed.

"I thought you said you lost your appetite,"
