The light spirits have abandoned Hyrule, plunging it into an ever-lasting night. Zelda's husband says that the light was stolen away; he says that the Twili are to blame. But Midna? She calls him a liar; she calls the missing daylight a burning apocalypse upon her realm; and she calls upon Link to betray his comrades, his prince, his queen, and his kingdom. Premise-reversal AU.

All the incarnations of the hero's soul, waiting for this perfect moment when they were no longer star-crossed but goddess blessed. After ten millennia of longing and being denied, the sword sings in his ears as Zelda melts in his arms. I was planning to do this after I finished the Superstar Saga, but I couldn't resist writing it, it is part of the Vortex Kingdom canon it follows an idea I had where not all world remained the same after they all fused together, and this is one of the products of it. As forces of evil also resurface, Dark seeks vengeance on the sorcerer who cursed him and a stranger from far away arrives with a vendetta of her own.

When a character from Link's distant past reappears with the full intention of seizing the Triforce to free his master, Link must once more take up The Master Sword and together with his now-betrothed Zelda, Elder Brother Revali, and the other 3 now fully revived and awakened champions must find the 3 other legendary blades and prove that he truly has the hero's spirit.

The Zora race used to be proud allies/friends of the Hylians. When the Hero fell and the land was corrupted, the Zoras slowly became twisted and vicious. It was said the Hero of Legend managed to get along with some of them centuries ago. Link only knows they attack him each and every time he's near the water and he wants them to stop because he's on a quest. LU later.

Link has returned to Kokiri Forest, without Navi, weary from his quest in Termina. As he reunites with his best friend Saria, a dark fate threatens his peace in the forest. Will Link be able to protect his friend and his home after he failed in the future? Or will the Kokiri meet a dark and premature end? LinkXSaria

"As brave as you are, that does not make you immortal!" Despite his best efforts, Link is back in the Castle. Back with his father who detests him, a princess who rejects him, and a sword that shows him every other Heroes he must measure up to. Link will face any challenge, any danger, to protect the ones he loves. But as darkness descends on Hyrule, will his courage be enough?

Continuing from the Gerudo memory in Breath of the Wild, Zelda and Link head to Gerudo Town and other places around Hyrule as Zelda tries unlocking her powers to prevent the Calamity and fight this growing connection with the Hylian Champion.
