Chapter 8:The Evil Duo

Kaoru pov:

(Time skip)

So tomorrow I'm going back to school and I was completely caught on everything. Which was easy once Butch got serious and stopped trying to kanoodle. I had stayed at his personal apartment for the entire time so I didn't really get out much. "So do you have everything ready for tomorrow morning, cloths laid out, and everything," Butch asked me sounding like a parent. "Yes, now the question is do you have everything together for tomorrow," I said. He nodded before jokingly saying ",yes sweetheart but ya know you'd make quite the mom." I couldn't help but laugh along with him but mainly just at the mere thought. That night I went to bed and Butch stayed up a little longer finishing the last of his business work.

(Time skip to the morning)

*ring**ring**ring* The alarm on Butch's side sounded it was 5:45AM and when I turned over to Butch he was already sitting up almost fully awake. "You can have the bathroom first I'll go make breakfast," he said kissing me on the cheek as he started heading towards the kitchen. After I brushed my teeth, curled my hair,and washed my face since I showered the night before, putting mascara and strawberry flavored light lip tenting Chapstick. I threw Butch's forest green and white jacket on over my grey tank top before pulling on my jeans with a pair of black leather riding boots then fastening the necklace he gave back around my neck before cleaning the I walked out the door Butch was sitting at the kitchen island drinking coffee watching the morning news and breakfast was ready along with two different bento box sitting on the counter. He was wearing a lumberjack forest green button down with dark wash jeans and black vans. I went over and kissed him on the cheek. "Everything smell great," I said whispering in his ear.

He passed me a plate with chocolate pancakes and scrambled eggs before making himself a plate as well we talked a little bit before heading down to the parking garage. "So again picking the safest car you own Butch I've been hurt way worse when I was fighting crime," I said crossing my arms a little annoyed he gave me a sad look. "It's not just because of my recent I guess over protectiveness but I almost lost you in the ambulance you loosing blood fast, the Z ray turned you into a rare blood type and with no other options except for another Z being I became your emergency donor," he said looking to the ground. "And for that I thank you and don't worry I promise you I'm not going anywhere," I said giving him a peck on the cheek before getting in the SUV. He put the bags on the backseat with our lunches before shutting the door and getting in on the driver side. This time he let me choose the station as we drove school.

When we arrived at the student parking lot we had twenty-five minutes to spare before class and walking in with Butch all eyes were on us as everyone knew of the brutal attack that ended with me laying lifelessly in Butch's arms,I was given looks of pity,remorse, and relief as we walked through the halls hand in hand. "Don't worry if you need anything I'm just a thought away," Butch said through telepathy given my hand a firm squeeze of reassurance I gave him a silent thank you. When we arrived at first period we handed in our missing assignments and doctors notes before heading to the the table near the window. Fifteen minutes into class and *knock*knock*knock* walked out the door and then came back in ",good morning class starting today we'll be having two new addition it our class...boys please come in and introduce yourselves."

First was Nathan and then Andrew.'You have got to be kidding me why do they always have to be in my class,' I thought to myself."Hello everyone one I'm Nathan Matsubara but you can call me Nate and this is my brother Andrew Matsubara," Nate said cheerfully. "Oh right like he said I'm Andrew but I go by Drew," Andrew said awkward but cooly. cleared her throat the class went quiet and as she said ",alrighty then boy tell the class three things about yourselves while I try to figure out where to place the two of you." Andrew started off by saying ", so I play soccer, I'm Kaoru's older brother, and I drive an indigo and black motorcycle." "I play football, I drive a black and gold motorcycle, and I'm Kaoru's twin brother," Nate said the class rumbled with gasps and hushed whispers. I looked over at Kaoru,her head was down. Then there was a silence and amongst the silence Princess said ",so how can you guys and that slitch be related." Andrew and Nate smirked evilly as Drew began to type rapidly on his phone keyboard,Nate rolled up his sleeve his nice persona changed to a demonic one as he said ", so she's the one huh? What do you think Drew?" Drew looked over at Kaoru then at Nate and said aloud ",here's the deal Morbuck, you have five minutes before we buy out your family's and your belongings and make you poorer than a homeless man on the street or you can shut your mouth and never say or do anything that could possibly cause damage,hurt, or tarnish anyone's reputation of any members of the Matsubara family or their associates."

She laughed and said ", as if you can tell me what to do as if could buy out my company everyone know that I'm wealthier than you'll ever be." With that Nate sighed pressing one last button and said ", boy it sucks to be you right now Nate she poor she's not even worth it and maybe Morbuck you should read up on the ten oldest wealthiest families of the world or better yet the wealthiest conglomerates educate yourself because since I'm being generous we're only buying out a third of your company since buying it is already finically risky since your company is on a downward spiral." Princess was fuming and said ",that slitch got what she deserved beside after what we did to her I was hoping she'd die anyway." A switch flipped on when she said that and the phone in Drew's hands shattered to pieces and he said darkly ",so you're the one, huh?Torturing you might be worth my time after I make your family heavy in debt and the company bankrupt." Stupidly Princess gloated ",yep I'm the one who paid off that mob of girls to jump her and I started all of the rumors, but then again its not like I didn't warn her."During the time while Drew and Princess were arguing Nate was scrolling on his phone and had walked out to make a phone call. When he returned he walked up to her and said ",hey brat its for you." Princess listened to the voice on the phone when she heard it was her father she put it on speaker phone. said ",my darling Princess I'm afraid there is nothing I can do my company suddenly went bankrupt and we're in so much debt with the Matsubara clan that the only means of paying off the loans is with you. So starting today you become the property of the two oldest heirs to the company. I'll always love you darling be a good girl okay bye." With a click sound the phone went dead and Princess fainted.

Out of the corner of my eye I saw Kaoru glaring angrily at her brothers who's faces and attitude went back to happy go lucky as if nothing had happened. She stood up and walked out as the murmurs gots louder through out the room I followed after her.

Kaoru (POV)

It was starting all over again. I took a couple deep breathe before I decided to power up and fly away. I didn't know where I was going but it was worth leaving it all behind for now. "So you're just going to power up and fly away without a single word or even telling me where you're going," a voice said from behind me. When I turned around it was Butch, my hero throughout it all. "Kaoru, did really think you could disappear and I wouldn't come looking for you. Babe I would follow you through hell and back just to be with you so can you please stop dipping out on me?" I smiled and gestured my head for him to follow. We were back at the SA in cityville when we arrived at the door he gave me a key and said ",though right now we can't probably live completely together I was hoping this would be the first step towards making it official."
