One more chapter till the finale of Part 1!
I woke up and sat up in my bed. I looked around the hotel room and saw Rey still sleeping. I saw the clock and it read 9:30. I got out of my bed and went over to Rey and gently nudged him.
"Rey Rey Rey." I said.
"Whaaaaat?" he groaned.
"Time to go get some breakfast."
"Really!?" He sat up in his bed. Then we heard a knock on the door and Momoko poked her head through the crack in door.
"Time to wake up guys we have bid day today." she chirped as she closed the door.
"Alright!" Rey and I said.
"I'll change in the bathroom and you change out here." I said.
"Okay." Rey said. I grabbed extra clothes out of my backpack ]. I had a white t-shirt and some blue shorts that went past my knees. After I was done changing. I knocked on the bathroom door.
"Can I come out of the bathroom?" I asked.
"Sure." Rey replied. I opened the door and walked out of the bathroom. Rey had an orange t-shirt with a Lucario head on it, black jeans, and his signature black boots.
"Really you won't wear shorts because today will be hot?"
"I'm fine and you know I hate shorts."
"True. Let's go down stairs and eat breakfast with Momoko and Sasha."
"Great I'm starving!" he exclaimed while rubbing his stomach with a grin.
"You're always hungry." I chuckled.
"I know." he laughed. We both walked out of the room and went to the elevator. I pressed the down button and few seconds later, the elevator opened up. Rey and I walked in. I pressed the lobby button and down we went. The elevator opened and went to the breakfast cafe inside the hotel. We saw Momoko and Sasha sitting in the corner near the window. We waved and they waved back and we took our seats. They already had food at the table ranging from eggs, bacon, Pecha Berry yogurt, and other various breakfast foods. We started to dig in. After a minutes of stuffing our faces we decided what to do today.
"We could go ice skating?" Sasha recommended.
"Nah." Rey and I said.
"Because the only ice rink in this city is the Cryst City gym." Rey said.
"So?" Sasha started to get irritated.
"Soooooo, Rin could still be pissed at me and Rey for whooping her ass yesterday." I aid.
"Makes sense I guess." Sasha said with her arms crossed.
"How about the Pokemon Museum?" Momoko said.
"Nope." I said.
"Nah." Rey said.
"Nuh uh." Sasha said.
"Awww why not guys?" Momoko gave us puppy dog eyes.
"B-Because today is a day-off not going to school." I said.
"Fine." Momoko said with a sigh.
"How about the arcade?" Rey said.
"No." Momoko said.
"Booooriiing." Sasha rolled her eyes.
"Sorry man, but I don't feel like playing video games today." I said.
"Dammit. Fine then." Rey said lokking angrilly out the window.
"How about the City Park?" I asked.
"That sounds boring." Rey said.
'Yep it does. Sorry Armin." Momoko said.
"Ditto." Sasha said. We all sat back and thought about a place where all of us could go and we cound agree on.
"The amusement park!" we exclaimed. We all then got up and called a cab. We told the cabdriver to drive us to the amusement park, we got to the amusment park, we paid the driver, got out, and walked across the parking lot.
The amusement park was called The Cryst Amusement Park. Before we went to the paying booth we saw a huge sign with a smiling Cryogonal and under it said the name of the park above the entrance of the park. We paid for our passes and went into the amusement park. There were rides as far as the eye could see.
"Which one should we go on?" I asked.
"Let's go on the Water Gun Coaster!" Momoko exclaimed.
"No, the Soaring Swings!" Sasha shouted.
"Hell no! The Spinda Whirl!"
"Or how about The Extreme Speed?" I suggested.
"Good way to start off the park is always a good roller-coaster." Sasha said.
"Yeah that sounds fun." Momoko chimed in. We all looked at Rey.
"H-H-How about no." Rey said quietly.
"Rey come on it's time you got over your fear of roller-coasters." I said a little annoyed. Rey has always been uneasy of roller coasters ever since we stayed up late one night at my house and saw a scene in a movie where the people got killed by a roller-coaster ride.
"C'mon Rey you're going." Sasha grabbed his hand and started dragging him.
"No woman! Let. Me. Go! Heeeeeeelp Armin! Momoko heeeeeeelp!" Rey screamed. Momoko and I laughed and we walked to the line. We waited in line for about twenty minutes. The rollorcoaster car was white with red stripes and the tracks were all black. Sasha and Rey got in the very front of the roller coaster. Momoko and I were behind them. We put the bars over us.
"No get me off! Get me off! Get me oooooff!" Rey shouted.
"Oh shut up you big baby." Sasha said.
"What happens if we die?" He asked.
"That won't happen." I said.
"It could happen. Remember when we saw that movie years ago?"
"Yeah, but that was a movie." I said.
"That situation could happen Arceus dammit!"
"Welcome to the Extreme Speed! The ride will be starting in three! Two! One!" the loud speaker said. The ride started. We started going up and up. It took about five minutes to the top and then we dropped so fast. I got such rush. Everyone was screaming with excitement the whole time except Rey. We zig-zagged, the went into a loopy-loop, we corkscrewed and there was another drop. We got to the start of the track again and we all got out. We walked off the ride and sat on a bench.
"It wasn't that bad now was it?" Sasha asked Rey.
"No, but still I don't like roller-coasters." Rey said.
"What a wimp!" Sasha shouted.
"Shut up Sasha!" Rey shouted.
"Hey how about we go on to the Spinda Whirl?" I chimed in while pushing both of them away from each other.
"Yeah that sounds like a good idea Armin!" Momoko said with a nervous smile. We walked over to the next ride moving through crowd to get to it. We waited in the line then finally got into the ride. It was Spinda themed seats Rey and I got in one. Momoko and Sasha got into another. The ride started we all started spinning, we went in circles, and went up and down. After about three minutes the ride ended and we got off. We went to the Water Gun Coaster next. The ride was a roller-coaster just with water. We rode a pretty smooth ride then we started going up and the we dropped down. We were screaming and laughing. Drenching us in water we got off and went to a food vendor. We had funnel cakes and dried off and went on the Soaring Swings. We got strapped in swings and then it started spinning us around until we were up in the air swinging us around. The ride stopped after minutes. We got off and starting talking about what other rides we wanted to go on next.
"Hey hotties!" a voice behind us shouted. We turned around we turned around and saw two guys. They both were tall like 6', had tan skin, had black shades, had a a streak of white sunscreen across their noses, looked like they worked out the gym. One had short black hair that was spiked up with gel, wearing a white muscle shirt, black shorts, and blue sneakers. The other had long wavy blonde hair, had no shirt, wearing blue shorts, and had white sneakers. They walked over two us and started talking to Momoko and Sasha.
"So ladies how are ya? I'm Zach." The one with black hair said.
"And I'm Chad." The blonde one said.
"How about you two ladies ditch these two bitches and come with me and Chad back to our place?" Zach said. Rey balled up his fist
"No thanks." Sasha said with her hand up.
"Yeah, no thanks."
"Oh why not?" Chad asked.
"Because you guys look like Gurdurrs." Sasha said with attitude.
"Bitch we look like Machokes." Chad said. Chad grabbed Sasha by the arm.
"Let me go!" Sasha yelled. A crowd started forming around us.
"Let her go!" Momoko said, but Zach grabbed her arm. I lost it.
"Let Momoko go now!" I yelled.
"Shut up bitch." Zach pushed me down to the ground with his free arm.
"Armin!" Rey rushed over and helped me up.
"That's it!" I got and spun Zach around, so he was facing me. He let go of Momoko and I punched him in the face making him kneel to the ground holding his nose with blood on the ground. There was a lot of gasping in the crowd. Chad tried to rush, but Rey clothes lined him.
"Why you little-" Zach said holding his nose, but before he could do anything I upper-cutted him. He fell backwards to the ground. I got on top of him and started right hooking and left hooking him over and over again.
"Guys stop security is coming!" Sasha exclaimed. Security grabbed all six of us and escorted us out of the park. Security left us in the parking lot and went back into the park.
"Alright you little bitches let's finish this!" Zach said.
"Stop calling me a bitch, man or you're not going to like what will happen next." Rey retaliated. Chad and Zach started walking over to us.
"Stop all four of you!" Sasha screamed as her and Momoko stood between us four.
"Shut up bitch!" Zach shouted. Zach and Chad pushed Momoko and Sasha to the ground.
"Sasha! Momoko!" I and Rey screamed.
Sasha looked up at us. "Armin, Rey to what you have to do.' she saidwith gritted teeth. I nodded and Rey and I went for our targets. I punched Zach in the sides. He started holding them. Then I kicked him in the chin making him fly up in the air. He fell down, but got back and charged me. He grabbed my waist. I started punching his back. He then slammed me on the hood of the car and he kept doing that till I was in pain and stopped punching him.
"You little bitch." Zach said with his hand on my throat, he right hooked in the jaw, I felt blood coming out the side of my mouth, and then I blacked out.
I woke up on the hood of the car and looked up and saw Chad holding Rey's arms back and Zach punched Rey over and over again; alternating his hands every time. Sasha and Momoko screaming at them to stop. Momoko pulled at Zach's arm and he punched her in the stomach. I went berserk from seeing my friends like this. I looked over to my right seeing a lead pipe, I got up, and picked up the pipe. I ran at Zach. I stopped at his right side and smashed him in his already broken nose with the lead pipe instantly knocking him out and he fell backwards. There was blood gushing out of Zach's nose staining his muscle shirt. Chad pushed Rey to the ground to my left and at ran at me. I smashed the pipe on the side of his knee hearing a crack.
"Son of a bitch!" Chad backed up and kneeled his right knee he looked up at me with tears, he had his hands clasped together and shook them. I raised the pipe above my head just in case he wanted to try anything.
"I'm sorry!" he blubbered.
"Are you sure?" I asked cautiously.
"Come on Armin let's go." Rey stood beside me with a bloodied lip and bruised cheeks.
"Please!" Chad started crying even more.
"Fine." I threw the pipe behind me. Chad smiled and ran at me, but before I could react. Rey kicked him in his bad knee making him kneel down crying in pain. Rey then grabbed Chad's head and smashed it on his knee. Knocking Chad out cold. Rey let fall Chad fall face first into the ground.
"Just because you have big muscles don't mean you have technique or have an automatic victory." Rey then spat on Chad and Zach. We called a cab. The cab driver looked at Chad and Zach all bloodied and knocked out.
"Should I call the hospital?" the cab driver said with a worried look on his face.
"No let them be. People from the park will find them." Momoko said. We were driven home in silence. It got dark. We got out of the cab and paid the cab driver. The passerbys looked at Rey and I with nervous looks. We went inside the hotel, called the elevator, the elevator took us to our floor, and we got out.
"Thanks Armin. Thanks Rey." Sasha said.
"Yeah thanks for that guys. That was really nice even though you guys got hurt." Momoko added.
"It's alright guys." I said.
"Yeah, Armin and I would do that anytime to protect you two." Rey said.
Sasha and Momoko blushed. "So you guys need anything?" Sasha asked still blushing.
"Nah we're good." I said.
"Well remember we leave for Route 8 tomorrow." Momoko said.
We went to our rooms after that. I went into my bed and pulled the covers over me. Rey went to his bed and did the same. An hour past I looked ath the clock it read 11:07.
"Hey Armin?" Rey asked.
"Yeah?" I turned over towards Rey and replied.
"We had a fun day."
"Yeah we did except for the fight."
"What are you talking about. That was fun finally having someone fight back unlike Xavier." Rey chuckled.
"Hahahaha you're right. I honestly don't think Xavier knows how to fight hand-to-hand?" I snickered.
"Yeah me too." Rey said. We both started laughing for a few minutes then we died down.
"Seriously I was worried Armin. I'm glad you woke when you did."
"Why?" I asked.
"Because those guys were beating the shit out of me." Rey said.
"Yeah I'm glad I woke up too." I said looking up at the ceiling. After a long silence I told Rey good night. Rey told me good night too. We both turned over and went to sleep.
