"What do you mean you have an ex-girlfriend? You've always been Grissom's girl," Catherine exclaimed while wiping up the beer she had spit at Sara's declaration.
"I lived in San Francisco for quite a while before Grissom ever entered my life. And it's not that I prefer one over the other. I like boys. I like girls. I love Grissom," Sara paused to take a sip from her bottle. "I just, I don't know, it's more about the connection up here," she said tapping her head.
Catherine nodded her head and went back to sipping on her beer. Perhaps she needed to start thinking about connections rather than just attractions.
