Author's Notes: Just a short drabble about Harry and his "Seeking" abilities, and how none of it would've been accomplished had it not been for two very smart people.

Warnings: Uh... none? That's weird. Usually there'd be at least SOMETHING. Well, if you count the fact that I wrote this on a sheer whim, and it came from me thinking about the alternate meanings of the word "Seeker" then, yeah, that's a warning all on it's own.

Harry Potter was a Seeker.

Sure, he was a Seeker for Gryffindor House's Quidditch team.

But Harry Potter was much more than that. He was a Seeker of knowledge, of searching for the unknown, of looking behind rough exteriors in people to see the good in them that other's couldn't see naturally with the naked eye. He was a Seeker of unbeknownst and unfathomable miracles (For his life had surely been one miracle in itself), and a Seeker of dreams and hopes, in this darkened world that has seemed to have lost all semblance of hope.

He sought answers to questions that had plagued him since he'd learned at the ripe, though albeit young, age of eleven that he was a Wizard. Questions that "normal" boys wouldn't have, had they not been through all the traumatic and terrifying events that Harry had been through.

He was a Seeker of friendship, and family, and love, for all three of these things had been an absence in his life till he finally came to Hogwarts. He was a Seeker of ways to help people who are shunned and looked down upon.

But, often, Seeking doesn't always lead to finding. There is a fine line between searching for something, and actually acquiring it. And though Harry had accomplished most things he had set out to Seek and complete, there were still many inadequacies he had with himself.

As much as he'd sought for things, he had also let many people down in the process. But each time, he regained his strength through the help of two very, very wonderful friends, and he rose to the top, beating down all inhibitions that tried to keep him and his power at bay.

Even though Harry Potter was a Seeker, he would never have been a finder had it not been through the gentle, patient guidance of Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger.

Because through them, he did not only Seek-- he found.
