Chapter 2
"Oh no! Don't do that...Natsume started to say in terrifying voice, but before he could finish he had turned into a frog.
"Goodness," exclaimed Mikan, "how extraordinary! I hada cousin who once kissed s frog and he turned into a handsom prince, but I've never heard of kissing a handsome prince and having turned him into a frog. Something is really wrong here."
She looked down at the frog and he looked back at her.
"Ribbit," said Natsume, apologetically.
"Now, How am I going to turn you back into a prince again?" Mikan mused, looking at him with her beautiful brow furrowed.
"I wonder if this kissing business works both ways." said Mikan.
At the thought of kissing rather slimy green frog beside her, her furrowed even more and her nose wrinkled up.
"Oh well," she sighed at last, "I suppose if my cousin could do it, I can."
She closed her eyes, and took a deep breath, closed her eyes, and kissed the frog right between his two bulging eyes.
"Immediately Natsume sat beside her again, looking a little pop-eyed, but otherwise just the same as before.
"However did you manage to get yourself into this mess?" Mikan asked him. "I'ved heard of frogs turning into a handsome prince, but this is so ridiculous."
"I was more unfortunate than most," Natsume started to explain, still looking embarrassed. "In these days one expects to meet a
witch sooner or later in one's life, but I happened to be to meet two.
