Follow Me
Havoc held the door open for Fuery and Breda then looked around.
"Hey guys? I'll catch up with you." Breda nodded and Havoc closed the door. He walked the way he just came and ran into Riza.
"It's no use Lieutenant. It's not like last time. He's crying and won't leave."
"Of course! His best friend just died! This is the only chance he's had to stay at the grave without a huge crowd."
"It's not just that. He was talking about how he needed Hughes's help. He wouldn't tell me anything else."
"I'll try to talk to him." Riza shrugged and let him continue to the grave.
Roy stared down at his best friend's grave, tears streaming down his face. He really needed his help. Of all time's to die, it had to be when he needed him the most.
"Boss?" Roy jumped and spun around.
"Oh. Lieutenant…"
"Riza said you had something troubling you."
"I-It's nothing… just, something stupid…"
"You wouldn't be crying if it was "something stupid". What's wrong? I won't tell anyone if you don't want me to." Roy turned back to the grave.
"I was gonna ask Hughes for help."
"I might be able to help."
"I doubt it Jean." Havoc's eyes widened.
"You called me Jean." Roy bit his tongue in frustration.
"I-I know…" There was a long silence between them. Then Roy sighed. "You really want to know?"
"Yeah." Havoc said. He heard Roy take a deep breath.
"I love you." Havoc froze. He didn't know what he had been expecting, but it defiantly wasn't that.
"O-oh…um…right…." He saw Roy reach up and wipe off his face.
Roy tensed when he heard Havoc step towards him. Then he felt his hand wrap around his wrist.
"Let's go boss. Follow me."
