A/N: Okay, so the beginning of this chapter is a little OOC. But give me a break please, it is a little after minute and I am VERY tired. Lol…enjoy!

It only took three days for the school to take sides: the ones who were on Harry and Draco's side, and the ones that weren't. The Slytherins were the main ones whose opposed, while the Hufflepuffs seemed the most unaffected by this news. Draco came up with a few rude thoughts on why this was, but Harry forbid him to say any of them out loud. After all, Harry did have a rather good way of making Draco be quiet.

While it was easy to see which side the students were on, it was extremely difficult to understand where the teachers stood. Only one opinion was obvious. Snape hated Harry and he probably always would; the last thing he wanted was for him to be with his prized pupil. It didn't take long for Harry and Draco to find this amusing, and they would purposefully walk past Snape holding hands, enjoying watching his face turn green.

Ron and Hermione still were not happy with him, but Harry believed that they were at least beginning to come to terms with it. Hermione at least attempted to smile at Draco when Harry was with him. Harry was sure that all they needed to see was that Draco had truly changed, and then they would be alright.

Harry was working on the extra Potions homework Snape had given him in the common room with Ron and Hermione. They were talking and laughing together, something they had not done for a handful of days, when a owl flew through the open common room window, and dropped a letter onto Harry's lap. The three fell quiet.

"Draco?" Ron asked finally, his voice dull. Harry nodded.

"I'll be right back, okay?" He said, and without waiting for an answer, he stood up and hurried to the steps leading up his dormitory. He waited until he was in his dormitory and had sat on the edge of his bed to open the letter.

--

Harry,

Christmas is coming.

--

Draco,

Yes, it is. Is there any reason why you are telling me this?

--

Harry,

I don't want to go home for the holidays. My father is there, and I'm sure that someone in Slytherin has told their parents about us. Meaning that somehow my father knows and is reading to kill me the minute I arrive home.

--

Draco,

Then you aren't going home. I'm sure Dumbledore would help you figure something out. He won't make you go if you don't think it's safe.

Plus, I'm not going to let you. You no longer have a choice.

--

Harry,

Do you know what it would mean if I didn't go home? My father would disown me. I'd be broke and homeless.

--

It's better than being dead.

I'm not letting you leave me Draco.

--

Harry,

Why? You shouldn't even be thinking that. This wasn't supposed to happen. I was supposed to become a Death Eater and honor the Malfoy name. Not fall in love with the Boy-Who-Lived.

--

Draco,

Well, it did happen. And I'm not regretting it.

I couldn't regret being in love with you.

--

God Harry, I shouldn't be so lucky to have you.

I never thought that someone telling me them love me would make me so unbelievably happy.

--

So you aren't going home?

--

Harry,

No. I don't even know what I was thinking.

So I'll lose everything that my father planned to leave me in his will.

At least I'll still have you.

--

Draco,

I never thought somebody saying that would make me so happy.

Where did this all even come from?

--

Harry,

I don't really know.

Things have just been so good lately between you and me, I think I'm waiting for something to go wrong. It usually does.

Even you can't fight me on that one.

--

Draco,

No, I guess I can't. But it will be alright. I'm not going to let anything happen to you.

Speaking of which, how is everything going in with the other Slytherins? I know that they aren't exactly happy with you right now.

--

Harry,

Well, they're not beating me up.

--

Not yet.

--

Well then, what do you propose we do?

It's not like I could just move into you common room.

--

Says who?

I bet that I could give Ron to agree to that. He's beginning to come around anyway.

Plus, Seamus, Dean and Neville are fine with us. They wouldn't be a problem.

Screw the other Gryffindors. I'll sneak you in if I have to.

--

That's very Slytherin of you Potter.

--

Draco,

Well then, you've taught me well, haven't you?

--

Harry,

Oh, I couldn't take all the credit for that.

--

Draco,

Really? I would have thought that you were cocky enough to.

--

Shut up, Potter.

--

Harry was still smirking when he returned to the common room.

A/N: Wow, well, this was an extremely pointless chapter! Lol… I am a little tired drunk right now, but I had to write this chapter while I had time… so I hope you at least enjoyed it!!

Oh, and since I've gotten more reviews than I ever have gotten on one chapter before… you all are review winners!! However, Lady Ichabod continues to have the longest reviews, so anyone wishing to take that title for themselves… go right ahead!

Thanks for reading! I'll try to get another update soon.
