CHAPTER II – Shizuru

Fujino Shizuru is a young, beautiful woman who worked her way up to success. Her father was only a small time photographer when she was young. He once took Shizuru to a wedding that he needed to cover. Little Shizuru was so amazed. It was the most fascinating event that she has ever seen. But the most striking element in that event was the lovely couple standing in front of the altar. They were looking into each other's eyes. The bride looks gorgeous and she was teary eyed while listening to the vows of her soon to be husband. They were blessed by the priest and announced as an official husband and wife. Since she has lost her mother at the age of three, this was the first time she realized that having someone to share your life with is so important. She then thought of how lonely her father must be. She said to herself that one day, someone would bring her to an altar like this and promise forever with her. She didn't want to end up lonely like her father. Thus she worked hard with her studies and after college she opened up FS Weddings Inc.

At FS Weddings Inc, the owner and her best friend, whose also an employee was talking during their free time.

"Tomoe, please give me more tissue!"

"Jeez, Shizuru! We ran out of them. This is a wedding shop and people who come here are happy so we don't need to keep excessive tissue stocks."

"I know! I own this, remember?"

"Oh of course I remember! You're the best wedding planner in town with zero to nothing love life!"

"I've had a lot in the past you know…"

"How long was the longest one that you can remember?"

"Uhmm... three weeks…"

"See! Can that even be considered as a proper relationship?"

"Tomoe! Can't you be supportive at least? It isn't my fault that stupid Reito broke up with me!"

"That's cause you keep bugging him with your wedding and family fantasies! They're men, they look mature but on the inside they're just a bunch of boys catching chicks to show off to their friends."

"But how about your husband? How come you're happy? How come you're married? Got amazing three children and another one on the way? I've been at this all my life and you, you weren't even looking for it!"

"Uhh... Cause they say that good things come unexpected and you've been expecting this whole time?"

"So does this mean, I'm destined to be single forever? Nooooooo!"

"Calm down! I'm sure there's someone for you."

"But what's taking him so long? I'm not getting any younger!"

"Whatever Shiz. Hey! Look at this latest issue of Business World, the cover girl's so hot!"

"Yeah, she's beautiful. Gorgeous in fact, what a hot body, she would pass as a model or maybe even a beauty queen."

"Uhhh.. You know what Shiz, I think I know now why you're single…"

"Why?"

"Cause you've been dating guys all the time but here you are interested in women!"

"What? That's impossible! I just gave this girl a compliment and you already came up with that conclusion?"

"Excuse me, I show you magazines like this 2 to 3 times a day for our job and you "compliment" on every single babe you see!"

"Oh. Do I really do that? I mean, do I even swing that way?"

"Shizuru, what do you think about this girl again?"

"She's hot, she's got a cold stare but but I think she has expressive eyes. Her skin looks so taken care of, I wish I could touch them –oh.. umm..."

"Bingo! You've finally hit your head on the right wall! I just knew that you were like me!"

"OMG! I'm gay? Wait, you're gay?"

"I'm bi! Well, you might be bi too or full les. Don't worry about the labels, you can just figure them out as you go. What's important is accepting that you are indeed attracted to women too."

"I guess you're right. By the way, what's that name of that girl?"

"Natsuki Kuga! Isn't she dreamy~"

"Tomoe! I thought you were loyal to your husband. You're even pregnant and you can still say that to this Natsuki Kuga? Natsuki Kuga… I think I've heard that name before…"

"She's a girl, you were only looking at men before so you might not know her. You just figured out you were gay a minute and twenty seconds ago, remember?"

"No… I mean… Kuga… Kuga Natsuki… HOLY CRAP!"

"I remember now! She's the reason why I'm still single, not married and definitely not happy till now!"

"What? Are you nuts? You can't just go blaming cover girls in a magazine for all your failures in life!"

"You don't understand! Before… In the past… she was…"

Sorry, cliff hanger for now. lol. Stay tuned and find out what Shizuru and Natsuki were in the past and how they met. I made Tomoe here her best friend cause it's always Shizuru and Haruka. So that means Tomoe is not obsessed-ly insane for Shizuru, instead she is married and pregnant. I had fun playing with Shizuru's character. Though she's professional in work, when it's just her and Tomoe, she's still that hopeless romantic girl from their childhood.

Pour etre rien -well I thought of that but it would take too long to write. I'm trying to hide it from my mom so it's kinda hard: P She doesn't know I write stories, specifically about lesbians, she'd kill me :)) I'll try to do it in the following chapters
