Second chappi

Yawning Shikamaru woke up and turned over expecting Temari but all he got was Garra's fist. Garra grabbed Shikamaru by his neck and flung him into the nearest tree. A tidal wave of sand zoomed into Shikamaru knocking the breath out of his lungs. As the sand retreated he fell to the ground wheezing and spluttering. Just as Garra was about to kill Shikamaru, Temari woke and ran towards them.

'Garra what the hell are you doing?' Shouted Temari

'Killing this no good piece of shit.' Answered Garra slowly.

'But why?'

'He was sleeping next to you, my little sister.' Garra answered, he lunged at him only to be pulled back. Shikamaru coughed up a little blood and attempted to stand up only to immediately collapse again. Temari ran over to him.

'Garra we need to get him to hospital, now.' She pleaded with her brother. Garra was about to argue when he saw the look of worry in her eyes.

At the hospital Shikamaru was being patched up, it turned out that he had only a sprained ankle and a couple of broken ribs. The doctors prescribed 2 weeks of bed rest much to Shikamaru delight.

'I guess that means 2 weeks of no training, all day sleeping and watching clouds.' Sighed Shikamaru happily.

'Can I speak to you for a moment out side Temari?' asked Garra grabbing her wrist and dragging her into a secluded hallway.

'Why yes Garra.' Temari answered sarcastically earning her a frown from Garra.

'What were you doing with that lazy ass?' asked Garra.

'That lazy ass as you put it is my boyfriend.' Replied Temari.

'What are you saying Temari.'

'I've just told you, he's my boyfriend and I love him.'

'But what about the men in Suna?'

'I have got Shikamaru Garra, why can't you accept that.'

'Because I want the best for you Tem.'

'Cant you see, he is the best for me did you never consider that?' Temari insisted.

'But, I …..' Garra sighed.

'Please and it would mean a lot if you would give me your consent as well' Temari said before hugging her brother and walking back down the hall to see Shikamaru

It was times like these Garra needed advice from Kankuro.
