The Unkindled One had never abandoned his duty. He had managed to return the Lords to their thrones, killed the Soul of Cinder, and then decided to let Darkness reign. Now, a millennia later, he's decided to perform his duty once more: stop the Abyss, otherwise known by the inhabitants as Grimm.

The Watcher's old post of Lordran has aged to rubble, yet the fingers of the abyss continue to hold the land, no matter how much time has passed. A Watcher returns from a distant mission to the Farron mausoleum, to see the rest of them all dead. As the last abyss watcher, he travels the new land in search of the fingers of the abyss. However, fate has given him another chance, when he wakes up in a more colorful world. What dangers will he face? Will Ozpin finally break his coffee addiction! Whether a history long forgotten by the world of Remnant, or fractures of another world being connected through. Regardless, the very fabric wavers, and relations shift and obscure. What is known, is heroes times past are in Remnant.
