Toad's stomach growled loudly as he was in pain, groaning loudly as Toadette and Petey Piranha looked down at him.
"Oh gosh... poor Toad really is reeling in pain..." Toadette stated as she glanced up at Petey Piranha, both of them being in one of Toadette's summer homes near the Mushroom City towards the north. "You know, I got two cases of tummy trouble before. It was extremely painful."
"For you?" Petey Piranha stated as he had a mask on, similar to Bane's.
Toad and Toadette squinted their eyes at the mutated Piranha Plant as Birdo stepped in, placing her hands on her hips as she glanced at the fungi and Petey.
"So, what was I called in for?" Birdo asked as she shook her head.
Toad groaned in pain as he had his hands on his stomach, crying out in pain, "My belly hurts!"
"...All right. From what?" Birdo asked as she approached the bed Toad was lying on.
"Just tummy trouble, Birdo!" Toadette exclaimed as she moved her hands around, starting to panic. "You remember when I had a tummy trouble incident, right?"
Birdo sighed as she nodded her head, closing her eyes. "Right... I remember it all too well for you, Toadette." She shook her head as she faced Toad, placing on a green doctor's uniform. "Anyway, I'll try my best to help you, Toad. After all, Dr. Mario taught me all he knows."
"That sounds promising!" Petey stated as he and Toadette moved back, to allow Birdo to get a good view of Toad.
