When Deku finally works up the courage to ask his best friend out, a loss causes him to push everyone away. Hurting and in need of comfort, Deku finds himself in over his head when his best friend shows up drunk and alone.

Sacrifice was what made the hero, not a title or fame or even recognition from the world. That was the way she viewed it. Because if you gave your all to save someone else, even if you died in the end, you were a hero. So after doing so, and giving the highest anyone ever could, how come she was still here? How would the world react to one who gave it all, and was allowed to stay?

Izuku Midoriya was once offered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity by All Might himself. But then the Villains attacked, destroying the Hero society Izuku believed in. Now all he has is his wit and an unstable quirk as he tries to keep both himself and his group alive. Can he thrive in this new world or will he be crushed by the pressure? Being related to one villain is not ideal for a would-be hero. Being related to two is a career death sentence. Hitoshi Shinsou gets it from both sides of the family, as Dictator's grandson and All for One's son.
