Disclaimer: We have all heard the story. I do not own anything.

Lindsay was lying on the couch thinking how much she wanted some ice cream to drown her sorrows in, but she didn't have any because her and Danny had made sundaes the other day. Lindsay grabbed the book on her coffee table and threw it against the wall, she hated thinking about him. There was a knock on her front door, "Go away!"

"Monroe, open up." Flack said from the other side of the door. Lindsay reluctantly got up and let him in. "I have gifts." He said handing her the grocery bag in his arms.

"How did you know?" Lindsay asked pulling out ice cream.

"I had sisters, so you want to tell me what is going on?"

"Nothing, I'm fine."

"You maybe want to rethink that answer?"

"No."

"You called in sick."

"I wasn't feeling very good this morning, but I feel better now."

"You sure it doesn't have anything to do with red eyes, or dried tears on your face. Actually come to think of it this is exactly what my sisters did when they had boy problems, they would turn our living room into junk food central and not get off the couch."

"You want to sit?" Lindsay asked moving the blankets off one end of the couch.

"Sure, and Linds I am here when you want to talk." Flack said sitting down and channel surfing.

"You know what's wrong, don't you?" Lindsay finally said after they had flipped through all the channels.

"I have a pretty good idea that Danny did something, but after that I don't know."

"Why didn't you ask him?"

"You're my friend and I am worried about you." Lindsay scooted over and rested her head on his shoulder.

"You're a good guy."

"I try." Lindsay gave a watery smile before telling Flack what had happened.

Danny opened the door, and was surprised to find Stella standing there. "Hey Stella."

"You don't look so good."

"I feel terrible." Stella hugged him, and then hit him in the back of the head 'Gibbs' style.

"Why the hell would you do something so incredibly stupid? I thought you knew better than that."

"So did I, but I wanted to protect her from the stupid mistakes I had made in my past."

"That worked really well for you." Stella said sarcastically.

"I know."

"Now you are going to have to figure out how to make this right, because there is no way I am letting you two end it like this."

"Where do I even start?"

"You do whatever you feel is right, and be completely honest with her."

"Thanks Stella." Danny said hugging her, "I think I know what I have to do."

A/N: Please don't hurt me. I know I didn't resolve anything but I just could not pass up on Flack being so sweet and this way you get to see how they both are feeling. Soon everything will be decided.
