The victory over the Mandalorians came with a price, and many sacrifices had to be made to stop them. But they didn't end in the skies of Malachor V. Instead of peace, Revan's return to the Known Space brought another war, more devastating than the previous one. Seeing this as the darkness they have foreseen, the Jedi fought back.
