"M'am, can I get you anything?" I heard from one of the shadows and I strained my muscles to pull myself back up. Looking at me from the doorway was a rather timid looking girl, half hiding behind the cracked oak door. I stared at her a second too long in silence, I think I may have frightened her because she seemed to be trying to melt even more so into the door as she turned her eyes to her feet. I smiled, something I hadn't done since the nightmare had started.

"Umm, yes, where am I?" I asked, clearing my throat of the dust that must've been there since my silence had ensued. She looked at me blankly for a few seconds before suddenly bursting into a round of giggling that left me feeling awkward and more than just a little stupid.

"Miss, you were brought here a week ago from Master Taro's territory. Now you're in Lord Mukuro's territory. This is her castle." she replied, shaking her head as if to remark upon my confusion as if instead I was slow. I sighed staring off into the darkness for a second before realizing that I had yet to see the rest of the room since it was cloaked in the unforgiving darkness.

"Can a light be put on?" I said, turning my eyes down into my lap, where my hands lay fidgeting with one another. Again she giggled at my request. She stepped farther into my room, making a beeline for the heavy black curtains hanging over the windows. As she pushed them open I was blinded suddenly by the sunlight that came pouring in to the room. I brought my arm up to my face, putting a shadow across my face to protect my eyes. As my vision adjusted to the obscene amount of light a small gasp caught in my throat as I swept my dazzled gaze across the extravagant room and then the biggest surprise came as my eyes came rest on the armoire...
