CHAPTER #2 By: DEMONGAL109
Kaia and the stranger rested in her bed and just stared at each other neither one of them dared to move or say a word but that was until Kaia snapped back into reality and screamed pushing and slapping the man in her bed. She crawled back wards on the bed a loud "Thump" was heard which was the sound to Kaia falling off her bed she didn't waste anytime to complain about her butt she got up and ran out the room and into the bath room slamming and locking the door where she began to freak out. "W-WHO THE HELL WAS THAT AND WHAT THE HELL WAS HE DOING IN MY APPARTMENT AND MOST IMPORTANT WHY THE HELL WAS HE IN MY DAMN BED AND CUDDLING WITH ME?!" Kaia screamed in her head then she stopped and placed two fingers on her lips he was so close to kissing her a blush appeared on her face but she shook her head and it quickly went away within a matter of seconds, now wasn't the time to think about almost kisses especially if it was with some stranger that she found in her bed. Kaia had a feeling that she was forgetting something then "Oh where's the wolf!" She said in her head

Looking around the bathroom Kaia found a blow drier and grabbed it. She then placed her ear on the door she couldn't hear anything on the other side of the door, did he leave? Kaia slowly unlocked the door and slowly opened it. Poking her head out from the bathroom she didn't see anybody and didn't hear anybody finally actually stepping out of the bathroom with the plastic blow drier in hand Kaia stopped at the corner of the hallway, just around the corner was her bedroom. She sighed quietly and picked up the courage. Jumping our of the corner with the blow drier in her hand she didn't see anybody but her white wolf on her bed looking at her with his ears flatten giving her a look that said "What the hell is the matter with you?" Kaia sighed with relief he wasn't here anymore and placed the blow drier on the dresser. Kaia looked over at the wolf and sighed again " And just where the hell were you at huh?" the wolf gave her a scuff and glared at her. Not in the mood to deal with her for legged friend she turned and walked into the small living room by her room and sat on her couch and rested her head in her hand and looked over at her bed room where the white wolf walked out of her room and sat down in front of her looking up at her. Kaia looked back at him and raised an eye brawl. She then leaned back pressing her back against the couch and looked around the room. The windows and the door was locked so how did that guy get into her house?

"Who was that guy?" The brown haired brown-eyed girl asked as she stared up at the ceiling, her mind kept repeating the time that took place in her room. The two of them cuddling with each other and she hated to admit it but she had to admit that the guy was really hot and also what they almost did Kaia placed her fingers on her lips and blushed and thought of his hot breath hitting her lips and hid deep blue sexy eyes looking into hers. She shook her head trying to erase the memory of him from his head she looked down at her white wolf and raised an eye brawl when she saw that he was like in his own little world like he was daydreaming. Kaia laughed a little when she saw him shake his head then look away a bit embarrassed and flattened his ears. Kaia rested her head in her hand again as she looked down at her wolf who just looked back at her. "Ya know we still need to give you a name, how about Fluffy?" Kaia asked looking down at the wolf to see if he would give her a sign that he liked or disliked the name but he just growled at her and gave her a look that said "You better not give me that gay name" Kaia laughed at his face. After an hour and a half of going through name and in respond were growls sneezes and scuffs. Kaia sighed angrily alright how about "Kiba" The wolf she laid on his stomach and rested his head on his paws like he liked it but didn't care if he called her that. Kaia wasn't in the mood to deal with him right now looking at the time she quickly stood up and ran into her bed room leaving her wolf confused.

"Oh my good I'm going to be late for the bus!" Kaia screamed quickly getting dressed for school then running into the kitchen putting 2 pieces of whole wheat bread in the toaster then running into the bathroom quickly brushing her hair, washing her face and brushing her teeth. She then ran back into the kitchen and placed a thick piece of meat on a plate for her K9 friend to eat so when she came back home she wouldn't have to put up with his growling because she forgot to feed him. Quickly eating her small breakfast she saw the bus out side through her window she quickly put her shoes on and grabbed her things and closed and locked the door. She ran down the first staircase to only see her bus leaving her. Sighing she walked back up stairs and opened the door walking in she sighed again but was able to smile "Well at least I have enough time to eat a real breakfast and get my crap in order. After eating a good breakfast Kaia made sure she had every thing and also made sure that she left food and water for her K9 friend opening the door to walk out she turned back to face the wolf who sat in the kitchen looking at her Kaia gave him a smile "Alright Kiba you stay here ok and try not to make any noise I don't want the neighbors to find out about you. " with that being said Kaia walked out of her apartment locking it behind her. Kiba sat in the kitchen and looked around and noticed the Kitchen window open he smirked. Kaia walked down the staircases and began to walk to school it wasn't as cold as it was yesterday but it was still cold and it was a very long walk to her school. Once reaching the bottom of the staircase she dashed away running down the blocks.

After five to seven blocks of running she stopped and pressed her shoulder on a building she needed to take a break. She only had a couple more blocks to go until she reached her school after resting for a little while Kaia remembered she had some of her report on the "American revolution in her hand she was in such a hurry today she kina forgot to put the papers in order. As she began to walk she started to put her report in order after passing a block she saw somebody in an ally she stopped and looked at him then man looked back and grinned at her showing he ugly yellow teeth Kaia quickly turned away and continued to walk again. After a little while of browsing through her notes as she walked, Kaia almost missed the small signs that someone was following her. Perhaps it was the slight shuffle of footsteps behind her, or the sudden quiet on the streets. Kaia suddenly looked up, her brown eyes widening as she saw how deserted the sidewalks were. The wind whistled through the shadowed avenue, and a rustling scrap of newspaper danced away from her as a tangle of dark chocolate brown hair flicked past her vision.

Sighing in exasperation, she combed the tendril back behind her ear. The papers of her report fluttered in her hand, and an icy feeling shot down her back. She whipped her head around, freeing the tangle from behind her ear once more, but she ignored it, her brown eyes intense on the shadowed stranger who followed her. He was muffled in a thick overcoat, a battered hat pulled low, hiding his eyes. Instinct made Kaia whip back around, and continue walking. The steps behind her became louder, more deliberate. Gripping her study notes in a white-knuckled hand, the young woman quickened her pace. The footfalls behind her also picked up speed in a menacing melody behind her. Kaia broke into an awkward run, her shoes hitting the floor below her. The steps behind her quickened, and she heard a mocking laugh. Heart beating in her ears, she dropped her notes in a flutter as the wind picked them up and hurled them behind her. Her awkward run wasn't enough to shake her stalker off of her now going into a run she gasped and stretched her legs out, now running for her life.

The heavy tread behind her was gaining, and each gasping breath was sending a stab through her lungs. How the hell could she outrun him? Why did she stop and looked at him? Why didn't she notice how there weren't a lot of people down this street? Her thoughts ran through her mind, even as she felt the seconds that she was running turn into an eternity. Each sharp gasp of her tortured lungs, each stab from her tensed muscles. Choking on her terror, she managed to scream out between breaths, "Help me! Somebody help me!" No one answered her but the man's mocking laughter on her neck as he lunged to grab her arm.
With surprising strength, Kaia managed to twist out of his fumbling grasp, and she darted across the deserted road, blindly running into a side street between deserted, boarded-up buildings that she hoped would lead her into a more crowded street. A moan of terror escaped her lips as she realized she had turned into a dead end, the garbage-festooned street ended in a blank wall, the bricks chipped by time and dirt. Agony pierced through her right foot and she crumpled into a heaving pile as she stumbled from the sudden pain. Landing on her hands, she hissed out an anguished cry and turned over to face her attacker. Her stalker was a darker shadow against the alley entrance. The overcoat's edges parted and an unshaven face grinned at her, showing rotted teeth. His cold laughter echoed off of the imprisoning brick walls as he took a step forward.

Inhaling deeply, Kaia let out a scream loud enough to wake the dead, hoping someone-anyone-would hear her cry "HELP PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!" The man gave her a mocking laugh. "No one can hear you, bitch." The gruff voice mocked her as the man took another step closer. "Leave me alone! What do you want from me!" Kaia scrambled backwards on her hands and left foot, the right throbbing in pain and refusing to support her. She crab-walked her way to the nearest wall, trying to keep away from the leering man. Her fingers fanned behind her, looking for anything to use as a weapon. A rotted stick of wood came to her grasping hand, and she clutched it as a spike of desperate hope filled her. Thrusting the stick forward, she hit the wall with her backside, and used her other hand to climb along the wall. "Stay away from me!" She screamed at the man, who just chuckled low in his throat.

"Come on, now, honey. I just want to give you a little bit of fun..." The man lunged for her, but Kaia swung the rotted stick desperately at his reaching hands. The man easily slammed the stick out of her weak hands, and pushed her off-balance. She fell back her head smacked against the unforgiving brick wall behind her with a sick thud that sent multi-colored lights dancing in front of her eyes making her vision blurry. Her body slithered down the wall as the air whooshed out of her throat in a desperate sob. The man's hot breath was on her cheek as he bent over her, one hand fisting a glint of sharpened steel as the other busied inside his overcoat, open his pants. "That was cute, bitch, but you're mine now. You're a sweet piece of candy, let me tell you. A pretty little thing like you shouldn't have been walking all alone down..."

The man's taunting voice and Kaia's heart-wrenched sob were cut off abruptly by a low, warning rumble from behind them. They both froze as the rumble increased in volume to a menacing, teeth-baring growl. "What the f--!" The man's exclamation was cut off as he screamed. Through her blurring vision, Kaia couldn't see a lot only hear in horror as she could hear saliva- dripping teeth sunk into the man's shoulder. Sobbing, she tried to shrink back against the wall and into herself as she could hear the man's desperate fight for his life. The man's knife slashed desperately against a leg, and the animal yelped in pain, letting go of his shoulder. The man slithered backwards, knowing that he was holding his bloodied knife in a weak defense. "What the fuck are you!" He yelled at the animal, which answered with a fanged snarl. Kaia shivered in horror, her over-ridden mind focusing on the jagged rows of death that awaited the man. She knew the yellow eyes, hot with bloodlust, devoured the man's soul. "Get the fuck outta here, you mangy mutt!" The man shouted, desperation and fear twisting in his voice. Kaia was able to hear the animal run then leap off the floor.

Kaia covered her ears with her hands and closed her eyes, choking on her sobs, not wanting to hear or see what was about to happen. She heard the scream cut off abruptly into a sick, gurgling sound as a heavy weight impacted on the asphalt. Rolling into a fetal position, her mind whirled under the onslaught of sounds, terror nipping at her sanity. The abrupt silence froze her soul. She waited in terror for the hot breath of certain death to find her. Slowly opening her eyes and removing her hands from her ears her blurry vision began to slowly clear up. Able to see the animals shadow growing bigger by the second she could hear his feet tapping on the floor it was walking towards her. The animal's triangular ears perked, and he made a low sound in his throat. Kaia swallowed convulsively, and tried to draw her numbed legs in. At her movement, the animal stiffened, and growled. Kaia clenched her eyes closed, certain of her own death now. A low moan of sorrow hissed from her throat as she prepared for the worst. She could hear the foot-pads of Death stalking closer, could even feel the hot, growling breath on her hyper-sensitive skin. A sad mew of helpless protest escaped her.

Something nosed her cheek, and she tightened in upon herself, waiting for Death's jaws to clench around her throat. Instead, something tickled her cheek, and she almost sobbed as the animal nosed her wet cheek. The animal gave her another lick on the cheek and nuzzled his head against her shoulder. Kaia slowly reopened her eyes her vision now almost coming back completely. Looking over her shoulder she could see its gold yellow eyes and…white fur. Blinking a few times she almost cried again when she noticed that the animal that saved her life was infact Kiba. Kaia got on her knees her eyes filled with tears ready to roll down her face she then slowly crawled forward her crawl then turned into a leap as she wrapped her arms around her K9 friend. He gave her a growl but when he felt the small tear drops hit his fur and could hear her cry he then stopped his growls. "K-Kiba….you came…you…saved me…you came and saved me….thank you….thank you so much….you saved me you saved me Kiba." Kiba lowered his head then pressed the side of his head against hers during the hug to comfort her. Kaia continued to hug her saver until she felt a small pull on her shirt.

Lifting her head from her friends shoulder she looked at Kiba who was the one pulling on her sleeve knowing what he was trying to say. They needed to go before anybody saw them.
Kaia nodded her head and looked down at her outfit she was mess her skirt and shirt along with her coat were either torn, ripped or dirty looking over at Kiba she sighed as she whipped away the tears in her eyes. "Well looks like I wont be going to school today. By the way how did you get here without anybody seeing you? But I'm not complaining or anything." Kaia asked Kiba who responded by looking up at a fire escape that was on the side of a building. Understanding Kaia nodded her head and smiled at the wolf. Kaia grabbed the edge of a dumpster that was at her side and pulled her self up and took a step forward and struggled to keep her self up her right foot and leg began to refuse to support her. Kiba who stood beside her just incase if she lost balance. She was able to reach the fire escapes ladder and grabbed a hold of it, looking down at Kiba who jumped on top of a dumpster and leaped on the fire escape he looked down at Kaia awaiting for her to reach the top. She began to climb but with her feet and legs stinging her with each movement that she made, made it difficult.

Getting herself on the ladder her vision started to fade on her again she shook her head and blinked a few times to get her vision back. Her vision finally fading on her completely she was tired. Kaia gave in and closed her eyes she felt her hand slip from the ladder. She didn't pass out or anything she awaited to slam into the hard floor below her but instead of falling on the floor she fell into somebody's arms. Trying to open her eyes to see who caught her she was unable to see him. "Wow…she must have been really tired…I guess it was expected after all the running she did." Kaia passed out in his arms she woke up a few minutes latter she felt somebody caring her and she had a good idea who it was. Slowly opening her eyes she looked around and could see that they were in a crowed block and pretty much everybody were looking at her and the man that was caring her.

Falling asleep in his arms again Kaia woke up but woke up in her apartment shooting up from her bed to be sitting Kaia looked around there was nobody there she removed the covers she was still in her school uniform and from the feel of it she still had her underwear on her, Kaia sighed with relief he didn't rape her she turned her head and saw her K9 friend laying on the floor looking at her.
Kaia stepped out of bed the one step brought her down on her knees. "Gah damnit what the hell is wrong with my feet and legs?" Kaia looked over her shoulder her legs cuts and bruises on them and her feet were swollen badly. Feeling a something cold on her cheek Kaia turned and saw Kiba, Kaia giggled and smiled at him to ensure him that she was ok. "Kiba don't worry I'll be fin-" Kaia noticed that his fur was "red" she knew he had gotten himself hurt. "Gah Kiba you got yourself hurt to?" Kiba just gave her a look, Kaia sighed and tried to stand but forced herself up Kiba stood up but Kaia looked down at him and shook her head. "Kiba stay here I'm going to go and get the first aid kit I'll be back." Kaia walked well more like limped into the kitchen she latter came back with the first aid kit in hand. She went and sat next to Kiba who was sitting on the floor. Kaia opened the first aid kit and took out disinfection and some bandages but there was only enough to treat one person. Kaia poured the liquid disinfection into a piece of cloth and lowered her hand to Kiba's leg but Kiba pushed her hand away with his muzzle as if telling her to use it on herself rather than himself.
Kaia looked a Kiba surprised but smiled at him and shook her head. "Kiba Ill be fine don't worry about me." Kiba looked at her then at her legs then back at her. Kaia gave him another smile and shook her head again

"Kiba…let me help you." Kaia lowered her hand to Kiba's leg and placed the wet pad onto his leg before he was able to push her hand away. Kiba looked down at her hand then at her how could she be so worried about him rather then being worried about her self, did she care about him that much to cure him first then to cure herself first, he didn't know. After placing the wet pad on his leg she grabbed the bandages and wrapped his leg up. When she was tieing the bandage up she thought she heard Kiba growl at her, but why? She then began to giggle when she found out that it was his stomach growling she looked up at Kiba giggling but Kiba just flattened his ears like he was embarrassed or something but when he felt her hand on the side of his face his ears shot up and his eyes locked onto hers. She gave him a sweet smile and a cute giggle "What are you embarrassed about Kiba you silly wolf?" Kiba just continued to look into her eyes what was with her eyes that caught his attention. Kaia heard his stomach growl again and laughed. Getting up she headed back into the kitchen leaving Kiba alone "W-whats going on, why did I just wait what just happened?" Kiba said in his head.

It wasn't long that Kaia returned with a bowl of water and a steak on a plate. Placing the food and water on the floor it didn't take Kiba long to start to eat the food on the plate. Kaia sat on the floor and watched Kiba eat his food away, smiling at him she sighed although he was a pain in the ass to have around but she was happy to have him around after all he was the one to save her from being rapped by an ugly old fart in the ally. Kaia then hissed in pain when she felt the cuts on her legs throb in pain Kiba shot his head up from the plate and looked at Kaia then back at her legs. Lowering his head to her legs Kaia who was watching with an eye brawl raised gulped at the wolfs action. "Hey um…Kiba…uh what are you doing?" Kiba's answer was licking the dried and fresh blood off of her legs.

Kaia twitched and squeezed her eyes closed when she felt the wolfs tongue on her leg. Her heart was pounding but wait a minute why was it pounding then of course duh there was an animal with sharp teeth licking the blood off of her legs. Then she felt something on her face looking to look at herself in the mirror. She…was…blushing…but wait why the hell was she blushing about? Kaia looked back at Kiba after no longer feeling his tongue on her legs and he looked back at her giving her a look that said more like asked "What's wrong?" The brown haired brown eyed girl gave him a smile. "Uh…thanks Kiba…for…um the lick. Well…" Kaia said sighing. "I better wash up and get dressed for bed looking at the time school is already over."The white wolf's ears perked up a bit but he didn't say anything.She stood up and walked off towards the bathroom, Kiba following after her due to boredom. Kaia walked over to the tub and turned the two knobs, she made sure it was cool water and not too warm before she took a bottle with some pink liquid inside of it, at least, that's what it looked like to Kiba.
"It's for bubble baths." Kaia said laughing at Kiba's curious look.

The wolf glared at her before turning his attention to the liquid as Kaia unscrew the cap and began spilling the liquid under the fall of the water. He was surprised to see the liquid disappear under the water into nothing instead of coloring the water pink, but what surprised him most was when bubbles started to form."…A human creation through science." Kaia answered. "If we didn't know this, we could have said it was magic."Kaia laughed and looked at Kiba who got his paws over the edge of the tub and looked in closer at the bubbles. "You probably thought it was magic until I told you right?" She asked. Kiba looked up at scoffed at her before looking back at the bubbles in interest. He started sniffing it and was surprised to smell the scent of flowers within it. "What is this? It just smells like the girl and a field of flowers…" He thought. It was true; she and the scent of flower fields were coming off the bubbles. "Okay Kiba stop looking at the bubbles now." Kaia said patting Kiba's head, he turned his head and gently bit her hand. She felt the sharp teeth but it didn't puncture her skin, she just looked at him amused. "You're such a child." She commented before taking her hand back and walked off to her room to get some fresh clothes.

Kiba waited and watched as she returned a few seconds later with undergarments, her PJay's and a towel. When he saw the bra she was carrying, he immediately thought of a restraint but shook it off seeing its odd shape. Kaia noticed Kiba eyeing the thing in her hands wearily and couldn't help but laugh. "No Kiba it isn't a harness or anything like that." She said then Kiba gave a 'how was I suppose to know?' look. "Well anyway can you please leave the bathroom I'm going to take a bath." Kaia said as she hung her stuff over a nearby hanger. Kiba just sat there on the floor of the bathroom meaning he wasn't going anywhere. Kaia didn't notice and she began taking off her shirt. "Oh damn…" Kiba thought alarmed, not really expecting the girl would actually strip naked in front of him like that. Politely he looked away, at least to not get aroused. He heard water move and he knew that she was already in the tub. Kaia sat in the tub full of warm water and pink bubbles letting the warm water due its magic on her tensed muscles. She hugged her legs as she sat in the tub thinking about what happened a few hours ago in the ally.

Almost being rapped and killed then being saved by Kiba. The mans scream haunted her and the sound of his blood hitting the cement sent shivers down her spine. Letting go of her legs Kaia pressed her back down on the tub leaving her head above the water she closed her eyes and relaxed.
Meanwhile Kiba sat outside the bathroom waiting for Kaia to come out then his stomach gave another growl he did eat but he didn't eat all the meat that was given to him walking into the small living room to finish the rest of the raw meat left on the plate. Licking what ever meat juice was left on the plate he looked over at the bandaged leg. He still couldn't understand why Kaia would bandage him up first knowing that there was only enough medicine for one person and yet she chose to use it on him rather then herself, but why? Kiba's ears shot up when her heard the water stop running walking over to the bathroom he saw that the door was open slightly letting some of the steam out of the room. He sniffed the air. Sweet flower scent, he took a deep breath inhaling the sweet scent of flowers into his senses closing his eyes he sniffed more of the sweet air. He wanted a better wiff of it, poking his nose at the door it slowly opened letting go more steam and the sweet scent of flowers from the bathroom.

It was the sound of a piece of cloth flap that made him open his eyes and when he did he saw Kaia swinging the pink towel around her body. The scent of the sweet of flowers filled the room and god did he love the scent and walked in a little more making the door creek open. Kaia hearing the door open quickly looked to find Kiba standing at the door way she screamed and held the towel close to her body. "GAH KIBA YOU PERVERT WOLF WHAT THE ARE YOU DOING? GET OUT GET OUT GET OUT!" Kiba quickly snapped back into reality and ran out of the room but when her heard a loud thump coming from the bath room and the hiss of pain coming from Kaia he ran back into the room seeing that she slipped on the water the fell on the floor from the tub. Kaia began to laugh at her self "Well that hurt" she said through her laughs as she stood to sit on the toilet. Kiba rolled his eyes while looking at her. He then felt a soft hand on his head that began rubbing behind his ears; he gave an oblivious whine of pleasure as the scent of flowers engulfed his senses. "Come here Kiba". Kaia said smiling as she had her hands out to scratch him, the towel that she had around her covering her body except her shoulder and a little of her back. Kiba looked at her thinking whether or not it might be wrong and ruin his pride. Seeing as it was nothing but scratching, he walked over closer to her and sat there exhaling the sweet scent as Kaia happily began scratching his ears with her fingers.

"I wonder how it feels like to be scratched like that; it's too bad I can't give you a massage. Those are awesome!" Kaia exclaimed as Kiba was closing his eyes to enjoy the feeling of being scratched. He opened one of his eyes and looked at her "Massage…?" He thought wondering. Almost like she knew what he was thinking about, she answered. "A massage is just simply moving the muscles. Someone helps do them instead of you; it's pretty good if you are really tense. Seeing as I can't give you a massage, I could probably give you a belly rub." Kaia said as she stopped her scratching, Kiba looked at her a bit annoyed that she stopped. She stood up and grabbed her fresh clothes and walked to her bedroom with Kiba following behind. Kaia walked into her room and turned around closing the door on Kiba "Nu-uh Kiba you can't follow me in here" Kaia said to Kiba who growled at her but Kaia shook her head "Go ahead and growl at me there's no way I'm letting you in here so growl all you want but I don't want you to see me naked." Kiba stopped growling at her and gave her a smirk then sat down in front of the door. Kaia saw the smirk and raised an eye brawl as she closed the door to change. After a few minutes Kaia opened the door for Kiba to come in. The two walked over to the bed Kaia sat on the bed then dropped on her bed bringing her legs up on the bed covering her self with the covers. Kiba sat and laid on his stomach on the floor rest his head over his paws. Kaia looked down from her bed and was surprised to see Kiba on the floor.

"Hey Kiba what's the matter you don't want to sleep in the bed with me tonight?" Kaia asked the white wolf but Kiba responded by giving what sounded like a sigh. Kaia sighed as well but smiled as she stretched her hand down and scratched him behind the ears and he gave an obvious sound of pleasure Kaia giggled as she smiled at him. "You know Kiba I'm not sure if I said this to you today but…" Kaia started Kiba looked up at her as she continued to scratch hi behind the ears. "But…I wanted to say that ….I'm really happy that I found you in the ally and that I met you…this is going to sound really corny but well….meeting you was the best thing that happened in my life because I know no one would have done what you did tonight you saved me." Kaia blushed a little when she looked down at Kiba his eyes were widened like he was so surprised to hear her say that that look made Kaia blush a little more and which made her stop scratching him behind the ears. "I…um...just forget that I said that ok" Kaia brought her hand back up and rolled over at her side so her back was facing the door. She felt something jump on her bed and when she looked it was Kiba he walked over to her and crawled under her arm and laying close to her. Kaia's eyes widened as she blushed Kiba locked his eyes onto her once again Kaia smiled at hugged him Kiba could feel his tail wagging from the hug that Kaia was giving him.

Kiba closed his eyes to fall asleep in his favorite humans arms Kaia loosened her arms around the white wolfs neck. Then the brown haired girl leaned forward and gave a kiss on the wolf's cheek. Kiba felt his tail stopped wagging and his eyes snapped open. He lifted his head off his paws and looked at the smiling girl who was now falling sleeping with her arms around his neck. "What…what was that?" Kiba could feel his face heat up from beneath his fur and his tail started wagging faster unnoticeably. He could feel his heart beat quicken and his chest knot up, the feeling of Kaia's lips was still there. Kiba lay his head back down onto his paws, however he couldn't keep his eyes closed. He opted to watch the sleeping Kaia instead. Humans…they were so difficult for him to understand and although he hated them yet he enjoyed being with this one…Kaia. He closed his eyes and fell asleep in his favorite humans arms. The next morning Kaia woke up still having Kiba in her arms she smiled at the sleeping wolf she looked at the time it was still early but she still needed to get up and get ready for school, she had enough time to get dressed make her breakfast and finally give Kiba a cooked breakfast other then a raw cold breakfast.

Slowly getting up so not to wake Kiba up she uncovered her self and released her arms from around his neck, she uncovered her self and sat up. She then stood up and covered Kiba with the covers. Smiling at her sleeping white wolf she slowly walked over to her dresser where she had her school uniform ready for today grabbing them she walked out of her room and slowly and quietly closed the door behind her but leaving it open on a crack. After getting dressed she had her book bag and her keys by the door. She had the T.V in her kitchen on so she was up to date on what was happening in the world. Like who died who robbed who and what was the weather like and what ever useless information they had that they were reporting. When she was done cooking her food she grabbed a thick piece of steak from her fridge and placed in on a pan. While she was cooking she was listening in on a report what they were saying made her stop what she was doing. Her hands began to shake on the report "This just in the body of George Colckford was found in an ally yesterday in the after noon with claw marks and bite marks on the neck arms and along the legs the CSI believe the claw and teeth marks belong an animal to a wolf. The police will be on patrol through out the entire city searching for the animal but shall not enter the homes of the citizens unless they have a warrant citizens are asked to on the look out for the wolf. If you happen to spot it you must call the police immediately." That was enough for Kaia to hear she quickly turned the T.V off and the stove. She looked down, hearing the sound of her door open Kaia turned and saw Kiba awake and walking out of her room holding back her tears Kaia gave Kiba a smile and placed the cooked meat on a plate.

"Hey you good morning…how did you sleep?" Kaia asked the white wolf who just looked at her knowing that something was wrong. Kaia placed the food and the bowl of water on the floor for Kiba to eat and drink. She then went to sit down and eat her food. Kiba walked over to the cooked food and began to eat with Kaia watching him, after her meal Kaia grabbed her shoes and put them on she put the dirty dishes into the sink and went to the door grabbing her book bag and keys. She stopped and faced the door after hearing Kiba following her from behind. She didn't face him but just looked down "Kiba….please stay here ok…don't leave the apartment today no matter what happens ok…they found the mans body…and…and they know that you did it they're looking for you Kiba…and I don't want them to find you and take you away from you Kiba…Kiba if anything were to happen to you…I…I don't think…I wouldn't forgive myself…just…stay here ok," Kaia said like she was going to cry, she turned the knob and opened the door but the door knob slipped out of her hand when it was pushed closed. She looked over at the side of it and there was a paw pushing it closed turning around completely she came face to face with Kiba who was standing on his back legs with one paw on her side pushinf the door closed while the other paw was close to her hip. Before Kaia could push him off of her Kiba leaned forward on licked her cheek slowly.

Kaia's eyes widened Kiba never licked her face before this was new for her. She placed her hands on his front legs and closed her eyes when she felt his tongue reaching her eyes a smile appeared on her lips. "Hey Kiba why so affectionate today?" After a while something was different about Kiba the fur the tongue it felt different a lot smaller then a usual K9 tongue was. The other thing that she noticed was different was the fur on his front legs were…gone and she could feel…skin…and his breath from K9 it turned…human! Kaia shot her eyes open after she felt his tongue leave her face. Looking at who she thought was Kiba instead was this guy took Kiba's place in front of her his hand pressing on the door and his other hand on her hip. Kaia's heart skipped a beat when she realized that this person was the same person that she found cuddling with her in her bed. She felt a blush covering her face and her heart picking up speed it's not every day you have a supper hot sexy guy licking her check and its definitely not every day that you find out that the wolf you took in can turn into a hot human.

Kiba took a deep breath inhaling the flower scent that covered Kaia and exhailed in her ear Kaia's heart skipped beat twice and that when she heard him speak into her ear "…Kaia…" the brown haired brown eyes girls instinks took over at that time as she pushed this man away from her. The man and Kaia looked at each other, Kaia was now sure this was the same guy that she found in bed with her that one morning. Brown messy hair, a white loose shirt and tight blue pants and a pair of brown messy shoes. He had deep blue eyes that would make any girl loose themselves. Along with a drop dead gorgeous face. He took a step forward but when he did Kaia squeezed on the door knob giving him the sign that she was scared, with that sign the man took a step back giving her the space that she needed.

"Kaia…it's…me…Kiba" Kaia's eyes widened could this man this guy be the wolf, the wolf that she took in? She then noticed the bandage that wrapped around his leg. This was the wolf this was Kiba. Kaia taking a step forward then soon walking up to Kiba she stopped in front of him she then slowly stretched out her hand to touch his face but she hesitated at first but touch she did. Kaia traced the strong outline of his jaw with her trembling fingers from his ear to his chin, I gingerly explored his chiseled features, running my fingers along the dusty red his perfect face. Her heart in my throat, as her hand cupped his cheek, her thumb drawing little circles on his smooth skin, under which she knew resided a strong and respectable spirit. His eyes were closed, as he leaned into her touch slowly, and for once, she felt as if she wasn't the only one affected by they're physical contact. Kiba raised his hand and placed it over her hand that cupped his cheek the blush on her face grew darker as Kiba reopened his eyes and looked into her chocolate brown eyes. "Kaia…"

Kaia yanked her hand away she got out of her day dream and came back into reality she slowly shook her head. This wasn't right a wolf cant turn into a human especially into a hot human. Before Kiba could say anything Kaia grabbed her things and ran out the door and down the stair cases then running down the blocks leading to her school. Kiba stood in the apartment and slammed his hand on the table "You idiot why did you show her the other you. She wasn't ready to see it she wasn't ready to see the other you she wasn't ready!" Kiba's mind screamed at him he then ran out after her also before he left he made sure that the door was lock before leaving. Meanwhile Kaia continued to run with questions running through her head. What was going on? How could Kiba actually turn into a human? And if could have turned into a human all along why did he stay with her? He could have just turned into his human form and leave. Kaia stopped at a building that was one block away from her school calming her breaths and herself down. The blush on her face stayed she couldn't believe what just happened back at her apartment Kiba…Kiba turned into a human and licked her cheek but wait. When she thought back to when she and him came home after what happened in the ally with that bum he also licked her legs. The blush on her face just got darker why didn't he just tell her in the first place what he was capable of doing. The she came to term that even if he had she would have reacted the same way as she is right now.

Then something popped in her head that made her eyes widened. "If he did show me then there wouldn't be a reason for him to stay with me and if he was capable of taking the form of a human then he wouldn't have to hide with me he could have just been on his own he really had no reason to stay with me. Then why did he?" Kaia thought to her self as she rested. Could it be that Kiba wanted to stay with her because he liked her? The thought of that actually being possible made her face light up a bright pink. She shook her head no way would that be possible a wolf falling in love with a human there just no way. Then….but still why did he stay with her? Kaia shook her head again to erase her thoughts and to get rid of the blush on her face. Walking down the last block to her school when she reached her school she saw everybody out side she looked down at her watch. "Its twenty minutes past seven why is everybody still out side schools going to start in ten minutes." Kaia thought to herself as she walked across the street to her school going through the crowed she saw her friend Lauren. Kaia then stopped and thought back to when she asked her to tell the bus to wait for her and she didn't Kaia sighed angrily at the thought of it but sighed calmly and walked up to her. "Hey Lauren what the hell is going on why the hell is everybody out here why aren't they inside?" Kaia asked her friend who turned around and sighed "Child how the hell am I suppose to know I got her ten minutes ago so I don't know anything on what's going on here." Sighing Kaia jumped to see the front entrance.

There were two guards both having a, what looked like wolfs only different like they weren't wolfs like they were something else. The guards also having AK47's on they're sides both of the guards arguing with the principle. Looking over at Lauren who was looking at her "They're fighting with the principle they have guns and dogs with them." Kaia told her friend who just rolled her eyes and sighed "No shit Kaia I already know that." Lauren said to Kaia who just gave a pissed off look at Lauren. "Well you don't need to act like that with me today Lauren." Kaia said while Lauren sighed and nodded her head "Alright your right but I just found out. They're here looking for something but they wont tell us what."
After twenty minutes of waiting they began to allow students to go into the building but when Kaia took another jump she saw that everybody needed to show they're school ID's before entering the building. Kaia's friends were able to get in when it came to her turn she reached for her ID but then jumped back when the two dogs tried to take a bite out of her leg the began to bark uncontrollably at her trying to get her but the guards held them back having to use what ever strength they had. "Take her put her in the truck then driver her over to the department." One guard said while the two more guards came up from behind her and grabbed her arms. "HEY WHAT ARE YOU DOING LET GO OF ME GET OFF OF ME YOU BASTERDS!" Kaia struggled to get out of they're grasp. Her friends tried to get back out side but they were stopped. Kaia Kicked and struggled through the grasp of the guards.

Everybody watched as the two guards pulled her down the schools steps. "GET OFF OF ME YOU STUPID SON OF A BITCH! GET OFF!" Kaia screamed then she pulled her arm forward and bit one of the guards hand who let her arm go using the opportunity that she had she pulled away from the other guard and ran but was stopped when the guard at the door shot a bullet just a few inches in front of her as a warning shot Kaia stopped in her tracks as the two guards ran up from behind her grabbing her arms and pulling her back she then again began to struggle it took four guards just to get her into the truck. Her friends crying out to her and trying to get through the crowd to her to they're friend. Tears began to roll down Kaia's eyes why did they want here what did she do that was wrong?
As she struggled she looked across the street and there stood Kiba his eyes widened as he watched what was happening. "KIBA!" Kaia cried out to him. Kiba ran out into the streets filled with moving cars, dodging the cars son not to get run over Kiba had to take his time to get across the street. He watched in horror as they placed Kaia into the back of the truck. Closing and locking the door, "KAIA NO!" Kiba ran forward through the corner of his eye a car drove toward him with ease he jumped and landed on top of it. Looking toward the school he could see the truck leaving and could see her through the bars on the window from behind the truck he could also hear Kaia screaming but what he heard wasn't a cry for help.

"KIBA NO DON'T FOLLOW GO BACK TO THE APARTMENT DON'T FOLLOW THE TRUCK DON'T FOLLOW ME DON'T GET CAUGHT PLEASE GO BACK!" Kaia screamed when the truck drove off she could see Kiba running across the street trying to get to her and she could hear him scream "KAIA NO!" Kaia turned away looking away from Kiba as the tears rolled down her face. Kaia sat on her legs in the truck looking down at the floor as she clenched her fists. "Kiba….Kiba….please….please listen to me this time….please listen to me...go turn back and never come back just leave." Kaia said as she cried in her hands was this day suppose to be the last day she would ever see Kiba again she didn't care as long as she hopped kiba listened to her. She didn't care what happened to her as long as Kiba didn't get involved and get hurt. What will Kiba's move be?

OOC: Whoa oh no Kaia got arrested because she had the scent of wolf on her Kiba saw her arrest and her cry for help what will the white wolf do and man Kiba reveled his human self to Kaia not to mention it looks that the two are starting to have certain feelings for one another what will happen find in the third chapter of "THE UNKNOWN HISTORY" well bye bye
