Fly here,

I just watched the series final of Doctor Who, for the fourth season. I cried so much. Here's a one shot, of the Doctor, after everything.

Some ideas taken from the confidential as well.

Hope you enjoy.

Broken. Both of them. Both his hearts. The TARIDS was filled with his friends, his family, only a couple of hours before. Now, it was empty. Nothing.

Having to wipe Donna's memory, of everything they had done over the past year, was hard. He'd told her he was going, and she just brushed him off. She didn't care who he was. Why would she bother anyway? She was Donna. He smiled at that, but it didn't last long.

Martha had left, with Jack, and Mickey, going to do something with their lives. Martha did have a fiancée after all, or was she married now? He hadn't even bothered to ask. He probably wouldn't bring himself to find her again. Or Jack, or Mickey. They'd had enough of the life he led. He would become a memory to them. Just a memory.

Sarah-Jane had run off to see if her son was alright. She was the first to leave the ship. He didn't understand why it was so important that the boy was fourteen. Did it matter to him? Would he ever meet Sarah-Jane's son? Along with Martha, he probably wouldn't go looking.

Rose. His hearts throbbed. It was like having a blazing fire burn him from the inside. He'd left her again, on the same beach, with the same words. He hadn't even said goodbye. But, she was fine. With the other him, the one she needed to help. Was that fair? Putting her up to the same job she'd already done? Saving him. She'd done it more then once in the time he'd known her. He wouldn't see her again. Closing the walls to that universe meant he would never see her. This time it was forever. She wasn't going to find her way back. Why would she? There was always the human him. The man she deserved. Not the one that travels the stars, looking for danger. But, maybe that was what had led her to fall for him in the first place. The excitement. Would the feelings he'd had for her still linger in the other him? Would they stay there? Even without the excitement, and the running. He wouldn't see her again, so it probably shouldn't concern him. But it did.

So this was it. He was on his eleventh life. One more to go, or was it two? Hopefully he'd become ginger in that time. How come Donna got to be ginger? His hearts pounded in his ears. He must forget. He had to move on. That's what he always did. He would find a new family amongst the humans. He would save the universe with them, and then lose them. Again.

But he wouldn't forget any of them.

Even if they forgot him.

He wouldn't forget.

It's just a sum up. Hope you liked it. There are some points I missed, but I'm in such a state of sadness right now, I can't write them.

Please review.

I'll have another chapter for 'Hypnotised' up as soon as possible.
