Okay, so for the sequel, I'm thinking of doing one of two things: either make Jason, Piper, and Leo tributes, or keep Percy, Annabeth, Nico, and Thalia as them, but use the mist to change their appearances and names. x.x I'd really like to know what you guys think, so reviews would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Oh, I just wanted to let you guys know that I won't be putting Katniss' or Peeta's reactions to the demigods' "deaths" in this story, but I will be putting it in the sequel most likely. This is just because I'm trying to wrap up these last few chapters quickly and get started on the next story, since I'm really excited about it. xD Okay, on with the story!

Oh wait, I almost forgot, even more announcements ;-;. For anyone who has read my Truth or Dare with Camp Half Blood (no, I swear I'm not advertising ._.), I'm planning on revising it somewhere in the future. I realized that it was poor, at least in terms of grammar, so I thought I'd try to make it a little better. I'll also be starting that sequel eventually. Okay, okay, now on with the story!

Disclaimer: I do not own the Hunger Games or Percy Jackson and the Olympians.

Nico's POV

I slowly begin to open my eyes, blinking a few times before I can start to focus on my surroundings. The room around me is white and sterile-looking, like some sort of hospital room. Sitting up, I notice that there is medical equipment around me, but I am not hooked up to any of it. Oh, right. I'm supposed to be dead.

Where am I? Am I still in a hovercraft, or somewhere else? Where are the others? These are only a few of my thousand questions. They're all starting to make my head hurt, probably because Annabeth's potion hasn't fully worn off yet.

As I raise my arm to touch my forehead, a burst of pain shoots through my body. I gasp sharply, looking over at my arm. A small bandage rests over the place where my tracker was. Did somebody take it out? Why?

I can't dwell too much on it, because suddenly there's a knock on my door. Why would somebody knock on my door? Who are they expecting to see? Everything seems to be confusing me, and the pain in my head is only getting worse. Wanting to answer at least one of my questions, I call out, "Come in." Probably a bad move, but who cares?

The door opens slowly and behind it is… Finnick? Was that his name? He was Percy and Annabeth's mentor. What was he doing here?

"You're Nico, right?" Finnick asks, looking at me curiously, his hands in his pockets. He has a smirk on his face, like he found something amusing. "Percy's friend?"

"Yeah…," I say suspiciously, confused, "What do you want?"

"Hey, don't worry," Finnick says, putting his hands up in surrender, "I'm on your side."

"My side?"

"Percy didn't tell you about me? I'm in the same boat as yours. Well, almost. I'm from a different time period, too. For a different reason, though." At that, Finnick scratches the back of his neck awkwardly. I decide not to press, just because I want to know what he has to say. He continues after a second, "Anyway, I'm here to help you. I cut the tracker out of your arm, along with your friends'. It would've turned back on once it noticed you were alive, so I had to make sure I got to you guys quickly."

"Okay… Well, for starters, could you tell me where I am?"

"You're in the Capitol. An underground hospital facility, to be exact. All of the... fallen tributes are taken here. Not a lot of people know about this place, but I had sources. All I had to do was sneak in. You'd think they would have better security… Eh, whatever, I'm getting off topic. The point is, I'm busting you and your friends out. The others are ready, we're just waiting for you."

Oh. Is this really happening? Have we finally made it out? All of us…? I can't help but let out a sigh of relief; I hadn't realized just how much I had actually doubted the plan. I don't even know, the others are such strong demigods… I shake my head. This isn't the time. They need me now. I nod, getting up. Though I'm a little wobbly, I can walk. I look over at Finnick, "I'm ready. Lead the way."

Finnick nods and silently leaves the room, and I follow. We're in the middle of a long hall, doors and rooms identical to mine on either side. Fallen tributes were taken here, just like Finnick had said. Thinking about what the arena has done to these innocent people, all I want to do is crush the Capitol. But, obviously, I can't do that. So I just keep moving forward, for my friends' sakes. I have to focus on my own situation, as cruel as it may sound.

It seems like I had been lost in my thought longer than I had expected, because suddenly I hear the voice of Thalia. It feels like it's been a million years since I've heard her. She runs up me, hugging me, calling my name out. I hug her back, so relieved that she's okay. We separate a second later and I turn to the others. Percy and Annabeth are holding hands, smiles on their faces. They really are perfect together, as hard as it may be for me to say that.

Percy waves to me, "Nice to see you again, bro." I nod in return.

Finnick clears his throat, interrupting our reunion, "Sorry about rushing you guys, but I think the sooner we leave here, the better." We all nod, and the five of us make our way across hall after hall, surprised to find that there aren't any guards on patrol. When I voice my confusion to Finnick, he just says, "I took care of them."

After about a half hour of walking, we finally reach a set of metal doors. Finnick quickly pushes them open, gesturing for us to go ahead. Instead of being on the outside, we're in what seems to be a huge mansion. Annabeth gasps, her eyes widening, before asking, "Are we in the Capitol building? How-?"

"No, not the Capitol building," Finnick says, looking around cautiously, "That would cause too much attention. We're in an area that citizens aren't allowed to enter. Citizens don't even know about this area. It had to be hidden, so it's a little bit farther away from where anybody lives. Took a while for me to even get here. This is a large hospital facility run by those in charge of the Capitol, mainly President Snow. That's all you need to know. Right now, you should be worried about not getting caught. I cleared out the guards earlier, but I'm not sure how long they'll stay down for."

Percy nods, "You're right. We need to get to an unpopulated area. Can you take us there, Finnick?" The victor nods.

After another half hour of walking, we're surrounded by woods. Annabeth stops next to a small river, and takes out some drachmas. She sends an Iris message to Chiron. He answers quickly. "Annabeth!" Chiron exclaims, sounding relieved, "You guys are okay! Are Katniss and Peeta alive?"

Annabeth nodded. "They were alive the last time we were in the arena. They're strong enough to handle themselves. We, uhm, handled Luke…"

Chiron's mouth was set in a grim line, before he said, "Okay. I'm setting up a portal so you guys can return home. Everybody can't wait to see you. I can't say I can, either."

Suddenly, a portal similar to the one at Zeus' Fist appeared in front of everyone. The Iris message disconnected.

Percy's POV

Nico went through the portal first. Then Thalia. And then Annabeth. I turned to Finnick before going through. Looking at him, I asked, "Who were you? Where ever you came from?"

Looking me straight in the eye, Finnick said, "I was the president's son. Despite being his son, I fully disagreed with what he was doing. Let's just say he… wasn't a very trustworthy person. One time, I almost managed to, but I was knocked unconscious. When I woke up, I was here. And so I decided that I wasn't going to follow anyone's rules. Part of the reason I helped you was because you reminded me of myself. When I came here, I was confused, lost. And then I was brought into the 'Games. And so, when I saw you in the same situation, I made the decision to do whatever I could to make sure you didn't have to go through what I went through." He shrugged, becoming his normal, smirking self, "You should get going. Your friends are waiting."

I nodded and said, "Thank you," before turning and walking into the portal, happy to finally go home.

Thank you guys for everything! I think there might be one or two more chapters, so I can wrap the story up. I'd really like to know what you guys think about the sequel's tributes as soon as possible, so please tell what you think in the reviews! Again, thanks!
