Yep. I am discontinuing this story after a long absence. I deeply apologize to those who were patiently waiting for chapter three, but it's not coming out.
I don't like the way this fanfiction is running (I don't like the choice of words, length, twists, etc), and so I plan to completely start over with it. It won't be manga based, but it will be much longer and better.
