Before the invasion of the Xyz Dimension, scans done by the Fusion Dimension reveal two more dimensions. The Ritual Dimension, and the Link Dimension. Within those two dimensions, Chiaki, Yuji, Miharu and Yuno have their lives turned upside down, and are tossed into a vicious war. Also, why are there five people with the same faces as them?

The terror that Promin Academy brings continues on. Yukin and his friends are continuing to do their best against them, and renew the greatness that dueling can bring. However, this is also where the truth of Promin's agenda, Yukin's father, and everyone else will be revealed. The war with Promin Academy is coming to an end.

After defeating Roget, the Dimension Guardians are transported to the Xyz Dimension, where they learn that there are more enemies to face than just Academia. Waking up in the world of an anime I watched a while back is not exactly a typical occurrence.
