Dean drove that car faster as each motionless breath became less and less. Deans heart racing, faster then the car, 'I can't give up. I have to be strong and get Sammy to hospital.' Dean thought. And almost in an instint Deans heart stopped as Sams arm shot up grabbing at think air.

As Sam tryed to get up, on all fours, Dean pounced.
