One of the first things Tosh did after the necklace had been destroyed (after going home and crying uncontrollably) was pick up a fashion magazine.
One of the second things was head out to the shops.
She knew it was stupid. She knew that she ought to just ignore Gwen. Fashion was unimportant.
But she still walked through a dazzling array of clothes shops, confused about what was 'in' and what was 'over'.
She bought herself some jeans (but didn't tuck them into her boots) and a leather jacket, and some shirts that were more low-cut than she'd ever usually wear.
Maybe that would satisfy Miss Gwen Cooper.
