Second to last chapter!

I woke up and got of my bed. I saw the clock and it read 5:00. I grabbed my usual clothes and went to the bathroom to change. I saw Rey was out of bed and his stuff was gone. He was probably with girls downstairs and eating. I walked into the bathroom, I started changing, and looked at mirror. All I saw was bruise at the right corner of my mouth. I walked out of the bathroom, gathered my things, and walked out of my room. I went on the elevator to get to the lobby. I got out of the elevator and saw my friends at the cafe in the hotel. I took a seat next to Sasha.

"Hey Armin." Sasha said as she took a bite of toast.

"What's up?" Rey said.

"Hi." Momoko said.

"Hey guys." I waved.

"Want any breakfast?" Momoko asked.

"No thanks not hungry." I replied.

"Come on where traveling Route 8 today and we can't have you passing out because you didn't want to eat." Sasha insisted.

"Fine then." I swiped a peach of the plate of food that was in front of and ate.

"That's better." Sasha said with a smile. I found it kind of weird that Sasha was being nice, but she's probably doing this because of what happened yesterday. I kind of liked her not being a spoiled brat like she usually is.

"I'm so excited for going to Digons City!" Rey exclaimed while taking a bite out an apple.

"Yeah me too. We're finally be half way down with the Ariecor Pokemon League!" I shouted while high-fiving Rey.

"Oh quiet down you two." Sasha said.

"You wouldn't understand it's a trainer thing." Rey said with a grin.

"Oh shut up. You just want to see your dad." Sasha crossed her arms.

"Yeah so what." Rey retaliated. We all went back to eating.

After we were all done eating, we went to the front desk and checked out. We walked out of Cryst City and to the Route 8 entrance gate. Once we went through the gate the route was rocky. We were walking in a valley with rocks on the ground everywhere and high cliffs above us.I checked my PokeDex for the time and it was 5:30 There was no inn on this route, but we could get to Digons City in eight hours with no breaks. I found it amusing when Momoko told me that. We walked around two hours and then we heard a rumbling noise under us. We all fell down because the ground was shaking so much.

"The fuuuuuuck is happeninnnnnng!?" Rey yelled.

"It could be pokemon or an earthquaaaaaake!" I yelled back.

"Arceus daaaaaammiiiiiit!" Rey shouted.

"I wish this would stoooooop!" Sasha said with a shaky voice.

"Meeeeee tooooooo!" Momoko said holding her skirt down. The rumbling finally stopped and four pokemon emerged from the ground. The pokemon were of the same species. They had a short, wide bodies with two small, ovoid feet with three toes each. Their bodies were mostly black, but has a jagged, navy blue stripe that runs diagonally around their torso from their left shoulders. It is connected at the bottom to another stripe, which extends around the base of its torso. They had a white face with a long snout, tipped by their pink noses. There eyes are at the base of its nose on either side. Their arms were wide and thin with a blue spot on its palms. They lacked traditional hands, as their arms form directly into three, extremely large claws. They had a very small, stubby tails. The pokemon looked at us with angry glares.

"What are they?" Momoko asked.

"Let me check." I said as I pulled out my PokeDex and scanned them.

"Drilbur the Mole Pokemon. It is 0'11.8" and 18.74 lbs. It is a Ground Type. By spinning its body, it can dig through the ground at a speed of 30 mph."

"Why do they keep glaring at us?" Rey asked.

"I think we maybe in their territory." Sasha said.

"Well looks like their is only we can get out of this." I said grabbing a pokeball.

"I'm with buddy." Rey grabbed his pokeball.

"Well mind as well." Sasha said

"Okay, but I want to catch one." Momoko said.

"Why they're ugly?" Sasha said.

"I think they're pretty cute." Momoko retaliated.

"Guys this is not the time." Rey said.

"Right!" Both of the girls yelled.

"Go Kuro!" I yelled throwing my pokeball.

"Go Eraz!" Rey shouted.

"Go Chansey!" Momoko shouted.

"Go Tinkerbell!" Sasha screamed.

All of our pokemon were standing in a line ready to fight the Drilbur across from us.

"Alright guys take on the Drilbur across from you!" I ordered.

"Aye Aye captain!" Rey jokingly saluted.

"Okay!" Sasha yelled.

"Let's do this!" Momoko shouted.

"Okay go! Azure use Tackle!" I commanded.

"Eraz use Bubble!" Rey shouted.

"Chansey use Pound!" Momoko yelled.

"Tinkerbell, Draining Kiss!" Sasha screamed. I took th Drilbur on the first right, Rey took the Drilbur on the first left, Sasha took the Drilbur on the far right, and Momoko took the Drilbur on the far left. I only had tunnel vision for me and Azure. "Use Tackle!" Azure ran up to the Drilbur and tackled it and slammed it down. "Now use Bubble!" I shouted. Azure held the Drilbur down and shot bubbles at its face. The Drilbur shook its head furiously, but he couldn't break free. The bubbles it him in the face, but it was only dazed. It recovered from its dazed state and headbutted Azure making him let go of it. Azure stumbled back and holding was his nose. Then Drilbur's claws glowed silver, he then rushed at Azure, and slashed him. Azure grabbed his abdomen in pain.

"Azure!" I screamed.

"Froga. Dier." Azure held his hand signaling he was okay. He then used that same hand and used Water Pulse. The water ball hit the pokemon knocking it out.I returned Azure back to his pokeball. I looked around and saw that three Drilburs were knocked out and one was missing. I guess that Momoko caught her Drilbur. I got a notification from my PokeDex and I read it.

"Frogadier learned Round!" I put the PokeDex away.

"Good job on catching Drilbur." I said.

"Thanks Armin." Momoko replied back.

"What are you gonna nickname it?" Rey asked.

"I don't nickname pokemon you know that." she said.

"But you there are so many great nick-"

"Rey just let her be her." Sasha chimed in.

"Fine." Rey said with his head down low.

"Hey Armin before start walking can scan Drilbur's pokeball to see what moves it has."

"Sure." I said. I pulled my PokeDex, Momoko held out Drilbur's pokeball, and scanned it.

"Drilbur the Mole Pokemon. It is 0'11.8" and 18.74 lbs. It is a Ground Type. By spinning its body, it can dig through the ground at a speed of 30 mph. He knows the moves Metal Claw, Dig, Hone Claws, and Rock Slide."

"There you go Momoko." I said as I looked into her eyes.

She blushed and put the pokeball in her belt. "Hahaha thanks Armin. Alright let's keep walking hahaha." She started walking ahead of us. We shrugged and followed her. We arrived at Digons City six hours later and wave of excitement swept over me.
