It was looming in the air. The thought of it emanated from every entity. The calendar read August 15th and the first day of the rest of Mickey's life was finally coming.

With it being just hours away, Mickey twitched a bit and screamed and ran in circles in and out of the living room.

Kim lounged carelessly on the soft tan couch. "Mickey, you might not even meet him. What if he's too busy and Ashley can't set it up?!" she doubted as she gloried at her new off-brand WalMart Convers.

Mickey fluttered her arms and jumped around anxiously. "I know. I know! But what if I do!?"

"Well, you'll wet yourself and seizure on the floor." Cherylin added as she resituated on the recliner. Corbin's DVD played in the background.

"Probably!" Mickey screamed with anticipation.

"How old is Corbin again?" Kim asked.

A squeal ripped from Mickey's mouth. "Eighteen!"

"Hey, you never know!" Kim exclaimed. "Concerts are a great place to meet people. . . . Well, not famous peop-"

"AGHHHHH!" Kim's rambling was suddenly interrupted by a shriek of excitability and anxiousness.

Her heart slowed. "I've never been this excited about a person in my whole life before…"
