"Hey uhh, Jaden can I tell you something?" I asked nervously...

"Yeah sure, what do you need?" He replied happily.

"You know how we've been good friends for a while now right? How I can trust you, and how you can trust me?"

"Yeah. What about it?"

"Well it's kinda hard for me to say this... But-" As soon as I said that, I noticed he was doing something else. Looks like he was looking through his deck... I also noticed I couldn't stop fidgeting...

"Uhh..." Trying to stall for time... "You want to walk outside for a second? The moon looks really nice..."

We both walked outside... The moon was full. Beautiful as it is, I still didn't forget the problem I was in currently... I guess I had to tell him.

"Yeah sure, what do you need?"

"Well, I've been wondering... We've been friends for quite a while now, and well we've become close friends actually. You're probably one of the coolest guys I know... You know, like the only person that I know is good at dueling, but not conceited or anything..."

"Hey, thanks! You're probably the coolest girl I know too, and you're an awesome dueler too Lex!" He replied happily...

"Well, I just gotta say it... Uhh... Alright... You know how sometimes when friends are really close and all, they develop other feelings right? Well... It's really hard to say, but I think I like you... Like I think you're more then just a friend..."

After I said that, he immediately stopped and looked at me... I just started into his eyes, and he stared into mine... I sat there wondering what I just said or did just right now... Why... Why did I just do that?

Silence...

Silence...

Just pure silence... I sat there wondering what he was going to do or say...

Well I just had to do something...

"H-hey ar-"

"Wow... I can't believe you thought that way..." He replied.

"Well, I just had to say it... One way or the other, you would've found out anyways, so I just thought to be brave and tell you... It's alright if you don't feel the same way, I understand..."

Then after that... Silence came back along with awkwardness.

"To tell you honestly... I don't exactly think it's extremely easy to tell someone how you feel Lex... I think you're pretty brave to do that... And well to tell you the truth about how I feel..."

"Well...?"

"It's not easy to say but..."

End

Well... Uh, what do you think? Yeah, I know it was short, but I guess that was the greatest way to end it... For now... I guess the next chapter shall be the last, if I decide not to do some "alternate ending" thing like they do for movies...
