Chapter 4
Sasuke walked down the hall with Karin's hand embracing his, images of Sakura continued to cross his mind.
It seems as though Naruto can remember her fine, but why can't I? I can'tremember hitting her and I can't remember her moving in front of me, why? What gave her the idea to even try to kiss me?
He grabbed his temples, he tried my best to remember, it's as if he was forgetting something but what?
"Sasuke? You okay?" Karin asked with a questioning look on her face
His raven eyes widened slightly, breathless, he paused and looked at Karin for a second. Sasuke squeezed his eyes shut, then reopened them again and continued to find the empty room to go talk in.
Room 117 was his favorite room to be in; it was quiet no morons to piss him off during his time of solitude.
The duo walked into the classroom and turned on the lights to see as always: empty, and dusty. It used to be a room for kids to come and paint but no one comes in here, seeing it as though Sai, his friend really likes to paint outside.
Sasuke began configuring in his own thoughts as Karin closed the door behind her leaving the both of them alone together. Normally he wouldn't mind such a deal, but ever since that night, Sasuke couldn't bring himself to get intimate with her.
"Let's just be friends..."
"I can't marry you"
"Plus..." she looked to her side to eye three of many other men after her.
Sasuke's eyes narrowed at the thought of her painful words, he found himself sneering at her words, when he heard her call him out.
"Hey, why are you so quiet?"
Sasuke shook his head again and looked at her, slightly scowling as he thought of how she put him in such a rut.
"Nothing..."he mumbled he sat against the desk trying to figure out just what he should do with his life right now.
Crossing his arms, he began to think things over without trying to over think any of the important details but she kept interrupting him every time his thought process began to make sense.
"You're really quiet...Sakura keeping you up or something?"
Hn, like you care he thought to himself as he looked up at her and smirked.
"No, why'd you call me here anyway?" he asked her.
"Mmm, I don't know... thought we could use some time alone you know? So how's everything?"
He shot an eyebrow at her when he noticed the tone in her voice, it was different...nothing like the usual confidence he hears from her.
"Fine...she's afraid of everything" Sasuke mumbled referring to Sakura.
"Hah I know! Kami-sama knows how she turned that way," Karin claimed as she sat up on one of the desks and started playing with her hair. "Sakura should've refused...I was so shocked when your mother wanted her instead of me."
"Wouldn't matter, you would've refused anyway right?"
She looked at him and smiled
"Someone's angry, and no I just would've told her to wait a while longer."
"Right because you need time to think is that right?"
"Yeah..."
They sighed in unison as Sasuke put his hands back in his pockets and walked over to the window...to see there wasn't a soul in sight.
"But I'm sure you'll break this up right?" she suddenly asked.
"...I wish." he said more to himself, than her.
"What do you mean?" Her voice was full of curiosity and a hint of sadness as she walked over to him and looked at him with much concern in her eyes.
Normally a man wouldn't want a girl to look at him the way she was looking at him, upset, scared, and confused, but Sasuke? He couldn't care any less.
"My parents told me I'm not allowed to have a divorce until I'm eighteen..." he told her.
Karin gasped as the fear and insecurity from within her was starting to show, he couldn't help but mentally laugh as he thought about how her precious toy was bound to her sister for two whole years.
"...till you're eighteen? Why?
"It's a deal they made; Kami knows why... I don't even know why. I didn't care at all but now I'm wondering myself..."
"Sasuke..." she whispered as she placed her hand on his shoulder. He sighed as he tried to think of how he's going to even bare the next month let alone two years...there has to be a way out of this. He thought, there's a loophole to this contract somewhere...but where?
"What if she wants a divorce? What'll happen then?"
"I don't know..." he replied back quickly, he closed his eyes to calm the anger that was building inside of him, "I don't know anything ... I don't know why my parents picked her, I don't know why I'm stuck living with her, I don't know why she's in the same classroom as me I-"
"Stop...just stop it! It's pissing me off! I don't want to hear about her anymore she just...she's just so annoying ...every time I look at her" she paused and took in a deep breath "every time I look at her I just honestly want to...kill her..."
Sasuke let out a dry laugh; he noticed the veins on Karin's forehead pop as she talked about her sister. He looked out the window once before telling Karin he thinks it's time to head back when all of a sudden she grabbed his arm and pulled him in for a kiss.
He listened to her slightly moan into his mouth as he placed his hands on either side of her locking her in between him and the windowsill, when Sasuke heard something from outside.
With one eye open, Sasuke looked out the window to see someone standing there, Sasuke opened his other eye real quick as he continued to kiss Karin and quickly looked up to have something Pink flash into my eyes, just as he was about to close them again. His dark eyes shot open and he stared right at the girl who was standing out staring right back at him through the window...

Why is she staring at me like that...?
He watched her move as she sadly smiled at him, she lowered her head down, and she slowly walked away.
ba-thump...ba-thump...ba-thump...
He stared at her for a second longer until he realized the situation she was witnessing.
Sasuke looked down at Karin whose lips were securely locked onto his and moved away.
"Ahh, hey! Sasuke...why'd to you do that?"
Sasuke wiped his lips and kept his hand over his mouth while he tried to mellow his rapidly beating heart.
Shit, she saw that...
"Sasu-ke?" She asked moving forward and he quickly moved away from her grasp.
Her eyes widened as her mouth slightly parted as she stared at him with deep concern.
"What's wrong-?"
"nothing." he choked out "...I'm heading back to class"
"But we just-"
Sasuke turned halfway and looked right into her eyes.
"You're just my friend Karin, nothing more. Stop ordering me around"
"Sasuke?!"
Sasuke walked out the classroom and walked down the hall. He heard her scream his name demanding for him to come back.
It wasn't until he turned the corner and walked up the stairs that he realized he didn't have to move away from Karin like that.
Why'd I do that? All she did was watch us kiss? It's not like it mattered...teh...annoying.
Sasuke walked back to the hall where his classroom was when a pink flash quickly zipped past him.
He looked back halfway to see Sakura quickly running away.
He paused and decided on whether or not he should follow her.
Her matters don't concern him and he made it very clear last night that he didn't want her poking into his business also considering the fact that he told her he doesn't give a rat's ass about her He stood there thinking of all those circumstances along with the position he's in right now...it all lead him to ask myself a serious question: Do you really wanna go see what she's up to Sasuke...?
He sighed as he turned around, squeezed his eyes shut and casually (or so he tried to seem) followed the pink little mouse off to wherever the Hell she was heading off to.
Sasuke stayed close by the wall as he saw her look from left to right and make a right around the corridor.
What is she doing?
She swiftly walked down the stairs and he counted till 10 before going himself and followed her all the way back outside.
She stopped her tracks and so did he.
She looked to the right as he shifted right from behind, mirroring her moves. She looked to the left as did he and she did one good 180 turn making Sasuke pause and hold his spot right behind 3 kids standing nearby. Quickly he crouched down behind them in hopes that they don't move while she continues to look around.
Sasuke felt the guys stare down at him as he tried to peek over and look at her.
"...uh...dude what are you-mmmmm!" Sasuke moved his hand over the random kid's mouth to shut him up.
"Hey you're Sas-" he moved his other hand over his mouth and growled at the third one warning him not to talk.
Sasuke sighed when he felt fear creeping out of their auras. Ignoring the trio he took in a deep breath and peeked over them real quick to see her start to run again.
"Damn it where is she going?" he whispered harsh to himself quickly glanced at the frightened kids. Sasuke calmly cleared his throat before nodding at them; he casually took out his phone to check random shit while he calmly walked away.
Smooth Sasuke... he thought sarcastically, he rolled his eyes and continued to follow her.
She ran into the other side of the campus near the trees and he stopped midway and waited behind one of the trees to see her sit near under one and breath heavily.
"Kami-samaa~ Wah this feels great!" She screamed while she stretched out her arms and relaxes.
That's it? She just came to skip class here? Pfft wasted my time for no reason...
Annoyed, Sasuke closed his eyes and turned around but just as he took a step away from tree he heard another voice come into play: a very familiar one at that.
"SAKURA-CHAAAAAAAN! You're here!"
Dobe? What's he doing here...?
Sasuke quickly moved back to his tree and looked over to see Naruto hunched over breathing heavily.
"Haah...hah...you beat me...hah" Naruto choked out.
"Yep! haha and if I heard right, winner buys the other lunch tomorrow?" She cooed at him, her voice unusually happy.
"Yep!" He gave her thumbs up before rubbing the back of his head and laughing "I'm a man of my word!"
Disgusted, Sasuke sneered at them as he watched Naruto and Sakura laugh as he sat down diagonally from her

..Sasuke clenched his chest quickly while trying to figure out what this weird, unfamiliar throb was when he heard Naruto start talk again
"So Sakura-chaaaan where were you all these years?!"
"In Suna" she replied.
"Ehhh?! Sunaaaa!? All the way over there! By yourself?!"
Sasuke's eyes widened slightly as the unasked question of his has been answered.
"Yep, aaaaallllll alone, and I didn't come home!" Sakura added, as if it was something to be gloating about.
...didn't come home? Is that why I never seen her before? Sasuke thought to himself.
"Arreh?! Really?!" Naruto yelled out in disbelief.
"Yep."
"Wow...all alone in Suna for that long...didn't you?"
"What?"
"Didn't you miss home?" he asked, his voice full of concern.
...throb....shit there's that annoying pain again.
Ignoring it, Sasuke peered over to see the sad smile painted on her face again
Pang... ah fuck here it comes again...just ignore it Sasuke...ignore it and it'll go away...
"Nah...it was more fun over there" she finally said.
"Really?!" Naruto asked her, his voice loud again.
"Yeah, it was nice"
"I only went once to Suna"
"Well maybe we can go sometime..." She flushed pink and quickly backed up her words "ahh together with other people...I mean."
"Yeah that'd be great! I'll ask Hinata if she wants to join!" he cheered.
"Mm! She'll love it!"
"Hehe yeah and Teme too!"
Sasuke rolled his eyes as he found himself sitting down behind the tree unable to move from his position now. If I leave at any time right now they'll spot me.
"Hehe...eh! Hey look Sakura-chan a bunny!"
Huh?
Sasuke looked back to see a white bunny sniffling its way around in circles.
"Awwwww it's sooooo cuteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" she squealed in a high pitched voice.
"Want me to catch it for ya?!"
Hn...this idiot's not going to is he?...
"No it's fine Nar-"
"I got it!" He pounced on the helpless bunny but it slipped out of his hands causing him to fall face flat on the ground.
"Wait! Come here!" He tried to grab it again but it hopped to another spot making Naruto smash into a tree. Knowing his best friend Sasuke was sure a slipper bunny wasn't going to stop him.
"...one..More...time...gotcha!" Naruto breathed out.
He cupped his hands to the ground and peeked inside to see nothing was there.
"Hey, where'd it go?!"
"It's sitting on your head"
Naruto looked up and tried to smack the bunny down but it hopped off making Naruto hurt himself with that brutal smack to the head.
"Hahahahahhaahaaha aww are you okay Naruto?" Sakura asked between her laugh.
Pfft..Idiot
His body twitched as he gave her thumbs up and she broke out into a fit of laughter.
"Oh Kami the-" she was turning red, "...the bunny just beat you up hahaha" she was laughing so hard, that there was no amount of noise coming out of her.
Before Sasuke knew it he found himself smirk as he watched her hold her stomach trying to calm herself down as Naruto sat up and rubbed his head.
Something about her laughter suddenly lifted Sasuke's mood. It was ringing in his ear as he found himself wanting to hear her laughter again...
Ah! What am I thinking?!...He angrily shook his head and sat against the tree trunk listening to the honest laugh coming from the pink headed mouse as his best friend went into frenzy again.
Naruto suddenly screamed when the bunny came back and suddenly chomped on his finger
"WHAT THE FUUUUUUCKK! GET IT OFFFF!"
He started shaking his head like crazy but the bunny wouldn't budge.
"RABBIESSSSSSSSS!"
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA NARUTO WAIT!" She laughed out, it was louder than ever.
She crawled over and pulled it off and started to laugh again as he whimpered and cried over his bunny bitten finger.
Sasuke face palmed himself and shook his head trying to remember why this guy was his best friend in the first place.
Sasuke slowly moved back against the tree and sighed silently when he heard her laugh louder and louder.
When suddenly...it got quiet and he looked over at her again to see she's completely red in the face, her laughter wasn't coming out at all.
She was turning a deep red, then purple before falling to her side.
"Sakura? What's wrong are you okay?!" Naruto asked in a panic when he saw how she was now purple in the face.
She shook her hand and held up 1 finger indicating for him to wait a minute as she tried to breathe again.
"What's so funny?" Naruto asked innocently
She was breathing heavily as she sat back up against the tree.
"Hahahhaa Oh God..." she choked out. "That bunny wanted revenge...oh I'm teary..." she mumbled as she wiped her eyes from underneath her thick glasses
Sasuke sat back and heard a slight thump to look down to see the bunny stare up at him.
Sasuke stared back at the bunny as it slightly opened its mouth ready to bite him when Sasuke glared at it...
You wouldn't dare bite me you fucking white fur ball I'll skin you whole right here and now...
Knowing the furry critter felt his dark, demonic aura along with the death glare Sasuke sent it the bunny closed its mouth and hopped away.
hn, only idiots like Naruto get bitten by stupid animals like that. Shit...now I wanna leave but how..?..It's useless just sitting here listening to her flaunt over him..
Sasuke began thinking of ways to get Naruto out of there when suddenly the blonde started to talk again.
"Ah your glasses! How come they're so thick!? Are you really that blind?"
"Hahahaha no...They have no prescription I just wear them out of habit." she laughed out.
Habit...? What? I had no idea she wore them out of habit...? But why? Indeed, Sasuke was also as curious as Naruto when it came to her glasses; the only difference between them was that well Sasuke would never admit he's actually curious about it or not.
"Ahh they're so thick I can't see your eyes at all Sakura-chan" Naruto added.
Sakura giggled as she told him that was the point.
Why would she want to hide her eyes for?
"Hmmmm it makes me curious as to what your eyes look like ya know!"
"Haha oh? Why? Do you think I have like hollow eye sockets or something?"
"Egh...no haha that's kinda scary.." Naruto cringed.
"Ah...Well I need to clean these, it's too blurry now" Sakura giggled again.
Sasuke gasped silently when he realized she was going to take her glasses off and suddenly he felt his heart begin to race again.
She's going to take them off?...

"You want me to turn around?" Naruto suddenly asked, he wasn't why but he felt he had to ask her something like that.
"Ahh no...No it'll be quick so no need." she quickly added confident nothing would happen if she kept her eyes closed.
Ahh, this is it! Turn around Sasuke...just for a peek...Won't hurt right...?
Sasuke hesitantly turned around only to see Naruto has moved closer to her completely blocking his view.
Fuck! Grrr...fucking dobe...
"Mm what can I clean them with?" Sakura asked.
"Here!" He handed her a piece of tissue and she thanked him.
Sasuke growled when he reluctantly remembered that annoying itch he had earlier on in the cafeteria, and realized it came back and it's more annoying than ever.
Sasuke tried to look past him but Naruto's back was entirely covering his view, Sasuke froze in place when he heard her gasp out loud.
"Ahh! Naruto where are my glasses?" she shrieked.
Disappointed, Sasuke couldn't see anything other than her pale hand pat around.
"wahhhhh Sakura you can see everything clearly with these things"
"Naruto give them back-ahh! My hair"
"Eh what happened?"
"Gross pieces of the bark fell on it, plus some of its caught onto the trunk" She screamed slightly as she struggled to move when Naruto (still blocking Sasuke's view) moved over and helped her.
"Sakura it'd help if you opened your eyes to see what you were doing ya know" Naruto laughed out.
"Um..Ah but-...fine...promise you won't laugh?" she asked him, biting down on her lip.

The throb came back to his chest again making Sasuke hunch over. Shutting his mouth tight, he did his best to not make sudden movement when heard Naruto's words.
"I'd never laugh at you Sakura now come on! Trust me!"
"Oh-..Okay..." her voice was shaky and Sasuke took in a deep breath and clenched his chest again. Why the hell do I care what she looks like without her fucking glasses? Tsk. Stupid mouse.
Angry, Sasuke banged his head against the trunk as he sunk further down...really hoping that it wouldn't make noise.
Ugh why do I care anyway? It's not like I like her or anything right? It doesn't matter.. He angrily thought to himself.

This is out of pure curiosity. He assured himself that it was nothing more than his curious mind.

Frustrated, he closed his eyes and waited for Naruto's reaction when he heard her take in a deep breath.
"S-Sorry Naruto I'm actually kind of scared now..." She stuttered.
"Why? It's just me..." Naruto replied, his voice suddenly changing its tone.
"I don't know." she whispered "...I-I know it's just you...but..." she choked out in between her sniffs.
"Ahh don't cry Sakura, don't cry here I'll help... you don't have to show me-"
"No...I want to try...I need to stop being this way..." she told him.
"Huh?" Naruto was confused at this point.
"Let me try okay..? Move closer.."
"You sure?"
"Mhm..."
Round two: Sasuke peered over again and watched Naruto crawl closer to her. His back still as Sasuke's main view...
Sigh, I'll gain nothing by seeing her so what's the point?
Giving up, he was about to get up again and accidentally grabbed onto the bush that was next to him when they both gasped.
"What was that?" Naruto asked.
"Probably the bunny again." Sakura replied, hoping she was right.
"Eh?! You think so?! If that's true then I'm ready for it! COME OUT YOU WHITE FURBALL!" He growled out, determined to win this time.
Sasuke paused and held in his breath trying not to make any move whatsoever as he assumed Naruto's head was looking around for the bunny to come out.
"I think it left the other way" she told him.
"Ahh okay, now back to business! Let's see those eyes!" Naruto cheered.
Sakura giggled, and slightly nodded her head "mm okay...but only for a second o-okay?"
Sasuke's eyes widened at her words, he took in a deep breath and slowly put his hand down to the ground and looked over his shoulder again...
Come on Naruto...just move the other way... Move!
Her hair bun was loosened up from trying to get all the bark pieces of her hair as it naturally sat on her shoulder..Sasuke felt his heart start to beat louder, as his pulse started to rise again when he saw her hand move to the side.
"Umm..." she whispered breathlessly, Hearing her fluster so much got Sasuke to wonder:
Why is she so afraid? It's no big deal right...?
"Take your time, you can do this Sakura come on, I'm here for you" Naruto's voice was unusually gentle.
"O-Okay...just don't laugh okay?"
"I won't, I swear I won't..."
Sasuke moved his head back and gave up...I can't see anything so why am I beating myself up over this? Just forget Sasuke... She's not worth the humiliation you'll get if they catch you peeking.
"Um..." Sakura grew quiet, not sure what to do now.
"Haha didn't I tell you I was a man of..." Naruto paused and gulped... "My...word..."
The raven haired boy's head quickly shot over to both of them to see Naruto's limped over.
Did he see it? Did she show him? before I-no, it doesn't matter to me, I'm just curious..
"You..." Naruto was at a loss for words..
"Ahh there! Now give my glasses back!" She quickly said.
"Wait!"
"NO! I Can't I can't do it Naruto! It feels weird!" She started crying again
Sasuke narrowed his eyes and glared at Naruto. For the first time in his life he cared about Naruto's actions...
His pale hands clenched the grass as he watched his best friend move Sakura's hands back to her sides.
"Your eyes are..wah...I'm speechless..." Naruto choked out, still shocked from what he saw.
Sasuke mentally gasped: Speech Less?
"I'm sorry if you didn't see much but I just can't..." Sakura replied back to him.
"Wait Sakura please!"
Sakura began to breathe heavily as she suddenly moved him away as he got closer.
"Don't come closer!" she warned him.
"Huh?" Naruto stared back at her, confused...did he scare her?
"Ahh...Sorry Naruto...I...um..." She grew quiet.
She sat quietly as Naruto just went back to his spot.
"I don't understand why you cover-"
"I told you it's out of habit...hah ah...Sorry about pushing you...I was scared again...it's really bad...I never shown anyone before..Because I'm scared..." She managed to say without breaking into a crying fit...it was really weird for Sakura to talk about her feelings with anyone.
"Scared of what?" he asked her.
"Of someone hurting me..."
"oh...hahahah but it's alright...Sakura I'd never hurt you hahaha!" he rubbed his head as he laughed nervously before helping her take stuff out of her hair.
Without even realizing it Sasuke suddenly felt something cold underneath my hands.
He looked down to see all the dirt from the ground clenched into my hand...
teh...when did I..?
"Here...your glasses" Naruto's voice was as gentle as ever.
"One sec...Let me fix my hair.." She told him quickly
"wah..I get to see this too?" He laughed out.
"You make it sound like you're about to witness some rare pokemon or something Naruto" She giggled, "it's kind of funny" she laughed as he replied back to her words.
"Ahh sorry HAHAHAHA it's just...even when we were little you would tie your hair like that..."
"Ahh well..um." again, Sakura fell quiet, unsure of what to say.
Sasuke turned around again and looked over to see only a glimpse of how long her hair was before she quickly grabbed it and tied it all back.
"Wow...you're..." His voice sounded like a faint whisper to Sasuke, he was breathless again, was it really as amazing as he made it seem?
"Umm...I hope this stays our little secret okay?" Her voice was shaky again and suddenly Sasuke heard her sniffles come back.
Crying again?
"that ..." She took in a deep breath before, shuddered whisper" that...was really hard for m-me..."
"Sakura-chan..." Naruto's voice grew as quiet as hers.
"you...you... have no idea." she took in a sharp deep breath, ".how hard..."
: "come here...ah I mean...Is it okay if I hug you? hehe..."
Sasuke saw Naruto's arms move up as he moved closer to her
Pang.
She wrapped her arms around him as they came in for a hug.
"Thanks...for showing me..." Naruto replied to her, his voice a husky whisper now.
"No...Thank...y-you...Naruto..."she choked out before she broke into a crying fit like a helpless lost child looking for someone to help her.
Sasuke wasn't feeling anything other than that annoying itch inside of me...
No sympathy.
No hurt.
No pain.
Just...an itch.
Both of Sasuke's hands clenched onto the dirt as he dug deeper and deeper inside the Earth. He felt disgusted for witnessing a moment like that, something so intimate between his so called "wife" and best friend embrace each other... despicable...
Naruto moved away from her slightly as Sasuke initially watched both their heads tilt.
Sasuke moved his hands around and grabbed a hold of a rock without averting his eyes away from them, as the two got ready to kiss.
Get ready for it.. Sasuke narrowed his eyes, watching them closely.
Naruto's hands wiped away her tears and cupped her face as they moved further in and......
..
"Ahh..I can't!" Saura suddenly yelped out, in a high pitched squeaky voice.
What? She moved?
"Ah, why?" Naruto asked her, clearly disappointed.
Instantly that bitter itch came back into Sasuke's system just by the sound of Naruto's STUPID question
Why?! Did that blonde idiot just ask why...? She's married to me that's why you imbecile.
Rage built inside of him as he tried his best to stop himself from going over there and beating the shit out of Naruto.
Sasuke stopped breathless, as he watched them both move away.
"Heh...um..." They both spurred nervously.
"S-sorry Sakura-chan I almost..." He stuttered, a blush creeping all the way to the peaks of his ears.
"It's fine..." she managed to squeak out, her voice still high pitched as ever.
"Guess we forgot about the something important for a sec huh? Heh." He let out a very nervous laugh feeling really embarrassed now.
"Yeah..." she added
"...Sasuke..." Both Naruto and Sakura said in unison.
"HAHAHAHA TO THINK WE ALMOST DID THAT AHAHAHAHA!" Naruto was laughing really loud as Sakura joined him a little after.
"Hahaha yeah...Sasuke's my husband after all..I wouldn't dare..." she added
"RIGHT HAHAHA and he's my best frie-"

"AHHHHHH!" They two screamed at the sound of the rock suddenly smacking against Naruto.
Sasuke's eyebrow twitched when he realized that just gave away his cover.

"Oooooowwwwww! What the hell was that?!" Naruto cried out while rubbing his head.
"Ahh! Naruto are you okay?!"
"Eh? This rock...where did it come from?"
Sasuke glued himself against the tree and slowly moved closer to the bush as they looked around.
"I don't know I didn't see which direction it came from...Ah let me see if you have a bump or not" She asked looking over his head a little.
Sasuke felt his eyebrow twitch again as he heard Naruto nervously laugh that annoying nervous laugh he does whenever he has nothing to say...
Hmph, so much for trusting a best friend right?
Sasuke got onto his stomach and started to crawl away army style when he heard them look around before Sakura let him know that they should head back to class now.
"wait let me just check one more spot!" Naruto called out
Sasuke got up quickly, climbed up the tree and sat on the branch, hunched over and angry. He watched Naruto look behind the tree he was just at and looked over at Sakura. He saw her cheeks still stained bloody red and Naruto's cheeks flushed pink as they looked around then shrugged before standing there awkwardly.
...Angry as ever, Sasuke glared at them as he saw her touch the bump on his head and he screamed in pain.
"Hn, that's what you get...idiot" Sasuke said to himself, he smirked feeling a bit better about this situation when he realized he hurt Naruto which drew her to worry again
Good.
They deserve it.
Sasuke looked down again and saw them laugh before walking back to campus again.
He couldn't help but feel that itch come back inside of him, and that horrid knot back in his throat.
He leaned back against the tree and moved his forearm over his face.
Why did I do that? I know she likes him, I couldn't care less who she kissed...I'm the one that told her to do whatever the hell she wanted. Get yourself together Sasuke, this was stupid and pointless...because in the end that pink mouse belongs to me, whether I, she, Naruto or anyone likes it or not.
After spending a few more minutes thinking to himself, Sasuke jumped off the tree, shoved his dirty hands back in his pockets and took the long way back to the school parking lot to go home trying his best not to think of everything he's witnessed today...and all the other crap I didn't witness today...
"Sakura your eyes..."
Sasuke: "Hn, whatever." He scoffed. Sasuke stopped his tracks and took in a silent deep breath.
"Probably not that great anyway...Naruto over exaggerates everything..."
He walked over to his car and unlocked it before walking inside.
"Hn...that or her eyes were just that ugly...pbbbbt that's probably it"
He turned on his car and started to drive out of the parking lot and headed home trying to convince himself that it wasn't a big deal. His dark eyes looked down at his dirty hand and smirked when realized that after throwing that rock that itch was gone.
Now if only I can figure out what causes this itch to occur in the first place...?
I saw Naruto again...after all these years...
Hehe...ever since that day.. Sakura giggled to herself in reminisce to the day back in the playground at school.
"Teme wait!"
He looked at me and picked me up off the floor and sadly smiled 'I'm sorry' before running off with Sasuke.
"Eeeeeeeeeeeep!" she suddenly squeaked out.
Sakura squeezed herself tightly as she squealed in joy at the thought of being to able to talk to him again...
Her chest felt heavy, and it was getting hard to breathe again... She paused taking a deep breath in and then out as she tried to think back to the time where she last felt this happy about herself.
Naruto...He's so sweet...he didn't give me a weird look at all, well his look was indeed weird but...actually it was cute!
She giggled to herself feeling the hot blush creep to her pale face again.
"Omo my cheeks!" She placed her hands on her cheeks again and bit down on her lip forcing herself not to smile like an idiot.
Kya...He's so cuteeeeee! Even when he screams like a maniac!
Sakura walked down the street and looked around attempting to jog her memory of which street to take to get back home...
Sigh...I have no idea.
Guessing, Sakura took the left and then made a right and found herself at a dead end again when she noticed a familiar person walking down the street...
"Kakashi Sensei?" she called out, cocking her head sideways.
The tall figure turned around and closed his book as he looked at her making his only revealing eye smile.
Haha aww his eye crinkles when he smiles, how cute. She thought to herself, eying the crinkles near the edge of his eye.
"Ahh Sakura...how are you?" he asked stepping closer to her.
"I'm fine...just trying to get home"
"Doesn't Sasuke drive here?"
"I wouldn't know..."
... Suddenly she felt awkward as they continued to walk... She wasn't sure if Sasuke drove here or not, she knew he had a car, but nothing more than that.
"Well my cars down this street I'll give you a lift to the Uchiha's" He told her.
"Ahh-but Sasuke and I live...separately..." Sakura's cheeks flushed, for some reason she felt embarrassed after saying something like that. Her head darted straight towards the floor after that statement.
Bleh, why would I be embarrassed to say something like that?!
"hn...do you know where?" He suddenly asked her.
"Not really...I just know it's the second Uchiha house"
Kakashi sighed, "How did you get to school this morning Sakura?"

She was quiet for a good minute but then squeaked, "I don't know..."
He cleared his throat before sighing again as the two walked over to his grey car and he opened the front door for her.
"Hop in, and I'll tell you with route to take next time, hmm you'd think that boy would give you a ride"
"I'm sure he's busy in the morning that's why"
"Sure...busy not giving a crap" Kakashi murmured more to himself than to her. Kakashi was indeed very proud of his most valuable student, but he knew Sasuke's attitude wasn't his best feature; in fact Kakashi was well aware that Sasuke's attitude was the only thing holding him back from actually maturing into a well defined man.
Sakura laughed nervously, feeling like she's giving this man great trouble. Kakashi glanced at his mirrors then started the car and made his way towards the house.
They drove silently as she looked out the window to try and remember distinctive things in order to find her way around when suddenly he asked a question: "so...how was your first day?"
"I hate your class." Sakura quickly replied in a very monotone voice.
...
It was awkward and quiet in the car for a few minutes before Kakashi replied back to her harsh words: "that's nice"
Sakura and Kakashi laughed as she and sat back against the seat.
"Sorry sensei, but it's horrible honestly..."
"But Sasuke-"
"Hates me..." she said to him, quickly cutting him off, she knew Sasuke hated her guts. Hell, once glance at him and you can see it for yourself, the look in his eyes when he looks at her is nothing but pure hatred.
Hn, to think he'd hate such a beauty like her...ah! Stop that Kakashi she's your student! You're old and lonely! She's young and married; get your act together old man. Kakashi thought to himself, he suddenly started shaking his head as we stopped at a red light. Sakura tried not to stare assuming he was just in his own little world right now.
"Hmm...Maybe I'll transfer..." she suddenly mumbled.
"Well...I'll support whatever decision you make...even if it means leaving this old guy's class."
Sakura laughed, she looked over at him and smiled.
"You're not old you're just...not... young" she giggled again.
He let out a sigh as he bowed his down slightly making her laugh again
"Honestly, you're like what? 6 years older than me, that's not bad" Sakura reassured him, hoping that would cheer him up.
"Nice to know someone has a positive mind around here, thank you Sakura"
He happily replied as he parked the car in front of the house
Sakura unbuckled her seatbelt and looked at him
"Thanks for the lift Kakashi sensei!-ah" She quickly shielded her eyes as the sun was starting to set.
Ha! yes, second time today I got to witness those beautiful eyes...ahh yes today's a good day for you Hatake...sigh look at me I sound like a pervert. He mentally punched himself in the face for looking at her that way again. It wasn't right for him as her teacher to look at her in any way, even if she really was beautiful in his eyes.
"Kakashi-sensei? You okay?" she waved her hand in front of his face and he zipped out of his own world again, boy he sure likes zoning out.
"no problem Sakura, see you at school tomorrow in my class...for now"
Sakura smiled. She greeted him another thank you and goodbye before walking out the car and waving again.
He's so nice, it's too bad he zones out too much, poor guy...he probably has a lot on his mind..
Sakura walked into the house to see it completely empty.
"at least one good thing comes out of this, he's never home haha!" She happily said to herself.
Laughing, Sakura stretched herself and hopped upstairs to change and come downstairs to eat.
Things have been descending since then.
The next two weeks have been slow, the days were long, it was both lonely and quiet for her.
It was as if she was living home alone.
Sasuke leaves early, comes home late, and eats outside all the time.
Kakashi Sensei's class: 8:59am
Sakura tapped her pencil and slightly glanced to her side to see Sasuke texting away on his phone.
She scoffed when she realized that she lives with this guy, but the only time she actually sees him was, well, now, in class.
Yes, we are strangers indeed.
It wasn't so bad, he doesn't bother her, she doesn't bother him... They went about their days without ever bumping in each other.
Sakura hunched over on her desk and buried her face into her book, but still it's kind of lonely.
The last time him and I talked was back in the cafe...but whatever, I'm sure we'll cross again at one point after all we are husband and wife right?
...right?
Sakura finally found a way to walk to and from the house, She mentally drew herself a map, jotting down key places, and before she knew it she found herself getting familiar with the town again.
As usual, Sakura walked into the house to see the house slightly messy and heard noise coming from the kitchen...
Sasuke?!...he's actually home?
Sakura walked in by first poking her head and witnessed the Uchiha boy eating ramen out of a cup, she felt his eyes quickly shift to her and she swiftly poked my head out of there.
She leaned against the wall and took a deep breath
You haven't talked in a while Sakura...try to make it up
"Yosh" She whispered balling her hand into a fist.
Sakura walked in and faintly smiled at him before walking over to the fridge to see there's nothing to eat..
"Hi..." she managed to squeak out
"Hn" he slurped his ramen and took a gulp of water as she continued to look around the kitchen for something to eat, but there was nothing!
NOTHING!
Sakura opened the top cabinet and looked around for as long as she could while on her tippy-toes.
"There's nothing in there...I found this in my room." He mumbled to her, his eyes not leaving his cup of noodles.
"Ah but I'm hungry..." she mumbled, turning around she patted her grumbling stomach.
Sakura looked up to see him shrug his shoulders, throw away his cup and walk upstairs to his room.
"I told you, your problems don't concern me." He said to her once last time before walking off.
"Ahh but...!"

Sakura looked around to see everything absolutely empty: the fridge, the cabinets, the countertops, the bins...
She rushed upstairs and looked for snacks but found nothing...
Defeated, she lay on her bed and sighed as she thought of the food-less empty, kitchen at all when suddenly. There was no other way she could eat. Poor Sakura turned over to her hungry stomach when suddenly she remembered the present her dad gave her before leaving the house.
"Dad's money!"
Sakura jumped over to her closet and pulled out her wad of beautiful dollars.
"Yayyyy moneeeeeyyyyyy!"
She grabbed a couple of bills and shoved it in her pocket before heading out into the hall. It wasn't until she reached the bottom of the stairs that she realized she doesn't remember where the grocery stores located.
"if I get lost now it'll be too dark for me to get back then I'll be all alone and..."
Suddenly random thoughts of creepy pedos, and gangsters came to mind and she pushed them out of her head and sat at the bottom of the staircase feeling defeated again.
I put my hands on cheeks and sighed...
"What do I do? I could get take out, but I need food for tomorrow morning too..." She pouted;
She was limited in options and the only thing she could think of was...

It was silent...Sakura bit down on her pink lip and took in a deep breath, you're fighting for your life here Sakura, don't let him scare you..

"Sasuke...?" she called him out.
He wasn't replying but she know he was in there
"Sasukeeeee...?" she started knocking on the door again when suddenly she heard him talk.
"I'm busy"
"Can you take me to the grocery store?"

.
.
"Can you?"
"Didn't I just tell you I was busy? ...go by yourself" his voice muffled through the door.
"But it's getting dark..." she murmured.
"So? Take a bat"
Seriously? A bat? Fuck this bastard...I don't know why I even thought about asking him.
"Fine...I'll just ask Naruto." she mumbled back, but just before she took another step forward his door flew open.
"Let's go" he quickly said as he grabbed her forearm and dragged her down the hall.
Confused, Sakura shot an eyebrow at him as he grabbed her hand and the two quickly walked down the stairs.
He heard me mumble that? But why the sudden change of heart...?
