This is a crossover of Transformers and CODMW 2019 in this story the Transformers have Pretender abilities it allows them to shapeshift into humans. Using their Pretender abilities, the Autobots adopted the form of humans and transformed the very structure of their bodies into an organic equivalent, miniaturizing down to normal human size to hide in plain sight.
