The Descent into Darkness

Naruto sat in a chair of Orochimaru's old Sith base and and mediated while disassembling and reassembling his blue lightsaber . The door opened and Shae walked in with the holocron that she stole the other day and left it beside Naruto before leaving. Naruto came out of his meditation and picked up the holocron. He examined it and let his mind connect with it. He smirked and turned on his lightsaber as he spun off the chair and met a red lightsaber against his own.
The lightsaber belonged to a tall female that was about Shae's height and she was wearing her cloak over her head to prevent Naruto from seeing her face. Naruto and the woman moved their free arms in front of each other and engaged in a Force Lock. After a bit of a struggle, they both flew in opposite directions and each hit the wall, denting it a little. Naruto got to one knee before he noticed the lightsaber at his neck. He looked up at the Sith and gritted his teeth.
"You wish to be strong to protect this planet?" asked the Sith, "I can help you."
Before Naruto could say anything, the Sith removed her lightsaber from his neck.
"There is a weapon you need and that holocron you have explains it." said the Sith as she turned away, "Go to Illum."
"Who are you?" asked Naruto in slight rage as the Sith sat a data disk on a table next to the door.
"I am called Darth Lazarus." said the Sith before she vanished into thin air.
(A Week Later)
Naruto took Shae's ship out of lightspeed and stared at the Sith Fleet surrounding Illum.
"Identify yourself or we will fire on you." came a voice over the communicator.
Naruto imputted the code from the disk Lazarus had given him and waited.
"Code checks out." came the voice as two fighters came along side the ship, "Sorry, my Lord. Follow the escort and they'll take you to Darth Lazarus."
"Why are we at Illum?" asked Shae as she entered the cockpit.
"A Sith Lord broke into the base." stated Naruto.
"What?!" exclaimed Shae.
"The only way she could havve gotten to Ibonihs was if she had a strong connection to the Force or she's from there." stated Naruto calmly, "And my money is on the latter."
He headed into the hanger of the flagship and let Shae put her down. He waited at the ramp and when it had lowered enough, he saw Lazarus waiting for him. He calmly walked out and drew his lightsaber. Lazarus did as well and both turned them on. Naruto instantly went into a furious burst of Djem So and Lazarus calmly blocked each strike. Naruto fell back and went into a reverse grip of Shien that made Lazarus raise an eyebrow before she was taken completely off guard by the fierce Makashi/Djem So combination style. She managed to regain her footing and parried Naruto's attack then chopped the back of his neck, forcing him to fall to the ground.
"It's no use to try moving right now." said Lazarus as Naruto's body convulsed, "I converted my chakra into electricity and disrupted your nervous system."
"So... you are from... Ibonihs." growled Naruto in anger.
"I am." said Lazarus, "Before I became a Sith Lord, I had gone by the name Kaori Uchiha."
She nudged Naruto's neck with her boot and the boy took several deep breaths as he was finally able to move his body correctly again. He pushed himself up and got to his feet as he shifted into his older form. He stood up and pulled his lightsaber into his hand with the Force.
"Don't even think about it." said Lazarus as Naruto followed her out of the room.
They looked at Illum through a window and Naruto scowled at it.
"Where is this weapon you talked about?" asked Naruto.
"It hasn't been made yet." said Lazarus, "You need to go to the Jedi Temple down their and forge it."
"And how can I do that with all those Jedi there?" asked the ticked off Naruto.
"Take a wild guess." said Lazarus in a bored tone.
Naruto looked at Illum and took a deep breath before he headed back to Shae's ship.
"What did she want?" asked Shae as Naruto passed her on the way to the cockpit.
Naruto sat down in a chair and hung his head. He closed the door while Shae seemed very worried.
(The Next Day)
Jedi Grand Master Satele Shan sat alone in her room of the Jedi Temple on Tython and watched the message she had recived days ago play again for the tenth time that day.
"I'm so sorry that I couldn't save you six years ago." she thought with a sea of guilt weighing down on her.
She shut off the message and felt something. She went into the deserted council chambers and turned on the holocom.
"Shigar, can you hear me?" asked Satele in concern.
"I can hear you, Master." responded the Kiffar Jedi as a hologram appeared in the middle of the table, "Is something the matter?"
"I sensed a disturbance in the Force." explained Satele, "I was just checking to make sure you were alright."
"I'm alright, Master." said Shigar, "We've just had some little skermishes with the Empire but nothing to provoke another war."
"Just be careful, my old padawan." advised Satele, "I sense a growing darkness looming."
"I will, Master." replied Shigar, "May the Force be with you."
The call ended and Satele went to an intercom near the door then turned it on.
"Ready my ship." said Satele to the hanger crew on the station above the planet.
"Right away, Master Jedi." came the reply as Satele went to prepare herself.
Kin Tsuchi walked alongside a Sith about two feet taller than her and wearing a metal mask under his black cloak toward the main entrance of the Illum Temple when several Republic Soldiers surrounded them. The Sith calmly and suddenly drew a red lightsaber and struck down all of the soldiers so fast that Kin could barely keep up with her eyes. Once they were all down, the Sith put the lightsaber away and he and Kin continued to the front entrance. Kin looked up at Shae, who was on top of a wall to the side, and the Mandalorian woman nodded before she entered the Temple through an exposed hatch.
As Kin and the Sith entered the Temple, several Jedi gathered on the upper mezzanines to see pair as they were confronted by seven Knights being led by Shigar Konshi. Shigar glared into the Sith's mask as they all heard a strange sound. A Republic NR2 gully jumper came crashing in through the main entrance and skidded on the floor toward the Sith, who held Kin in place to keep her from running. The drop ship took out several columns holding up one of the mezzanines before coming to a complete stop behind the Sith.
The drop hatch opened and about fifty Sith Warriors ignited their lightsabers. They then ran out with about fifty elite Imperial Commandos and everyone began fighting. The Sith Lord and Kin fought back to back with Kin weilding blaster pistols.
"Get behind that pillar in front of you!" ordered the Sith Lord.
Kin dived for the pillar and managed to barely avoid blaster fire. She quickly fired off a round of blaster bolts before she hid back behind the pillar to avoid behind hit by returning fire. The Sith Lord pulled one of the Jedi off their feet and threw them into the ceiling before unleashing black Force Lightning on another. Kin attempted to take out Shigar but was thrown back first into a fallen column. The Sith Lord saw this and made a beeline for the Kiffar Jedi.
Red met gold as their blades locked to each other and the Sith Lord switched into a reverse grip with blinding speed and began using Djem So and Juyo together. As the Sith Lord forced Shigar back, he kicked the Kiffar Jedi and sent him skidding along the ground. Shigar fended off two Sith Warriors before he jumped over the flying lightsaber of the Sith Lord. Shigar instantly realized his mistake a nanosecond before the Sith Lord sent the Jedi Knight flying through a large piece of rubble with a massive Force Push. The Sith Lord jumped over the rubble as his lightsaber flew back into his hand and brought the tip down toward the fallen Shigar.
The Jedi Knight managed to avoid the attack and got behind the Sith Lord. Shigar activated his lightsaber again and began an intense duel with the Sith Lord. He managed to stagger the Sith Lord with a lightsaber hilt to the mask but as he raised his lightsaber, the Sith Lord stabbed him through the abdomen. The Sith whispered something to Shigar before he turned off his lightsaber and Shigar fell to the ground.
(An Hour Later)
Satele ran through the destroyed main entrance of the Illum Temple with twenty Repuclic Troopers and stopped at the sight of all the destroyed structure and all the bodies on the floor.
"Master Jedi, we've got a survivor!" called out one of the troopers.
Satele rushed over to the trooper and was relieved to find the survivor was Shigar. Satele rushed to her former padawan's side and held his head up.
"Shigar, what happened?" asked the Jedi Grand Master.
Shigar shakily breathed and whispered in Satele's ear. She froze at what her padawan had told her before he fell unconscious.
"Get a medical capsule here now!" shouted Satele.
Two soldiers rushed out of the temple and Satele used the Force to heal Shigar's wounds so he could survive until they could return with the capsule. She heard the cocking of several blasters behind her and looked toward the door.
"Is this really needed?" asked Darth Lazarus as she held up her hands with a blaster barrel against her back.
"You just broke the Treaty of Coruscant!" shouted Satele as she sat Shigar down and stood up.
"I didn't authorize this attack." said Lazarus, "This was the work of someone else."
"And who was it?" asked Satele seriously.
"I think you and I both know who's responsible for this attack." said Lazarus.
"You leave him out of this." said Satele sternly.
Lazarus turned away and smiled.
"Either way, the Dark Council has already condemned the attacks as has the Emperor." said Lazarus, "If it was him, you'll have to deal with him yourself."
She vanished into thin air and shocked all the Republic soldiers. They scrambled around to find her while Satele just stared at the ground.
(The Next Day)
A thin white line of light that made the shape of a blade cut through the darkness and gave a high pitched hum as it moved through the air. A door opened and the shadow of a person appeared on the floor. The person that cast it looked at the blade and saw glowing red eyes.
