Chapter 10: What a Nightmare…

I can't believe it, that bitch. Of course the no other bitch then Colleen. Why would she do that? Why would she kiss Riku? Then it hit me…

"SSSSSSSORRRAAAA how aree YOU?" she slurred her words very badly. Now it was pretty damn obvious…the bitch was drunk.

I felt like laughing, but another part of me felt bad, I felt terrible to leave her like this.

"Sora I…don't feel…. leaving…her here by herself…" I said as I was super cautious to make sure I knew what I was saying.

"I know what you're implying. I feel a bit worried as well; I don't want her to be killed or something. I can see her doing something dumb like running in the road."

"I know what we should do!" Selphie popped up with her finger pointed straight up into the air acting like she knew something that she could not keep a secret to.

We all looked at her with raised eyebrows.

"We should tie her to a tree!"

"…" were all of our responses

"I do believe you need help…" Izza said.

We all laughed while she pouted.

"We should find her friends." I said already having her hang on my shoulder, why was I doing this? I was just born a nice person, if I was mean man she would be in the deep end of the pool.

I was trying to keep her steady while walking through a crowd of people with blaring music.

Then my cell started to vibrate and ringing.

"I LOVE THISSSSS SONG! CAUSE EVERYTIME I TOUCH YOU, WE GET THIS FEELING AND EVERYTIME WE FLY I'M GETTING KISSED!"

I ignored her while I flipped open my cell and said hello.

"Kai, its Sora we found her friends there outside getting there car, luckily her friends were not drunk like she was.

I shut the phone and started to walk towards the exit, I got her into the car okay.

"Just to let you know, DON'T bring this up, or we will ALL make your life a living hell." Her posse both said like dumb parrots.

"Yeah…you're welcome for not tying her to a tree….!" Selphie scram while they drove away.

"Let's go out for ice cream!" Izza said, obviously she was feeling better about the whole her family situation.

"Let's go!" Everyone chimed in.

While walking towards the ice cream shop on the board walk I noticed Namine was a bit distant, oh yeah and for Riku? He was no where to be seen after the kiss. Everyone walked into the ice cream shop while I saw Namine sitting on the pier in the dark with the board walk lights shining on her. On the pier speakers was Rascal Flatts "What hurts the most".

"Namine…" I said pain was immediately was just hitting me like knives, while seeing her sad made me want to cry.

"Why can't I ever be happy with a boy?" She said not even moving an inch still looking at the sea as if an answer was going to shoot out.

"I don't know." I truthfully responded not knowing if it was the right thing to say.

"Like you and Sora, you two are perfect and have so much love towards each other."

"I don't know, but love is right around the corner Nam."

"Then I must be walking in circles…" She said with a sad smile.

"Common, you HAVE to believe in miracles, look at Sora and me! A miracle brought him back. Don't look for love, let love look for you."

"True…this is a weekend! I should be having fun!" She said with a smile.

"Everyone is waiting, let's go."

We both got up and were walking towards the ice cream shop.

"Uhhh…Kairi?" Namine stopped in her tracks.

"Yeah?" I asked look at her with a confused smile.

"Thanks…thanks for being there for me, I really appreciate it, and I am sure that you and me are going to be friends forever."

"Only the very best!" I said while giving her a bear hug.

We both continued to walk into the shop. The little bell jingled as we walked into the parlor with our friends.

"I was gonna go and see if you two were ok, and everyone said "NOOO!"…losers" Sora pouted as we all laughed soon he was laughing as well.

DINGGG!

We all looked at the door, and someone walked into the parlor.

Namine was the last to look.

She slowly turned her head and saw him.

It was a boy with a white beater and ripped jeans and socks with adidas sandals. He had super spiky hair and incredible blue eyes.

Namine was staring like she found her dream purse with matching shoes.

Sora and I looked at each other and smiled. "That was quick." He said laughing only loud enough for me to hear.

He walked in and smiled at her as well and it looked like it was slow motion for her.

"Hi, I'm cloud, I transferred from a boarding school at Starr Island." He said.

"Hi, I'm Namine and I go to the local high school around the corner."

She said while smiling at him, he returned the sweet smile.

"Yeah, I never saw you guys here before though." Cloud said.

"We don't hang out here a lot, and the name is Sora." He said while shaking his hand and smiling.

"Nice to meet you Sora."

We all introduced ourselves to him, he seemed pretty cool. Maybe he would chill sometime with us, like Namine was reading my mind.

"Maybe sometime we could all chill!" She said.

"That would be pretty cool."

"Do you hang out here a lot?" Selphie asked.

"Yeah, my family owns this ice cream parlor." He said.

"Cool, well we were going to just go on the beach wanna come?" I asked him.

"Sure!" He said.

We all walked out of the parlor, Namine and Cloud sat next to each other on the dock.

Tidus and Cloud sat on the bench looking over the beach.

Izza was still talking with the boy she met at the club.

Sora and I were walking on the beach with our shoes off while the waves were crashing against our feet.

I had so much to think about, but out of the blue he said, "I Love you." He looked at me and smiled.

"Sora, I love you so much I think I could go crazy with out you." I rested my forehead on his chest while my hands were holding tight on his neck. He held my waist tight as well.

I loved him, I never knew what I would do if I lost him, we just stood in that position all I could hear was the waves slightly hitting our feet and his heart beat. I smiled thinking how I have him in my life.

"You are the best thing that has ever happened to me, I love you so much, it's like every time I say it I get chills down my spine and it's like I wanna do more then say it, I wanna prove it to you." (this is something similar that my boyfriend said to me )

"Sora….shut up and kiss me…" I said while placing my lips on his, I needed to stand on my tippy toes to reach him. It was a beautiful site; it was just me and him on the beach.

We shared the most romantic kiss that we had ever shared before.

The week went by quick, Namine and Cloud we're very close, always hanging out at each others houses. Tidus and Namine same thing, and same with Sora and Me. Izza and that boy talked on the phone. Colleen and her posse were still bitches and still got everything they wanted.

Oh yeah! About the dance this Friday, the girls were going to get ready at Selphie's house and the boys were going to get ready at Cloud's house.

It was Friday afternoon, we were all in History.

"So, World War two! HURRAY!" Mr. Demunda scram, while pretty much the whole class groaned.

"Common! You are all going to go out dancing and going shopping today, at LEAST you can do is pay attention for like 3 more minutes until you get out. The class all sighed.

"FINE! Just talk for the rest…jees, you guys are gonna kill me one day."

We all started to laugh, he was the coolest teacher.

"So, I'm going to miss you." Sora said smiling at me.

"hehe, I'll see you tonight though, What are you going to wear?"

"You'll see…I don't know yet, I'm going to chill at Cloud's house so we may go shopping or I'll just find something." He said while smiling at me.

The bell FINALLY rang.

The girls all jumped in my convertible and turned on the radio, it was Cassie "Me & U" (I LOVE THAT SONG!)

"Where to…?" I asked the girls while driving out of the school parking lot.

"MALL!" everyone scram.

We all looked so cute; we all had our big sunglasses and were cruising down the high way.

We all got out and walked into the mall, I had on a white camisole on and Selphie had a green one, and Namine had a blue one, and Izza had a red one on, we all had on light blue jeans and flip flops to match our camis.

We all walked into pretty much every store.

"NOTHING!" Selphie said while we all sat down and started to eat our Oreo blizzards from Mickey D's.

"How can we not find one thing?" I said confused.

"I don't know but we have to find something quick." Namine said.

"GUYS! LOOK BEHIND YOU!" Scram Izza.

We all looked behind us to see Abercrombie & Fitch.

Then we all ran into the store and started to have a look.

Namine got a long sleeved grey shirt that you put a cami underneath it. Izza got a plain striped collared shirt. Selphie got a green tank top with pink designs on the corners. Last I had gotten a blue fitting shirt that had a V neck, and underneath it there was a laced white cami, it was TRULY BEAUTIFUL! (REALLY IT IS! I WANT IT SOOOO BADLY!)

"Hey selph, can I borrow your jeans that are like ripped and super light and I forgot my sneakers so can I borrow your white Nike low tops? Your size 5 right?"

"Yupp and Yupp!" She said.

"Thanks!" I said we all ran out of the store.

"Where to now?" Izza asked.

"MI CASA!" Selphie scram.

"Casa de SELPHIE!" Namine scram back.

We were dumb, but we had fun.

As soon as we walked out of the door we saw puddles everywhere.

"No way…." Namine said.

"Now my hair is going to be PUFFY!" I said.

It was down pouring.

"uh oh…Kairi?"

"yeah?"

"Where did you park?"

We all looked from each other to the parking garage.

"On the count of three…one…two…"

We all covered our bags and grabbed our flip flops and were going to run barefoot out there as we all rolled up our jeans.

"THREE!"

We all ran like mad people. We soon made it to my car, but we were quite unsuccessful because we were soaking wet.

"Great…" We all said while getting in my car. We mad sure the top was up.

We all drove while singing along to the radio.

Finally we reached Selphie's house, we all got out of the car and ran into her house, the rain didn't let up yet.

"Ok Selph I'm going to go take a shower k?" I asked

"Yupp, you know where it is…" She said while running up to her room.

I got out and dressed into my shirt and then Selphie's adorable jeans I did look pretty cute.

After that I called my house and I got the answering machine…

"Hi, you have reached Melanie and Kairi we are not able to take your call right now, so leave your name, number and message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can bye!"

"MOM!" I scram, why wasn't she home?

It's like I haven't seen her in forever! Where could she be…wait she's at her boyfriend's house like always. What ever forget it.

We all got ready and we were looking adorable.

We all left and reached the school parking lot, we could hear the music playing from a block away.

We all walked in and everyone was crowded around.

Then the principal ran up to us in a panic.

"GIRLS! YOU NEED TO PLAY YOUR BAND BECAUSE THE OTHER GIRLS DIDN"T SHOW UP! YOU NEED TO PICK A SONG QUICK YOUR GOING ON ANY MINUTE SO GATHER EVERYONE AND QUICK!" then he ran off.

"…" was our response.

"Where could they be?"

Then selphie started to laugh.

"What did you do Selphie?" I asked

"Well it was your boyfriend's idea. Ok well they both got 3 pink invitations and made them really girly, and it said 'You are cordially invited to Mariah Carey's slumber party at the Cherry Hills hotel' then they put them in the three girls lockers and it was like for the prettiest girls in Destiny Islands."

She started to laugh, her and Izza.

Namine and I just stood there confused.

"How dumb are they!" I asked confused.

"Pretty damn dumb!"

I looked behind me to see him.

"I can't believe you did that Sora!" I smiled at him.

"well you better believe it cause your on next!" He scram over the music.

"OH MY GOSH WE CAN'T!" scram Namine "We don't have our instruments or anything!" she said quiter since we all went into the hallway.

"I got an idea!" I said running towards the back stage with Tidus and Namine.

"Tidus can you sing to this song…." I whispered it to him

"I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU TWO!" we both laughed at his reaction to the song we would be singing.

"Tidus go run and gather the Dance Team while Namine and I get ready."

We both had to do something to our outfits so I took off my shirt and got into my lacy cami and I rolled up the jeans to make them flood jeans, and I did a really messy ponytail.

Namine took off her shirt and had her black cami on and she had Bermuda shorts on and she put all her bracelets on and she put on her high heels.

We looked adorable.

"EVERYONE CAN I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE! I NEED YOU TO PUT YOUR HAND TOGETHER FOR OUR LAST MINUTE BAND!"

The stage curtains were shut and when they opened it and there was me and Namine standing backwards to the audience.

Then the music started to play and Tidus came out and started to sing…as well as the dance team

Colleen and her posse walked over to the front desk of the Incredibly rich hotel.

"Hi we are here for the Mariah Carey slumber party!" she said while looking at her nails.

"Uhhhh…what are you talking about?"

Colleen eyes him seriously and said

"Uhhh are you deph?" (Sp)

"No but I think you were pranked, there is NO party for any celebrity."

The girls looked at each other.

"Who would do this!" Colleen scram.

They all looked at each other….

"Kairi….THAT BITCH!" Colleen scram.

She turned around.

"Hi we would like a room for the night." She handed him her credit card.

"Miss Kairi…oh you messed with the wrong girls!" she said under her breath with a devilish smile only loud enough for the other 2 girls to hear.

BACK TO THE DANCE

"You two were great!" Sora and Tidus exclaimed.

"It was pretty fun-…"

"Kairi?" The principal looked at me with a worried look.

"Yes?" I said.

"Can I talk to you…in private?"

"Sure…" I followed him to the hallway.

Sora and Namine peaked out the windows they could only see what was happening.

"Kairi? Your mother was in a very dangerous accident…"

I almost fell over but the principal gave me support. That's when Sora and Namine ran in and Sora helped me get stable again.

Every thing was blurry but that didn't stop me. I burst out of the gym doors and into the rain. I ran as far as I could, it wasn't long before I was soaked and shivering. Thank god I was on the track team for two years or I wouldn't have able to run this far and at a very quick speed.

It was about 10 minutes and I was about half way there.

Then behind me there was a Sora's red pick up truck.

He jumped out and as he did I fell to my knees and started to cry.

"Kairi!" Sora ran up to me and hugged me, "it's ok Kairi, I'm here." I never was able to cry this hard to him.

"My mom…she's…."

"I know Kairi, let's get in the car."

He picked me up and put me on my feet then Namine ran out of the car and helped me.

We soon arrived at the hospital and past the desk.

"Excuse me…MISS! YOU CAN'T GO IN THERE!"

The nurse scram as I ignored her and Sora and Namine both ran past her as well.

"YOU TWO STOP BEFORE I CALL SECURITY!"

Obviously none of us stopped.

I ran into every room and looked into each room, I felt kind of dumb, and I should have asked where she was….shit.

'NO TIME FOR REGRET KAIRI! FIND YOUR MOM!' My mind scram at me.

I ran and almost missed it and ran into the room where my mom was lying there.

"Mom?" I cried soaking wet.

"Baby? Is that you?"

I grabbed her hand

"Yes, it's me Kairi!"

Sora and Namine were standing in the door way.

Then the doctor came in.

My mother looked worried, VERY worried.

"The test results came in… I'm sad to say…."

"You lost it." He put his head down.
