Chapter 13: The Dream Part 2

Kairi's PoV

I slowly opened my eyes, my vision was not trst worthy yet. So I sat for a minute or two adjusting my eyes to focus. I looked next to me and Sora was sound asleep. I lifted my hand to softly caress his cheek, he was the love of my life and I didn't know what to do with out him.

I slowly got up and hoped off the bed. I looked around at my surroundings and realized I was in Sora's house. I slowly walked to the bathroom.

I looked in the mirror slowly, "Suddenly I got a terrible head ache and this was no ordinary one. My breath was scattered and suddenly very heavy. I grabbed my head and pressed very hard against my head.

"arghhhh……" pain started to slowly escape my lips.

After a minute of a torturous head ache it all just stopped.

Everything came back to me…my dream…my mother…and….that little girl.

'Who was she?' I thought.

Then suddenly I made a connection, the little girl was the same girl in my dreams.

She had long red flowing hair and big purple eyes, the hair was pin straight but when he got to her ends they were curly.

She was wearing a pink dress, yet it was ruined.

"Wait a dream…."

I said as I pushed the faucet with the large "C" on it. Cold water was gushing out of the faucet I watched it as time slowed down as everything was slow moving.

Then everything sped up to normal speed again.

It was like Time had a glitch in it, how…

Confusion was flooding through my head and my body. My face turned pale, then I just suddenly fainted.

Everything was black, there was no end to this black abyss.

"Kairi, how long we have waited for you, how long we have waited to see the next air to the throne."

"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!?"

"Kairi, tsk, tsk, tsk. Is that the way to talk me…of all people."

"What are you talking about?"

"Before you reach your hare to the thrown, I will make sure you suffer at my feet, and I will make sure you cringe in pain every time you hear my name. I will not rest till I see you dead…"

I Suddenly awoke and shot up from where I was.

Sora looked at me as if I had seen a ghost, his eyes showed so much pain and fear.

I looked at him in the eyes, he took a wet cloth and wiped the little beads of sweat off my face.

"Kairi! Wha happened!? You were screaming, it sounded like you were in pain. I woke up and had to look in the bathroom, and I saw you on the ground, you then suddenly just stopped."

"Sora,…" I looked him in the eyes and sarted to cry.

"I saw so many faces, and heard so many words…" He grabbed the small of my back and hugged me and then picked me up with one hand underneath my knees and the other grabbed my back as I hung onto his neck as I cried into his t-shirt.

He then put me on the bed.

"Kairi"

I looked into his eyes.

"It's time…" He said in a small voice while looking down.

"What….what time is it…Sora…why aren't you saying anything?" I asked while looking a little frightened.

"Kairi go get ready, and meet my back here in 30 minutes exacally." He said without even looking at me while walking into the bathroom.

I looked at the door for a minute and slowly got up and made my way to the door.

I walked over to my house and unlocked my door and walked in it. I looked around at the once happy house but with it still raining and the darkened area made it look like a house weeping.

I walked into my room and quickly took a shower, I got out and had fifteen more minutes I sarted to dress in a plain white t shirt and and ripped jeans and my black allstars converse.

Sora's PoV

I was finished getting ready I sat on my bed, I slowly put my forhead on the glass window.

I felt a cold surge go throught out my body because of the window.

I whispered to myself slowly.

"Why now..why? How come I didn't see it coming. I have tell the king, and then I have to explain everything to Kairi…how'll she hate me for this…"

It's like I heard his words crystal clear repeating over and over in my head.

'Sora when the time comes, you must choose one or the other path, one is letting go love and take your place in the world, or lose your love ones life in the process of restoring peace into the world.'

I looked at him, I was still young I was only 14.

'It's all your chose Sora, do what your heart tells you.'

"What happens if I choose the first one. What does that mean?"

'It means you will no longer be able to make any contact with her Sora. She is a princess after all, you know you can't have a Key bearer and a Princess. It just doesn't work.' The man in the black coat explained.

"Sora! He's right, I know it hurts but you will sooner or later have to give her up. It is one of lifes little challenges. I am…Sorry sora." A man in red explained.

"That means…we can never…."

'I don't make the rules, im just the delivery boy who follows them, and I strongly advise you to as well. Or else accidents happen.'

"But why me? How come I can't be with her."

'Oh Sora you can be with her but when the time comes and she is seated to the thrown then you must say your goodbyes.And that's when a real prince can come in her life.'

I looked down at my large yellow shoes.

"There is no way I can stop this.?" I looked at the nicer man in red.

"There is one way…"

The man in the black coat growled in anger.

"…there's a battle to become prince, the king created it he wanted what was best for his daughter, because he loves her very much Sora, Kairi is his life, even though he gave into darkness he still loves her. You must understand, if you want her badly you must fight for her…"

"Will you train for her?"

"yes"

"Will you travel all the worlds to save her?"

"I already have and I would in a heartbeat."

"Would you risk your life for her."

" I already did and I would again!"

"Oh right, I heard about that, how you gave up your heart for her, impressive. I bealieve you truly love Kairi."

'Why does she concern you, its not like she's your daughter!' The man in the black coat scram.

"There's a lot that you don't know…a lot…." They both disappeared.

Then the road I traveled was…

My day dream suddenly ended. Wow

Kairi's PoV

After blow drying my hair I walked down the stairs and grabbed an umbrella and started my walk across to Sora's house.

I felt scared walking into his house. I felt nervous. Why? Was something going to happen that I didn't know about?

I took a huge breath as I opened the door and walked into his house.

I looked around and walked up the stairs as every squeak became louder.

I soon arrived at the door to Sora's room.

"Come in" I heard.

Slowly, I pushed the door opened to see Riku and Namine standing there.

When did they get here? I asked myself.

Namine was wearing a simple white dress and white sandals

Riku was wearing blue long pants and with a grey and yellow vest covering a black muscle tee, with blue,yellow and white sneakers.

Sora was wearing black pants with yellow straps and red ouches placed on each side.

He had a black short sleeve jacket with a hood. And black fingerless gloves with his crown necklace he always wore and black and yellow sneakers and matching black shorts that were very long.

They all had on exotic outfits.

I looked at all fo them they all looked very sad and depressed.

"Kairi…The door…." Namine said

"…has…opened…" Riku finished her sentence.

Sora looked at me with his eyes.

"Kairi…we have to go, now."

"WHATS HAPPENING!? What abou Selphie, Izza, my mom, what about school? What's happening to Destiny Islands!? Why must WE go? What about the rest of our friends?! And why am I having these weird dreams and seeing things? WHY!? I screamed.

I suddenly didn't have control over my body I ran outside as the three followed me.

I was trying to just run away, I ran down the dirt road and to a small boat on a dock, my hands were twitching as I looked behind me and saw that they were close behind I finally just ripped the rope and jumped in the boat.

The waves were thrashing against my boat as I was crying and rowing. Suddenly a wave covered my boat and I fell out.

The water was freezing and the salt burned my eyes.

Thunder was crackling in the sky.

I swam as quick as I could.

I ended up at the island and I climbed onto the shore of the island and ran for cover I ran for the small cave I crouched as I ran into the small cave.

This cave was where Sora and I would play and it was our hide out.

I was soaked and shivering I fell down against the cold stone walls and slide down and I sat there and cryed.

"What's wrong with me…?" I asked myself.

"Nothing your just scared to accept the future."

I looked up to see a familiar face

"But you're never alone Kairi, you know that. Why did you run? Running never solved anything….you know that."

"I'm just so afraid…"

Tears were slipping down to the dirt floor of the stone shelter.

A blck fingerless gloved hand reached for my face and took my chin and made me look at him.

"I love you Kairi and I swear nothing will ever happen to you."

"I love you too Sora…I'm just afraid." I said falling into his arms.

"And being afraid is good, because fear is one of the most precious things in life. When you fear it's a sign that you love, and when your afraid, theres always someone who will always help you to be brave. In order to be brave you must be afraid. It's complicated aand most people don't understand.."

I gave him a look.

"hehehe….i guess that's that thing that someday I'll get it. Right?"

I smiled at my boyfriend.

"Yeah"

"Come on Kairi, Let's go"

He got up and put his hand out, and I grabbed it.

As he grabbed my hand and pulled me up.

He kissed my head and taking off his jacket and putting it on me.

He grabbed my hand and we both ran back outside in the storm.

I looked to see a ship out on the beach.

The thunder was getting worse.

We both ran to the ship, he picked me up and helped me up the latter.

"Where is everyone else?" I asked.

"Riku and Namine went to Hallowbastion to stay with Leon and the others."

"Oh…oh ok. But where are we going to stay?" I asked while sitting in the seat next to Sora.

"To visit a few old friends." He looked at me and smiled.

I nodded and I buckeled up.

"Hold on, it will be scary for the first timers." He gave me a funny smile.

"I bet I can do TH- iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiissssssssssssssssssssssssss!"

I scram as we blasted into oblivion.

Soon the ship was at a steady pace and Sora unbuckled and got up for a second.

My eyes were shut….tightly, VERY tightly.

Sora laughed while looking at me.

"What's so funny?" I asked

"You were scared…"

"NO I WASN'T!" I protested.

He gave me the look that said "SUREEEEE you weren't"

I laughed at got up and he was leaning on the counter as I walked up to him seductively.

"Oh sora you're so…..sexy…..I was teasing him while it looked like I was going to kiss him. I was making him want to kiss me…he wanted to so badly.

"You know…keep on laughing" I said in a seductive voice.

"Because…."

I said going closer as he was blushing and he gulped.

I licked my lips and I put my hands on his neck.

"Oh Sora you make me want to just…."

Then I took his hood swiftly and shoved it on his face.

"HEY!"

I started laughing so hard.

"Oh sora! Never mess with a girl."

He smiled at me.

"Oh, Kairi you forgot about whos stronger one in here?"

I looked at him really weirdly.

"Oh Kairi….My dear sweet Kairi."

He started walking closer.

He finally caught me and tickled me so hard I was laughing.

"S-SORA! Y-Y-YOU-'RE GO-GONNA MAK-MAK-E ME PEEEEEE!"

He started laughing and he let go.

I kissed him.

We stood there looking each other deeply in the eyes.

Then the ship started to glow red every 2 seconds.

"WARNING! WARNING! LANDING IN 5….4….3…2…1…..0"

"KAIRI HOLD ON!" He scram as I held onto him tightly.

I awoke in someone's arms.

I slowly looked up.

Wait…this was not sora.

I knew because this guy was extremely rough, and he was HUGE!

I looked up with blurry vision and a terrible head ache.

"Hello Princess."

"What?" I was thrashing around to get out of his grip and suddenly I was thrown on my butt.

I ran across to get a good look on him.

"Hello princess I am Prince Peter. I live in this castle and I am the owner of the Disney castle." He took my hand and kissed it as I took it back I wiped his nasty germs on edge of my jeans and looked around, wow this was a huge castle…wait where was Sora?!

"Hey where is Sora?" I asked him while I was reaching for the door handle.

But he stepped in front of it.

"Sorry princess, you can only be near royalty only. He's just the Key bearer, that's it."

I pushed him aside with all this stupid things he was telling me.

I ran out of the room.

He was chasing me down the hall.

"HELP!!!!!!!!" I scram running as he was catching up to me.

Suddenly I saw Sora come out of the room.

I ran into his arms, except I was the only one grabbing him, he wasn't grabbing me back.

I looked up at him to realize he was starring away at the ground.

"SORA!" I scram except, he was just standing there.

Suddenly 2 mice and a duck both walked out of the room Sora ran out of.

Peter gave Sora a terrible look.

I looked between them I swear I saw fire between them.

"Sora you will accompany Donald and Goofy again." The male mouse said.

"Kairi dear you met Peter I suppose?" The Female mouse asked.

"Uhhh yeah." I said.

"I am Queen Minnie and this is King Mickey and this is my Royal assitant Daisy"

Queen Minnie said.

I shook their hands and then I said.

"Wait, where is Sora going?" I asked a bit worried.

I still realized he hadn't looked me in the eyes yet.

"He must fulfill his journey again."

Sora just nodded and still looked upset.

"GOOFYY! YOU POKE ME ONE MORE TIME AND I WILL SEND THE WORST ELECTRIC CURRNET THROUGH YOUR BODY!" a very raspy voice shouted.

"Ayuck, Sorry Donald, I was just a bit dizzy, ayuck. Hey lookie there, it's our fella Sora!"

"I KNOW GOOFY, AGHHH!" Donald shouted again.

"Hey Sora, why the sad face ayuck?"

"No reason guys, let's get going."

"Wait Sora, I almost forgot." Mickey retorted.

Suddenly a keyblade appeared inbetween his hand I was apparently the only one shocked.

Everyone looked at the keyblade except for Sora he didn't even look he just turned around and walked away.

He pushed both huge doors like it was nothing and the last you saw was the three dissapear into the shear sunlight.

I ran outside and followed him I hugged him from behind.

I felt him shudder.

I walked in front of him.

"Why aren't you talking to me?" I asked

"It's nothing…" He said still not looking at me.

I took his chin in my hand and gently forced him to look at me.

He silently looked at me with the saddest eyes I ever saw, I even shuddered looking at them.

"It's just…Kairi, We can't see each other…anymore…" He said in a quiet voice.

"WHAT!?" I said shocked.

"It's…Kairi….you're a princess, I am only a keyblade bearer. That's it. You are suppose to be with a prince, that's why you and pete belong…t-together." He stuttered and looked like crying.

I had tears just pouring down with no end.

"I don't want him…I want you."

Donal and Goofy caught up and said,

"SORA! Bow down to the princess."

"No…Sora…"

But it was to late the 3 were all bowing down.

"Sora…" I whispered.

He only looked me in the eyes and a simple tear fell and he quickly wiped it away.

He kissed my cheek and said, "I'm sorry your highness"

As he turned away slowly letting go of my hand as he boarded the large gummi ship that I had arrived in.

It started off and my hair blew as I placed my hand on my cheek.

The last kiss I would ever get from him…Who knew…

I tried to run after the ship but it lifted it up as I tried my hardest to run after it.

Then it took off in the air.

I slowly dropped to my knees and cryed.

I heard heels tap lightly behind me.

"Kairi Dear, Come on in let's go."

She grabbed my hand and wiped away my tears. I siled weakly at the queen.

Finally I stood up and we walked into the castle, as the ship disappeared with a twinlye in the sky.

I walked inside.

I was escorted to my room, it was a spare room.

I looked in it it was huge but was literally empty nothing was in there.

"Kairi I'm sorry, we just made a new addition to the castle and we decieded to give you a new room" The Queen walked in.

"I am so sorry for the inconvience. You can go when ever you want and go look for furniture I will supply as much money as you want, here is 10,00 money, so when ever you want my dear you can look through all these furniture magazines."

She handed my a lot of magazines.

I nodded and smiled.

You need anything dear and I will be in my office.

She walked out.

This room was all white and HUGE it was probabally just a big as Selphie's, Sora's, Riku's, Tidus', Wakka's and Namine's house put together, maybe even if bigger.

I walked along the white corridor with red rugs leading all round the enormous castle floors.

In gold by all the double doors there was a plate with a description towards the doors.

I saw "Riku". I smiled riku will be here im glad.

Then I saw "Namine" etched in the golf plate of the white double doors. I smiled again.

Then the last gold plate broke my heart it said "…"
