Each EVA has a soul of some type to synchronize with an EVA pilot. Each EVA has a unique appearance and soul attached. EVA last by two means; Umbilical Power Cord/ S2 engine (Subject to change). Cannot be controlled other than the use of a pilot. (UPDATE!) EVA has been confirmed to act on own will depending on circumstance. If sync percentage exceeds 1000 EVA has been known to act without the support of LCL. (UPDATE!) EVA can operate without the use of Umbilical Power Cord or S2 engine when synchronized 1000. No reasonable validation for the cause.
