Ichigo woke up to find himself in Master Roshi's house. Okay, I've heard of random, but Dragonball? Come ON now people. New ideas please.
Master Roshi walked into the bedroom to find Ichigo awake and restored to health. "Aw, why did you have to wake up so soon," Roshi muttered under his breath.
"Hey now don't go there please," Ichigo responded. "All I wanna know is how the heck do I get back to my own world."
"Well," Roshi started, "You must find the dragonballs and wish yourself back to your own world. But, before that, you must defeat me with your soul reaper powers."
"Wait, how do YOU know what a soul reaper is?" Ichigo interrogated.
Roshi laughed hysterically, much to Ichigo's surprise. "Do you think I carry around this stupid turtle shell for nothing?!" he exclaimed between spasms of laughter. Ichigo nodded, quite scared by Roshi's energy levels. "Well I'll have you know that this is my zanpaku-to's shikai (first stage of release); Omo Kame (Heavy Turtle). I know from looking at your zanpaku-to that they are similar in that they are always in their shikai. In addition to shikai, I can also perform bankai (literally means release again; it's the second released form of a zanpaku-to; the most powerful); Kame Kaze (Turtle Wind). Your "Zangetsu," or whatever its called, could never hope to defeat my zanpaku-to; I doubt a sword as weak as that could ever achieve bankai. "
Ichigo stood up, drew out Zangetsu, and swung at Roshi. Roshi turned around and blocked with Omo Kame; the force of the blast catapulted him through the window; he fell down into the sand outside.
Ichigo jumped out of the hole Master Roshi had made in the side of the house and landed in the sand right in front of Roshi; he glared at Roshi with eyes told to have shown an anger unbeknownst of any human before him. "How DARE you insult Zangetsu!!!" Ichigo roared.
