Halo: Feet First covers the story of a team of UNSC Orbital Drop Shock Troopers of the 7th Battalion, 105th Shock Troops Division. Two years following the end of the Human-Covenant War, new factions born from the Covenant's ashes are caught in a Civil War, known to the Sangheili as the Blooding Years. In the midst of the carnage, two Spartans are sent by the Office of Naval Intelligence to the Elite's Homeworld to assassinate a High Priority Target. This work takes place in the Halo: Fractured Glass Timeline.

The Covenant had been on Talian for a good few months. They were doing what they could to survive, but everyone knew they didn't stand much of a chance. That is until an injured Spartan falls (literally) into the hands of a teenage girl who's somewhat versed in medicine and combat. Finally, the sun starts to rise over the fields of Blood and Ash.

They are Spartans. Spartans are invincible. Spartans don't "fall in love." Unfortunately for them, I'm not a Spartan. Just a dude who has shipped these two since I was an awkward tween, and now I'm finally trying to write something about it.
