Miyako knew the others didn't understand her as she went to the reunion. Each was happy with one or two kids, but she had three. She didn't hide the fact that she hoped for a fourth. They were all so busy with work; they barely had time for their children. Even her husband was busy with work. Ken tried his best, after putting food on the table. They all were busy doing that. Miyako knew what they joked: she had time for kids since she didn't work, but that wasn't true. She worked just as hard as they did, but her priorities were different. She often watched after some of their children, when they were too busy. They would watch their children play and be amazed at their abilities. Miyako was the only one who saw they were too busy for their own children.
