Ernesto Martinez had plans to leave the city with the love of his life, but when she is caught in the crossfire between the corporate wars, Martinez sets himself on a path of vengeance and becomes an edgerunner. His only goal: protect his family.

One moment left, one final moment. Just when David reaches the end, another door opens to reveal possibilities.

Two mercs are sneaking through the Maelstrom headquarters when the alarm goes off and they have to run. Though soon their past actions will catch up to them and everything will fall apart.

"There's no such thing as a happy ending, not in this city. I honestly never thought I'd find any kind of happiness in Night City, but then I met Lucy...and to a weirder extent, Rebecca too. I don't really get why of all people they'd be interested in me, a stupid punk out of the ghettos, but for some reason, they just really want to stay at my house."

One word, an honest conversation. It's funny how such little things can have far reaching consequences, isn't it? Or at least Lucy thinks so. A semi fix-it that seeks to not only provide a more punky and rebellious story to Edgerunners, but also the events of 2077 and wrap the entire ending up in a (hopefully) satisfying way.

David Martinez joins up with Maine's crew of Edgerunners much later than expected after a year of roughing it out as a solo in Night City. His relationship with Lucy goes hot and cold - they split, leaving a vacuum which a certain older, more opportunistic netrunner decides to fill in. With the guidance of his new output and crew, he dials back on the chrome and averts tragedy.

Six is a Gemini borg suffering from cyberpsychosis kept in control by Arasaka. Forced to rely on Night City's lowest of the low a doll Jade and Dax the nomad without a clan to earn his freedom and if he's lucky help with his mental affliction
