Title: Lie With the One You Love

Paring: Tommy/Kim

Rating: K

Summary: Just a cute little fluff-fest. Jason gives a speech at Tommy and Kim's wedding reception.

Author's Note: So I have Lifetime on the tube as background noise, it's a mushy wedding scene, I here the best man giving a speech. Part of it hits me and I envision Jason giving that speech instead. And so, this lil' fluffy bunny was born. Enjoy.

"Do you, Kimberly Ann Hart, take Thomas David Oliver to be your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, till death do you part?"

Kimberly smiled, looking into his eyes, "And beyond," she said softly.

"Do you Thomas David Oliver take Kimberly Ann Hart to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, till death do you part?"

Tommy squeezed her hand gently, "Forever," he responded, giving Kim a warm, love filled smile.

"Then, by the power vested in me, I now pronounce you man, and wife, you may kiss the bride."

Tommy pulled Kimberly into his arms and kissed her passionately, until the pastor tapped him on the shoulder. "Sorry," he murmured, blushing slightly.

"Please, join me in welcoming for the first time as a couple, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Oliver"

"Thank god!" nine people in the crowd whispered as everyone cheered the newly wedded couple.

Jason clinked his fork against his Champaign flute. "Here, here" he said as he stood up. "Alright, alright" he said holding up his hands, "Hey!! Do you wanna here this or not!" He yelled, chuckling at the crowd.

"Do we have to?" Rocky yelled at him, "Oww! Sorry Jase!" he grumbled, glaring at Kat, who'd smacked him.

"Thank you Katherine," Jason said with a smile. "Now, I've known Kimberly since we were kids, we've been through a lot, she's like a sister, and my best friend," he said as giving Kim a warm smile. Kim smiled back at him as she gripped her new husband's hand. "As for Tommy," he continued with a chuckle. "Where do I begin?"

"At the beginning!" Zack hooted, causing the gathered people to laugh, "OW!! Sorry Jase!" he grumbled, looking over at his own wife. "What was that for?"

"You're worse than Rocky sometimes," Aisha scolded him, even though she had a smile on her face.

"Hey! I resent that remark!" Rocky called over to them.

"You mean resemble," Kat replied with a soft laugh.

"Yeah!" he paused, "HEY!"

"When you are finished," Jason said, crossing his arms, and glaring at his friends.

"We're finished!" Zack called in reply, moving out of the way of his wife's hand.

"Thank you," Jason grumbled, though he was smiling all the same. "I've known him for almost 15 years; we've been through a lot of battles together," he paused "literally and metaphorically speaking." He paused while all the former rangers laughed, and the non-rangers looked slightly confused. "I have many stories about both of them that could embarrass them…"

"Jason," Kim and Tommy practically whined.

"And some of the rest of you," he motioned to the crowd. "But I'll spare you all," he took a deep breath, "I guess what I really have to say is that, if you are going to steal, steal time, and if you are going to cheat, cheat death," he looked over at Tommy "like we've all done," he added with a wink, "if you are going to lie, lie with the one you love, and above all," he picked up his glass. "If you are going to drink, drink to this wonderful couple, Tommy and Kimberly. To you guys," he nodded his head to them. "Love you both."

"Love you too Jason," Kim said softly, tears in her eyes.

"You too bro, you too" Tommy added, nodding back at him, holding his wife's hand in his own and bringing it to his lips. "Well beautiful," he said softly, "we've finally done it. Love you, angel."

"It's about time." She sighed happily, "I love you too handsome."
