It just states the facts and tells you what happened after Sakura left.
Sasuke and Naruto got married and adopted all the orphans of Konaha.
Naruto did become Hokage.
Sakura became the strongest female ninja in the world.
Sasuke never killed his brother fearing the wrath of the new Sakura.
Itachi and Sakura got married and had 3 kids.
The End.
I don't even see the need for this chapter but I was bored so I decided to add it in.
