Thank you for all of you who reviewed my last chapter. : ) it made me happy so I decided to up date again today. This is in EPOV because just like in BD Bella can't really do much. So it's just like another filler. So sorry if it's boring BUT The Edward and Bella stuff will soon come! haha enjoy! Oh and of course I own no characters from Twilight... SM as lucky as she is does. I just own any character I made up.

EPOV

"I want to kill him," Chad said as the ambulance drove off.

"No one will be doing anything," one of the cops said approaching all of us. "I'm Officer Mason and this is my partner Officer Black. We want to ask you all a few questions, if you don't mind." Like we even had an option. So we all got question one by one, which took forever. We all just wanted to get to the hospital. They thanked us for our time and told us if they could get proof it was John he'd get what he deserved and then they left.

"That fucking took forever," Mike said restlessly.

"John will be getting justice no matter if they get enough proof," Chad said angrily.

"Let's just get to the hospital," I said trying to calm everyone down. "Chad, Christina, and I will take Bella's car. The rest of you take whatever car you need. We will see you guys at the hospital." I took the keys out of my pocket, remembering Bella wanted me to hold them so she didn't have to take her purse in. The 3 of us walked to her car and I sped to the hospital. Bella would have had a heart attack if she had been in the car. We were all silent on the way to the hospital. We got there quicker than most would. It took no time for any of us to get out and run to the hospital.

"We are here for Isabella Swan. She was just taken here," Christina told the lady at the front desk.

"Just wait patiently and I'll see what I can do for you. I will let you know something as soon as I hear anything," she said nicely.

Reluctantly we walked to the waiting room. I decided to call Alice.

"Yes Edward," she said in a playful tone.

"I have bad news."

"What happened?" she started to sound worried.

"Bella is in the hospital."

"WHY!" she screamed.

"Well John raped and beat her. She just got here not to long ago. I think she will be okay but we haven't talked to a doctor yet."

"I'm coming home."

"Alice.."

"No Edward. She is my best friend. I'm coming home. We will be on the next flight back. Let me know if anything changes."

"Hey um so should I call Chief Swan and the rest of our family?" Those are phone calls I'm dreading.

"I will call her dad. You worry about our family."

"Thanks. See you soon. Be careful"

"No problem. Bye," she hung up.

"Alice and Jasper are coming home tomorrow," I informed Chad and Christina.

"Bella will love that," Christina said with a half smile. She still felt guilty.

"It's not your fault Christina," Chad said seeing the same thing I saw.

"I should have stopped her."

"No one could have." I reassured her.

"You never know."

"No we won't. So let's just move past it and hope she's ok."

She just nodded even though she still blamed herself. I decided to make the calls to my parents.

"Edward!" my mom shouted when answering the phone.

"Hi mom," I tried sounding happy for her.

"Where have you been? You haven't called in days."

"Um well here's the thing. I've been in California, staying at Alice's," I said hesitantly since no one else knew besides Emmett.

"But Alice is out of town."

"I know."

"And Bella?"

"Had a problem at first but we've actually got really close."

"I'm so glad Edward!!"

"Well the reason I'm calling you especially this late is that something happened."

"What's wrong?"

I took a deep breath. "John beat and raped Bella tonight. We are at the hospital waiting on the doctor right now so I don't know much." I said it as quiet as I could. She asked a million questions I couldn't or didn't want to answer.

"Mom I want to answer those but it has been a long night. Alice and Jasper are coming home tomorrow. Why don't you and dad come down? Bella would love that. I will give the full story when I know more and I'm not so tried. And I still have to call Emmett."

"Ok honey. Get some rest. I will let your father know and we will be there as soon as possible. I love you so much. Please tell Bella the same."

"I love you too, tell dad I love him. Bye mom."

"Bye sweetie." We hung up.

Now on to Emmett. I took another deep breath, dialed his number, and slowly pressed the send button.

"Yo?" he answered.

"Hey Emmett."

"What's up? Why are you calling so late?"

Even though he was the 3rd person I've called, this wasn't any easier. "I have to tell you something. It's not good so please brace yourself."

"Um ok?" he was so confused.

"Well John raped Bella tonight. He beat her pretty bad too. She's in the hospital right now. We are in the waiting room, the doctor hasn't told us anything yet." The phone went silent. "Emmett?"

"I'm leaving now. I'll be there shortly."

"Emmett…"

"NO! I'm leaving now. On the way I'm going to kill John and then I'm going to be there for her, like I always am. Why must you idiots hurt her?" he was raising his voice. He was very mad.

"Emmett," I was gonna reason with him.

"I will see you soon Edward. Thanks for calling." He hung up.

I sighed and text Alice to let her know the family was informed and that they'd all be here tomorrow. The rest of Bella's friends started showing up. We all waited for what felt like forever. Soon we saw a doctor walking our way.

"You all here for Isabella Swan?" He asked us, we all nodded.

"Well she will be okay. She was raped but we didn't get anything of showing who did it. She has a broken nose and broken ribs. She has a minor concussion also. But all of that should heal fine. Other than that she just has lots of bruises. She just needs a lot of rest. So if you al want to go home and get some rest, you guys can come up as soon as visiting hours start." We all looked at each other, no one wanted to leave. "Or you all could sleep here if you'd like. But the biggest things in these cases are the mental health. She just needs support and all of her family and friends. It will be rough but with the right care she should be okay." He smiled letting us know he was done.

"Thank you doctor." I shook his hand and he walked off. We all made ourselves comfortable. I called Alice to let her know about Bella and she let me know Charlie was on his way. When I was done, I got as comfortable as I could and closed my eyes. Everyone was sleeping besides me and Chad.

"She loves you," I heard Chad say.

I opened my eyes to see who Chad was talking to but no one was around. "Huh?"

"Bella, she loves you."

"You are crazy."

"You love her too."

"Well I can't deny that."

"I see how you guys look at each other. Like you guys are still in love but you won't admit it to each other. You guys are afraid the other will reject you. But in all reality neither of you will but neither of you will say anything."

"I thought you liked her."

"I do but just watching you guys, I can see you guys were meant for each other. There is no use of fighting and battle I can't win." I was speechless. I did not see what he saw.

"We will see if she forgives me." I hurt her terribly.

"She already has," he sounded so sure.

"How do you know?"

"It is all in the eyes," he said while closing his eyes. I mimicked his actions and I soon fell asleep. But I didn't sleep for long or well might I add. Everyone was still sleeping when I got up. I felt the urge to see Bella. I needed to make sure she was ok. I got up and went to the same lady at the desk.

"I was wondering if you could let me just sleep in my friends room. I need to see her, need to see she's okay." I begged.

She smiled. "I think I can let you do that. But you have to tell me something."

"Yes?"

"Do you love her?"

I thought for a moment. "I believe I do." She smiled lightly, she reminded me of my mother.

"Go ahead sweetie. I hope she sees how lucky is to have someone like you."

"Hopefully." I smiled. She gave me Bella's room # and I went to see her. I reached her door in no time. I took a deep breath to prepare myself. I walked in. She laid there sleeping. I slowly walked to her side to get a better view. I wanted to touch her but I didn't want to wake her. She looked bad. I clinched my fist. I wanted to kill John for what he did. She had bruises all over her. I quietly moved a chair next to her. I sat down and watched her. I just thought about all the ways I could make John pay. I never could fall asleep. But the sun started coming up. I got a text message from Alice.

We will be there by 1 this afternoon. Charlie should be there soon. Mom and Dad will be there in a couple of hours. Let me know if anything changes.

I left it at that. I knew Emmett would be here in an hour or so. I just watched her. I went by the window to look outside. It was nice knowing the long night was over and it was a new day.

"Edward," I heard Bella mumble. I ran to her side. Her eyes were closed. She was just talking in her sleep. I grabbed her hand. She squeezed mine. Was she awake?
