Ending of last Chapter:

Namine and I were screaming as we sped down the sunny beautiful road. It was perfect with our hair blowing in the wind.

Soon we arrived to this mystery girl's house. I honked the horn as I saw Selphie run out of the house and soon followed by…wait…was that…

OH MY GOD! IT WAS!

She's back!

Namine scram "OH MY GOD IT'S…."

Chapter 8: Tryouts

"RIKKU!" I finished Namine's sentence already.

"Hey girls!" Rikku said hopping into the car after Selphie.

"I thought you went to Star Island?" Namine turned around asking.

Rikku started to tell us how her mom got a great job at Star Island so they relocated their residence and they moved to the island north of us. Then they treated her father terrible at the new business and he quit and relocated to another corporation and they're back here, it took a boat ride 2 hours from Destiny's Island to get to Star Island.

I stepped on the gas as we were off to school.

I found a great parking spot as I finished the touch ups on parking. I twisted my key out of the ignition, as I popped the trunk as the girls got out and also retrieved there bags.

I hugged Rikku and said "I have to officially hug you and welcome you to SH, Serenity High." As I released and she hugged Namine with her saying a little welcome greeting phrase of some sort.

"So where do I go to get my schedule?" Rikku walked in the high school to gazing at all the students and was amazed out cool the school looked.

"Go to the guidance counselor and he should give you your schedule and if hey ask you if you know you way around the high school, just say yes and we'll show it to you later. They take forever to explain the system, trust me you'll catch on quite quick." Namine explained to her.

"Well wish me luck you guys. I'll take to you sometime, and I'll meet you guys after school where…?"

"By the huge water fountain in front of the school that says 'Serenity High' and it's blue and really big." I told her.

"Thanks you guys!" she said already running to the Guidance Counselor.

Rikku was wearing cargo shorts with an orange tank top with her hair up in a ponytail with her bangs to short to hold up in the ponytail and some green and orange etnies.

Namine, Selphie and me all got a move on to our lockers. We were walking and talking until we reached our lockers.

I opened mine and grabbed my binder and book for first period. Namine did the same; Selphie went to do the same as she opened her locker a note slipped out of her locker onto the floor. She went to pick it up and she scanned the paper with her green orbs.

Selphie was wearing a green t shirt and it said, 'Your Stupid...' on the front and on the back it said 'and that's sad'. A/N: my friend Rachel has that shirt, it's really cute. She had jean capris and white sneakers with her hair up in pick tales.

She set her eyes from the paper to us then back on the paper. A gigantic smile appeared on her face.

"YOU GUYS I HAVE A SECRET ADMIRER!" she scram.

Namine and I looked at each other in disbelief as she read the note out loud to us.

"Dear Selphie,

You don't know who is writing this…I've liked you a lot. Maybe we could hang out. I will keep leaving notes in your locker till I think the time is right to tell you who I am. Goodbye.

xoxo Your Secret Admirer"

She said as she still kept her eyes glued to the piece of paper as her smile had not yet gown down. For in fact it got bigger as her thoughts were swarming who this mystery boy could be.

"I really hope it's…" as she turned around to see him.

"Tidus…h-hi! How-w are you-u?" She said as she was blushing like mad, keeping her head down.

"Umm, nothing much here. How about you?" He said with a little bit of confidence. As he rubbed the back of his neck.

BRINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG.

We all looked up to the bell as it told us we had a minute to get to class.

Before Selphie got a chance to say good bye because we had pulled her. We were located in the A Building and our homeroom was in D building. They were two totally different buildings.

We walked calmly into our first period as we sat by our friends who were located directly by the window.

Selphie, Namine and I all sat down. She sat next to Riku who was in front of Sora and I was next to Sora and Selph sat in back of us and Tidus sat next to her.

"Hey Kairi I wonder what we're going to d-…" Sora smiled sweetly while the loud speaker went off.

"Sorry for the interruption but I would like to announce that there WILL be a dance this Friday in the Serenity High Gym. It will be held at 7 pm to 11 pm. The ticket is $10; they will be selling pretty much everywhere on this school property. So pick them up. I advise you write your name on the back of them. We will NOT give you new ones if you loose them, your fault."

Then the announcements had ended and buzzes were everywhere in the room.

After class we had discussed it.

"Hey Kai, we should play our band at the dance!" Namine said

To tell you the truth I totally forgot our band that we created in the band. It was called the L.I.S.R. which stood for 'Love is So Random'.

Tidus played the drum set and Namine played bass guitar with vocals and I played electric guitar with lead vocals. Selphie was sad because she didn't really know how to play an instrument so we made her our fashion consultant who would pick out our clothes.

"That is so awesome! Yeah we should go shopping for new clothes…Selphie, you still our Fashion Person?" I asked looking at her.

"DUH! What would you do with out me? It would be horror everywhere"

"Thanks Selph." Namine said rolling her eyes and we all laughed at her reaction.

This day was actually turning out awesome. I couldn't believe it until 'they' walked up to us.

"Kairi, I couldn't help but over here you and your little...uhh..."Band" were going to play at the dance." Colleen made quotations as she said the word band. What nerve this slut had.

"Uh yeah why?" I asked

"Well, they're having tryouts today later on to play at the dance. I'm going to try, me and my friends are singing "What A Girl Wants" by Christina Aguilera." She said looking at her followers with a bitchy smile.

"Hope you don't ruin the song." Selphie shot back at her with all of our eyes glaring at them

"We won't ruin the song but we will ruin your act by performing." She said looking at her manicure.

"Ok, fine challenge let's do it." I said while looking into her eyes straight.

"Fine, prepare to lose." She said as she walked away with the other sluts followed her.

Lunch time came and Selphie, Namine, Tidus and I went in my car to go and go pick up our instruments.

I opened the door to my house as we all ran to the garage, seeing we only had 15 minutes of lunch left. Thank god they would be providing a drum set from the band room. Namine ran across the street and rant to get her purple guitar with purple fuzzys bordering the guitar, it was rather REALLY cute.

I went into my room and underneath my bed lying in its black case was my guitar. It had a lot of sparkles on it and it was black and hot pink with a skull and cross bones on the side. And there was a pair of lips sticker on it. It was the cutest guitar you would ever see.

I grabbed it, while Tidus grabbed some extra drum sticks I kept at my house and we all met by the car. Selphie had her small make up kit with her and we all checked everything while putting it in the trunk.

Off we were to go to the school band tryouts.

We parked our car and ran out and ran in front of the school auditorium we all stopped and stared at the gym entrance 'Band performers will be performing here at 2:35pm.' It said and I looked at my watch and it was 2:40.

We all ran into the auditorium and we saw Sora and the rest of the gang sitting in the front row and we soon joined them.

No one was good so far, and then came Colleen, Erika, and Kristina singing their song and it wasn't very good, actually it was close to terrible. The three judges looked at each other and shook their heads.

"L.I.S.R. are you present?" one of the judges asked.

"yes…" I said a little nervous

I went to walk behind Tidus and Namine. But someone grabbed my hand.

"Your amazing remember that." Sora said while kissing me and letting me go to sit down in his seat.

"Ok when ever your ready." She said

"1…2…1…2…3…" Tidus said as he started to play the drums.

Namine and I started to play our guitars and soon I was singing…

I was pretty excited…I went to look at Sora and the gang. Sora and Riku pretty much had their mouths dropped open. I guess they thought we were good.

Me and Namine looked at each other, we were having so much fun.

Colleen and her group looked angry, wow we must have been good. I was totally pointing at Sora when I sang.

The judges seemed like they liked it a lot I guess.

We were finally finished which felt like forever…lol.

Everyone who was there, which wasn't there but the few that were clapped and stood up.

The judges then announced who the winner would be…

He gave Colleen and her friends a smile. "And the winner is…"
