I'm sorry! I haven't been able to update. Between fighting with friends, having family issues, and my homework being crazy I haven't been able to update! But Here is the next chapter!! I have a lot written for my story, it is actually coming close to an end.. well what I am writing but I rarely have time to type it all up! Oh and I want to say.. you all should download I Don't Care by Fall Out Boy! I just love it. And if you don't well you are missing out! lol Anyways here you go! And of course, as much as I'd like to own every twilight character possible I don't! tears

We both looked and Emmett was walking our way. "And how do you know?" Charlie asked sternly.

"Because my parents raised him better than that. And he isn't a big enough idiot to lose her again." He stood up for me.

"Thanks."

"I still owe you an ass kicking but that is for another day." He joked. And before Charlie replied Emmett just simply said, "No need to argue. I have a best friend to see."

I nodded and opened the door. "Bella?"

"Yes?" she turned her head towards me.

"I have another surprise for you." I walked in with Emmett following.

"Emmett!" She screamed.

"Bella!" He quickly walked to her side and grabbed her hand carefully.

"You shouldn't have come up here. I'm okay."

"Of course you are. But I wanted to anyways."

"Where is Rose?"

"She couldn't leave on such short notice with work and all. No need to worry though. Just rest so you can get out of here soon," he said in a calming voice. Knowing that we should let her rest even if we all wanted to be with her.

"Sounds good." She smiled and he kissed her hand. "Love you Bells. See ya later." He stepped back and let Charlie say good-bye.

"I love you dad."

He kissed her forehead. "Rest baby. I love you." He stepped back slowly knowing it was my turn.

She had a huge smiled when I grabbed her hand. "Thank you again. You have saved me way to many times in the last few days."

"You are worth the saving. I can't live without you." I whispered even though they heard.

"Good. Because really you didn't have a choice." She joked.

"Rest love." I kissed her hand and was about to turn away.

"Hold on. Come down here." I leaned forward. "I love you." She whispered in my ear. I leaned up and kissed her forehead, nose, and eyes.

"Forever," I said my mouth close to hers but not touching.

She closed her eyes and we left the room. "Did you guys eat yet?" I asked even though I knew they hadn't.

"No," They answered in unison.

"Want to grab a bite?"

"Sure," Emmett said, Charlie nodded. This will be an interesting breakfast.

We were sitting at our table looking at our menus in quiet. NO one had really said anything since we got there.

"So Edward. Do you want to fill me in on everything I've missed in the past few days?" Charlie broke the silence. I just kept looking at my menu debating what to say. I took a deep breath when I decided he should know. So I told him everything from the time I got there till now skipping a few parts.

"Well that is something," He said not knowing how to react,

"He needs to pay," Emmett said with anger referring to John.

"I'm sure the cops with handle it," Charlie said defending his own.

"They didn't find any DNA. So no real evidence against him besides our word." I defended Emmett.

"Did anyone else besides you guys see him?" I nodded, knowing most people there were to drunk to realize the cops were there.

"Would you take their word if you didn't know them and it wasn't your daughter hurt?" Emmett argued.

Charlie thought for a moment. "Maybe. I don't know. But it Bella identifies him, I see no reason why they wouldn't go after him." Maybe he was right but no one would be satisfied with that. I was quiet not wanting to get on Charlie's bad side.

"You alright Edward?" Charlie asked half way through the meal.

"Just been a long 24 hours."

"Have you slept?"

"Maybe 3 hours."

"You need to sleep."

"I can't."

"We are here. You don't have to protect here," He said harshly. I just continued eating not wanting to argue. The subject was dropped and we only made small talk after that.

We soon went back to the hospital where Bella was still sleeping. We all just sat in silence. We all stared off waiting for her to wake up. Then something happened. Something that brought us all to our feet in an instant. We were all brought back to reality when Bella was jerking her body everything and screaming "NO! STOP! PLEASE! LET ME GO!" She kept jerking her body like she was trying to get away for something. The 3 of us ran to her side.

"Bella, sweetie wake up!" Charlie yelled. We all grabbed a part of her and tried holding her down so she didn't fall off the bed. She just jerked her body harder and she screamed louder.

"Help us!" Emmett screamed with tears falling. I had Bella's left arm, Charlie had her right arm, and Emmett had her legs. But the 3 of us alone couldn't stop her. We just kept calling her name to wake her but she just kept trying to get away. Her doctor and nurse finally came running in.

"Let me go! Stop! Please! John! I don't want this!" She screamed.

I clenched my jaws at the sound of his name. Tears started running down my cheek. I couldn't process anything around me. I just felt Bella struggling in my hands and her screams getting louder. I let her go and let the others calm her. I couldn't see it or hear it. I ran out of the room and went outside. I sat down against a wall. I put my face n my hands and let the tears fall. He tortured her in so many ways. How could he have done that to her. Hear her screaming and seeing her struggle, it was straight from a horror. I heard the automatic door open, I had a feeling it was Emmett but I was too weak to look up. I heard footsteps walking towards me and then felt someone sit next to me.

"You okay?" Emmett asked. I shook my head not sure I could talk. "She's okay now." I didn't respond. "Maybe you should go home and sleep." He suggested.

"I can't leave her." My face still in my hands.

"You have to sleep sometime. Me and Charlie are here. She will be okay. She IS okay."

"I don't have a way back," I looked for any excuse.

"Take my care."

"I can't Emmett."

"You need to."

"No."

"Edward, I'm not suggesting you should. I'm demanding you to go and sleep." He said sternly.

"You can't tell me what to do," I argued like a 5-year-old.

"Edward Cullen. I will kick your ass right now if I have to. You better go and sleep if you know what is good for you."

I lifted my head to see if he was serious and he was. "Fine! I'll go!" My phone rang. I looked to see that is was my mom. "Hey." I answered.

"How is everything?"

"It's okay."

"Well we are leaving the airport now."

"I'm actually going to go back to Alice's and sleep but Emmett and Charlie are here. So call one of them when you get here."

"Ok. Well get lots of sleep. I love you."

"I love you too. Bye." I hung up.

Before I could even think twice about leaving Emmett gave me his keys. "Be careful," he warned me.

"Call me if anything happens." I stood up and Emmett mimicked.

"Will do. Now go!" He pushed me.

I was back at the house in about 15 minutes. I decided to sleep in Bella's bed. The scent of her was still on her sheets. In no time I was asleep. I didn't know I was so tired.

"Edward." Someone shook me. "Wake up. It's 4 in the afternoon. Time to wake up." I opened my eyes to see who was going to get taken down for waking me up. My vision was blurry but I could make out Jasper.

"Wait. Did you say it was 4?" I jumped out of bed and looked at the clock that said 4:05. I started putting on the same clothes I wore last night.

"No Edward. You are taking a shower and putting on different clothes."

"I have to see her."

"Edward. She is sleeping, there is no need to rush. Just jump in the shower real fast and then we will go." He reasoned.

"Fine," I said defeated.

We were on our way to the hospital when I noticed Jasper took a wrong turn.

"Um where are we going?" I said impatiently.

"We are meeting Emmett and taking a little detour." He said with a slight smile.

I just sat there not knowing how to reply. I saw Emmett waiting in a random parking lot. Jasper pulled beside him and he got in back.

"Did anyone question you?" Jasper asked as soon as Emmett closed the door.

"Only Alice. I think she knows what we are doing."

"No surprise there."

"Well since Alice knows, may I know what is going on?" I demanded an answer.

"We are giving John a little visit." Emmett said with evil in his voice and a look that could kill.
