Chapter4: The Answered Questioned


Sora's PoV

"RINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG"

"DAMMIT!" I scram in frustration as my alarm clock woke me form my wonderful dreams.

Well today was the day I would tell the one I love, that well, I loved her. I wonder what she'll do or say, I sat there for a minute and two to ponder on my thoughts. Then I took a quick glance at the clock…

"OH MY GOD I'M GOING TO BE LATE!"

"Oh wait, I'm always late." Sora let out a small laugh then realized that this was the 'DAY' He would tell her how he felt for her.

I scrambled in my sheets so I could get out of my bed. Well, let's just say I wasn't so successful and I landed on my face.

Kairi's PoV

I was sitting at my desk just playing some solitaire on my laptop. I managed to get ready early today. I was wearing some light faded jeans and a white tank top with a white sweater over it, but the sweater only went up to my mid stomach, it was zipped half way up. It had pink lines on the sleeves and it was a long sleeve zip up sweater. My hair was in a half pony tail. I wore my Nike uptowns.

I thought to myself 'Why don't I go to school early I can take a walk in the park.'

A/N: Yes, Kairi's school does have a school park, and a quite lovely one to, lol

So I got up from my chair and shut my laptop and walked down the stairs. I grabbed my pink binder and my pink cell phone. I said my good bye to my mom and I walked down the street. It was a bit early so it was chilly; even if it was later in the morning it would still be cold. It was about 60 degrees and it was in the middle of November (yes time sure does fly).

3rd Persons PoV

"Sora! Namine, Tidus, Selphie, Wakka, and Riku are here!" my mom scram up the stairs.

"K mom! Be down there in a second!" He replied while looking in the mirror one last time, he had approved of his outfit. He wore a white wife beater and a green sweatshirt that was zipped half way up and the sleeves were rolled up to his elbows. He had faded jeans on and white Nike's.

Sora walked down my stairs to realize someone was missing. And it was the one he couldn't wait to see.

The gang finally was walking out the door and suddenly, the question everyone was waiting to reply to.

"Where's Ka-" He was suddenly cut off by Selphie.

"Don't worry lover boy, we already went to her house, her mom said she already went to school, and that it was really early, she also said she looked like she had a lot to think about."

"Ohh ok…HEY! What do you mean by "Lover Boy"?"

Riku replied quickly to that, "Sora, don't try and play stupid, we already know you want her BADLY!" Riku laughed and it seemed to make Sora a little Testy when Riku emphasized the word "BADLY"

The Gang was almost at school when Sora looked to see not many kids were there, they liked to get there a little early so they could have a chance to just chill and talk, his big blue eyes scanned the whole court yard of the school and the park, he finally spotted the most prettiest one out of all of the girls.
Sora's PoV

She had her back turned to all of us and her hair was swaying in the cold breeze. She was sitting on the top part of a bench.

I walked over to her and I realized she must have been in a pretty deep thinking mode if she hadn't noticed that I sat down.

"Kairi?"

She heard me call her name but must have not realized I was there. She looked like she just jumped out of her skin and she fell backwards and hit the ground.

I jumped to help her up and she grabbed my hand and I pulled her up…

"I'm sorry Kai, didn't notice that I scared you."

Kairi's PoV

Man, was I freaked out.

"It's ok!" I laughed a little

"Uhhh Kairi…I have to ask you something…"

Right before he got the chance to ask me the bell rang.

"Sorry Sora. I guess it was bad timing, but do you want to ask me later?"

He replied with a, "sure"

He walked me to my locker then he kissed me on the cheek and waved to me. I suddenly started to stare at him as he started to give people high fives. He had gotten pretty popular; most of the kids still remembered him. Some just thought he was cool.

"KAIRI FOR THE LAST TIME!" I heard someone yell then I looked to my side to see who was yelling.

"Are you ok? Your mom told us how you walked to school early and that's not like you, you're usually the one who won't get out of bed."

It was Namine, my best friend in the world! I loved her with all my heart; she was the sister that I never had.

"Yeah I'm fine; I just think I'm in love…" I said in a quit whisper.

She stared at me for a few more minutes then pulled her blue binder out of her locker and she pulled my hand pulling me out of my love trance.

We suddenly got into class and Sora was drawing something, he was concentrating very hard, I could see it in the way he looked at the paper, and how his eye brows shifted in a serious mood.

Namine and I sat down, I sat down and as soon as I did he scrambled to hide the paper. I looked at him as If he had just ate someone (A/N:wow, I make up really weird thingies, lol!) he then shoved it in his binder.

I laughed a little and then it was time for history. Our teacher Mrs. Lopez had walked into the room and she sat down at her desk. She had announced that she was going to play a movie since it was really foggy and wet and cloudy outside and we normally go outside and hang around the court yard and learned.

We were watching a movie on the African culture when I felt something on my hand. I took a look at it and I opened it careful, it was a note.

Kairi-

Well today since my mom is bringing my little sister to her dentist appointment do you wanna go over to my house after school? She won't be there to bug us. I mean I love her, but she always wants to play with me, so how bout it's a Kairi, Sora day?

I then took out my pen and responded:

Sora-

Of course I would love to hang out with you 333, well what are we going to do if we go to your house? And I love Mimi! She's so sweet, but I know what you mean, well not really since I don't have any other siblings. But I baby sit. Well sure is my answer and we can talk more at lunch?

I saw him move his eyes along the paper and then he finally looked back at me and smiled.

The bell had rung and then our classes had whizzed by. It was already lunch time. We were all just hanging out, I was actually really tired so after I got in the lunch line and got my lunch I walked over to the table and realized I wasn't hungry any more, so then I gave my lunch to Tidus, who gladly took it and I rest my head on Sora's lap while his back was leaning on the wall.

Then all of a sudden my cell phone rang. I picked it up

"Hello?"

"Hey Kai, its mom!"

"Hey mom, what's up?"

"Well tonight we are going to go out for dinner, ok?"

"I actually wanted to hang with Sora today"

"Ok well at my lunch break I'll drop your dress and heels over at Sora's house."

"Sure! Can you get the pink one?"

"Kai, there all pink."

"Oh…yeah hehe I forgot! My "Favorite" one."

"Oh ok! So I'll drop your heels and that over at his house in a bit, love yah!"

"Ok bye"

I then hung up my phone and put it on my pocket.

"So what's your mom dropping off at my house?"

"Oh a few things since tonight were going to go out for dinner." I replied to Sora giving him a sweet smile, now laying in between him since he had one leg over the lunch table bench and the other leg on the other side and his back was leaned against the wall. So I sat in between his legs (no dirty thoughts now.)

Namine kept giving me a funny grin as if it said 'ha-ha, you know your happy'. I couldn't keep a straight face so I had to laugh.

English went by quick then after study hall everyone met up by mine and Nam's Locker. We all walked home and then I was at Sora's house A/N: It was a half a day. Sora was lying down on his bed on his back when I came from the kitchen to get him a fruit roll up. I passed it to him and he said, "Thanks" When I came back he grabbed me by my belt holders on my jeans (is that what there called?) and pulled me on top of him. I couldn't help but laugh.

Sora's PoV

"Well Kairi, Now back to my question, I wanted to know if yo-"

The door bell had rang and I knew it was her mom so she went to go answer it while I got up and went into the bathroom, I splashed a bit of cold water on my face and shook it off while looking in the mirror. I then came out and Kairi was lying in my bed with my comforter on her. She was watching TV and all I could see was her face, man she was so beautiful.

I walked over and lied down, not on her but I was over her when I put my neck to hers and I said, "Man, you smell good"

I heard her laugh. Man did I love that laugh, she turned over and looked at me. For a bit we just stared at each other with much love and passion.

Then all of a sudden the door just burst open. We both looked at the door with a lot of fright. Then someone walked in.

"WOAH BABY!" he scram.

"What the are you doing here Kyle!" I practically scram out. (Remember the one who WANTED to hold Kairi's hand when they walked out of the lunch room?) Sora and Kyle are cousins.

"Well I went to your house, because my mom made me, like I really want to come and see you and Kairi doi-….Wait…Kairi? (Kairi never really knew Kyle)

"Uhhh yeah? Who are you?"

"Oh how rude of me…" He walked over to the bed and picked up my hand and kissed it. I was lying on the side of Kairi, and I got very pissed off at Kyle for doing what he was doing. I know I can be jealous when boys talk to Kairi, but it's when they be all touchy feely is when I really get pissed.

"Ok ummm, can you stop now?" she asked a little pissed off.

"But your skin is oh so soft!" he exclaimed

He was kissing higher and higher when I pulled his mouth off of Kairi. Kairi gave me a 'Thank You' look. After I sent my stupid cousin home I then knew I had to ask her before it was too late.

"Kairi, ok I have been interrupted so many times! I really want to ask you something."

"Sora, were all alone. No one is here to bother us. Ok?"

"Ok well I wondered well, if well…" It just didn't feel right. The mood was all wrong and the place was to.

"Ok well will you go for a drive with me?"

"Sure" she replied

We both got off my bed and I shut off the TV and shut the door behind Kairi and me. As we walked down the stairs I grabbed my keys and walked out the door. I opened the door for her. As she climbed up, I shut it and I walked to my car door.

Soon we were driving out of my drive way and I drove to the board walk. Once we had arrived and I opened the door we both walked out and onto the beach. We then walked up to the high tied. We both stood there, our pants were rolled up and we walked onto the beach. She grabbed my hand and walked to the water.

"Wow this is beautiful. I never thought cloudy days were gorgeous. I thought they were muggy and weird. Now that I see the ocean, it's just…beautiful." She said.

"I know. Guess what the most beautiful part of Destiny's island is?"

" I actually don't know, what?"

"You." I said as I heard her gasp and look at me. I looked at her, she was gorgeous.

"Sora, thank you." She then hugged me.

After a bit I kept feeling little rain drops. It then all of a sudden started to rain.

"Sora! Why does it always rain on us?" she said with a laugh.

"I don't know but I think it's telling both of us something. And that were ignoring it."

She looked at me with confused eyes. "Well, what do you think?"

"Kairi, you mean the absolute world to me. I'd give anything for you, your gorgeous, fun, gorgeous, sweet, and did I mention gorgeous?"

"haha, actually 3 times." She mentioned

"Well I was wondering if you could give me something amazing."

"Sora, anything, what is it?"

"You."

I saw her get teary eyed and then jump on me making me fall, she then had her face an inch away from mine, and we then kissed. I loved her touch, I loved her kiss. I just loved everything about this girl!

"Yes."

Ok, this chapter is now complete! Ok well please review, you will make my day! I liked this chapter a bit. It wasn't my favorite but it was good. Well the next chapter will hold the following.
