I still hear your voice when you sleep next to me. I still feel your touch in my dreams.

Riza Hawkeye looked over at her superior officer, Roy Mustang, sighing. He was on the phone again, instead of working. He was probably setting up some date with another woman he met.

Forgive me my weakness, but I don't know why. Without you, it's hard to survive.

She looked over at him sadly. "When will he notice that I love him?" she thought. "He's been so oblivious….." A few tears streaked down her face, and she didn't notice Roy hang up the phone and go over to her desk.

Cuz everytime we touch, I get this feeling. And everytime we kiss, I swear I can fly.

"Riza. Are you okay?" Roy asked, worried, seeing a few tears. Riza blushed and reached to wipe them away, but Roy held him arm, and wiped them for her.

"Riza……I've been meaning to tell you this for a long time….but……I think I'm in love with you….." Roy said, avoiding eye contact and blushing.

Can't you feel my heart beat fast? I want this to last. Need you by my side.

Riza looked up at her superior officer, and smiled. "Roy…..I've been waiting a long time to her you say that, and….I….I'm in love with you too…." Roy blinked, surprised, and blushed.

Cuz everytime we touch, I feel the static. And everytime we kiss, I reach for the sky. Can't you feel my heart beat so? I can't let you go. Want you in my life.

"Riza….will you….uh….will you be my girlfriend?" Roy asked, holding her hand. Riza looked up at him, blushed a bit, and said, "Yes Roy…..I'd love to…."

Your arms are my castle, your heart is my sky. They wipe away tears that I cry.

Roy looked down at Riza and said, "Thank you," while wrapping her in a tight embrace. Riza smiled, and buried her face into his chest, letting a few tears escape. Roy looked down, cupped her face in his hands, and wiped her tears away for the second time.

The good and the bad times, we've been through them all. You make me rise when I fall.

Riza giggled a bit and smiled up at him.

"Roy….I remember when we first met….I thought you were just a pompous, annoying, flirtatious, lazy man…." Roy grimaced at that. He was about to say something, but Riza put a finger to his lips. "But now I see…..that you're so much more…."

Roy chuckled a bit and said, "Riza. I now see that there's more to you than a quiet, rules obsessed, young lady." Riza laughed at that. "Roy…..I love you….." she said, standing up and hugging him tightly.

Roy sat down and pulled Riza onto his lap, hugging her.

"I love you too Riza. I love you too," he said, leaning his face forwards. Riza leaned her head towards him as well. Their faces were inches apart.

Finally, as if fate was any kinder, the two shared their fist kiss. Riza wrapped her arms around Roy's neck, tears of joy streaming down her face. Roy had Riza wrapped in a loose embrace, and started to rub her back. Havoc walked in, seeing the two, and smiled to himself. "I always knew those two stubborn guys would get together," he thought to himself, closing the door quietly as to let the couple have their privacy, humming the tune to Everytime We Touch.
