Fear chapter 6! Fear it for it adds to the plot and characters I have to remember. And, once mre, GO READ ETSUUKOS THE MASSES STORY! It's an AG fic and a great one at that. Izumi is her char and from that story. I'm only borrowing him so he can fill in for the Taco-Bell-Delivery-Guy-Turned-Best-Buy-Worker. Yep. He's not mine. However, Butch and any other steet cat is mine.
Lawl. Boiling corn on the cob at 10:30 at night for dinner. I blame you, Etsuuko, since I can and was chatting with you on MSN for an hour or two before hand.
Disclaimer: Hopefully by now you all know I don't own Air Gear. Hopefully. If you think I do, by god I thank you for any sort of support that gives me.
Agito hadn't gotten far before he was ambushed, well, more like ran over, by a large medium lengthed brown cat. Finding himself under the heavier cat, Agito growled, shoving himself upwards as hard as he could. Sadly, it did little to help his situation. "Get the fuck off!" he snarled, eyeing the tail by his maw as a potential target should the cat not take the hint.
"Agito?"
What was with all his old friend/enemies coming back to haunt him? The little blue cat let his head fall to the ground, knowing that voice as well as he knew the back of his own hand... er paw. "Don't tell me. You found something on the internet too."
The brown cat looked over his shoulder at the cat he was on, smiling a bit sheepishly. "Yeah."
"Akira."
"Yes?"
"GET THE FUCK OFF OF ME!"
Scrambling to his paws, Akira flicked his tail, looking Agito up and down, a small smirk on his face. "You know, you look... cute as a cat." A rather tall cat, he had medium length brown fur, most of it along his chest holding the same look his hair had as a human. There was a lighter color along his chest and patching one eye. His ears were a darker brown, along with a blaze down his back.
There was a pause while Agito got to all fours and gathered up the glare everyone knew was his. "You're the last fucking person I want to hear that from." He bent his head down, licking at one piece of fur that had gone out of place.
Akira, in large kitty form, took a look around at the trees surrounding them. "So, you drank the same thing?"
"Not exactly." The memory was still fresh in Agito's mind. The way his so called teammates had forced him to drink the nasty concoction before any of them had even tried it. It also reminded him that he had vowed to murder that idiot of a captain as soon as possible. And now, his time of peace and quiet was ruined.
The big long furred brown tomcat's ears flicked as he cast an almost nervous look over his shoulder. "Where's the rest of the team?"
Agito gave Akira a look. "Being the lazyass idiots they are back there." The very tip of his tail flicked. Noticing his friend's nervousness, the kitten sized feline raised a nonexistant brow. "What's with you?"
"Huh? Nothing."
The kitten cat knew something was up. He gave Akira another look before getting to his paws, shaking out his long furred pelt. As soon as he got ready to make his way back to the group, as they had suffered long enough without his presence, once again something came from behind and rammed him into the ground. What was with people pouncing on him from out of nowhere?! Growling, and ready to rip the creature a new one, Agito rounded on whatever it was behind him. There, picking itself off the ground, was yet another cat. White with black patches, it smiled up at him, raising a paw and pawing at his dusty pink nose. Agito drew his head back, giving the other, half-his-size kitten a disgusted look.
Akira laughed, coming to stand next to his friend. "Who is that?"
"No idea," grumbled Agito, watching the younger cat try to pounce on his twitching tail. "But it's going to perish if it doesn't leave soon."
A brown feathery tail flicked Agito on the nose. "You should try being nice for a change. Who knows? It just might work. And you can't kill it."
"Why not? It's be easy. Just draw a claw across the throat and walk away."
"What would Akito think?"
"He'd never know." A dangerous look was shot at the other cat.
Akira nodded half heartidly, as if he didn't exactly believe that. "Sure. After how many years of sharing the same body as you? I'm pretty sure he'd know if you did anything."
Grumbling to himself, Agito glared at the smaller kitten as its little claws dug into his tail.
"Give it a name."
"Why the fuck should I?"
"Because we can't go calling it it all the time. Give it a name."
"Why don't you?"
"Because I'm not the one it won't leave alone."
There as some logic to that. Giving the white and black cat a stare, Agito muttered one word. "Kippy."
"Kippy?" Akira tried to hold back the laughter and smile. He really tried. "What the hell kind of name is Kippy?"
"Don't ask questions!" Agito snapped. He turned his back on Akira, stalking back to the group.
And in a house by the forst, Izumi looked under the couch cushions. "Sakanako, have you seen Bessie?" He glanced up at his female friend, hoping she had some knowledge of the white and black cat that reminded him so much of his favorite cow from back home.
"Nope."
Short chapter, but most of this was typed up in a matter of minutes. I had been grounded for a week and there would be at least another chapter if I hadn't. We get internet the 22 like I said before, so less than a week and you won't have to wait three weeks for a new chapter. I have the next chapter idea planned out.
And really, right now, I don'tr care if Akira seems OOC. I was bored, I went by what I knew, and improvised. If you have any problems with it let me know. I'll try to make him better but I can't without advice and such from you, my readers.
And so, I bid you farewell until the next chapter.
READ THE MASSES!
Thank you.
