My name is Haley James Scott, and I'm here to tell you my story, well I guess I should say our story. To really understand I have to take you back pretty far. All the way back to kindergarten; see Lucas, Nathan, Jake, Brooke, Peyton and I have been best friends for as long as I can remember. Lucas, Nathan and Jake are brothers, and have lived in Tree Hill all their lives. When Nathan and Lucas were four, and Jake was three, I moved in next door. I soon became best friends with Peyton Sawyer, and only three weeks after that Brooke Davis moved into the big house with the red door at the end of the street. We became inseparable. It was almost as if we all entered each other's lives at the exact same time. It's funny how now I can look back and see the strong connections that we had already formed at such a young age that were completely oblivious to us all back then. It seemed for years nothing changed between the six of us, and then almost instantaneously, everything changed. After more than ten years of friendship we were about to be tested in a way that would shake us all to our cores. Brooke once asked how many moments in life can you point to and say that's where it all changed. It's funny because I can pinpoint the exact moment when everything in my life turned upside down…
